In the present calculation we have used the Monte Carlo method of generating collective spin and total energy of the nucleus for various configurations of the system with N 0 single particle states available for n number of particles. The different configurations (arrangements of occupied single particle states) leading to a particular energy E and spin J are then collected to get the density of states for the given energy E and spin J. We find that if we use the cranked Nilsson model single particle states for the rotational frequency Ω = 0.0ħω, 0.05ħω and 0.1ħω there is a shift in the maximum density of states W max with a tendency for the system to become more oblate or prolate depending on the shift in the maximum density of states as the angular momentum decreases or increases. The change in nuclear level density with collectivity, i.e. with the use of cranked Nilsson model single particle levels has been noticed.   相似文献

In this work we report Monte Carlo simulations of a 2D Ising model, in which the statistics of the Metropolis algorithm is replaced by the nonextensive one. We compute the magnetization and show that phase transitions are present for q ≠ 1. A q - phase diagram (critical temperature vs. the entropic parameter q) is built and exhibits some interesting features, such as phases which are governed by the value of the entropic index q. It is shown that such phases favors some energy levels of magnetization states. It is also shown that the contribution of the Tsallis cutoff is capital to the existence of phase transitions.  相似文献

采用Monte Carlo方法模拟了HgI2、非晶Se和CdTe几种直接X射线转换探测器在医用X射线范围(10—100keV)的透过谱、背向散射谱、吸收效率和光电灵敏度. 对X射线和HgI2的作用过程模拟采用了EGSnrc Monte Carlo代码系统, 对信号电荷的产生考虑了电荷产生的高斯噪声和材料深陷阱作用造成的部分电荷收集影响. 结果表明, 载流子平均自由程(Schubweg)在相对于探测材料厚度较小时, 陷阱作用能很大地影响探测灵敏度. HgI2的灵敏度是非晶Se的5倍以上, CdTe的灵敏度是非晶Se的10倍以上, 采用高Z序数材料可以大大提高探测灵敏度.  相似文献

The equation of state of the hard-sphere fluid is studied by a Monte Carlomolecular dynamics method for volumes ranging from 25V 0 to 1.6V 0 , whereV 0 is the close-packed volume, and for system sizes from 108 to 4000 particles. TheN dependence of the equation of state is compared to the theoretical dependence given by Salsburg for theNPT ensemble, after correction for the ensemble difference, in order to obtain estimates for the thermodynamic limit. The observed values of the pressure are compared with both the [3/2] and the [2/3] Padé approximants to the virial series, using Kratky's value for the fifth virial coefficientB 5 and choosingB 6 andB 7, to obtain a least-squares fit. The resulting values ofB 6 andB 7 lie within the uncertainties of the Ree-Hoover-Kratky Monte Carlo estimates for these virial coefficients. The values ofB 8,B 9, andB 10 predicted by our optimal [3/2] approximant are also reported. Finally, the Monte Carlo-molecular dynamics equation of state is compared with a number of analytic expressions for the hard-sphere equation of state.Work supported by the Office of Basic Energy Sciences, U.S. Department of Energy.  相似文献

A novel simulation method is presented in this paper to evaluate the collection performance of monolithic active pixel sensor (MAPS) devices for minimum ionizing particle tracking. A simplified 3D matrix pixel structure is built using the computer aided design software Sentaurus. The virtual device is then divided into hundreds of parts and an independent customized X photon model is involved in each part to simulate the conditions under 55Fe radiation. After data processing and analysis, charge collection efficiency, collection time and diffusion conditions can be estimated in detail. In order to verify the reliability of the method, comparisons are made between the simulations and experiments. Although there are some defects, it can be concluded that the proposed idea is a feasible method for the evaluation of the MAPS collection performance.  相似文献

We present five new variance reduction techniques applicable to Monte Carlo simulations of radiative transfer in the atmosphere: detector directional importance sampling, n-tuple local estimate, prediction-based splitting and Russian roulette, and circum-solar virtual importance sampling. With this set of methods it is possible to simulate remote sensing instruments accurately and quickly. In contrast to all other known techniques used to accelerate Monte Carlo simulations in cloudy atmospheres - except for two methods limited to narrow angle lidars - the presented methods do not make any approximations, and hence do not bias the result. Nevertheless, these methods converge as quickly as any of the biasing acceleration techniques, and the probability distribution of the simulation results is almost perfectly normal. The presented variance reduction techniques have been implemented into the Monte Carlo code MYSTIC (“Monte Carlo code for the physically correct tracing of photons in cloudy atmospheres”) in order to validate the techniques.  相似文献

We report about the results of our investigations on the alteration of optical properties of the superficial layer of human skin at four UV range wavelengths, 310, 318, 360 and 400 nm, by application of 35-200 nm-sized particles of titanium dioxide (TiO2), silicon (Si) and zinc oxide (ZnO). The theoretical study based on combination of the Mie theory and Monte Carlo simulations reveals the optimal sizes of the nanoparticles minimizing the light transmittance for the considered wavelengths.  相似文献

港口柔性体现了港口对社会经济环境变化的反应能力和适应能力,科学的港口柔性评价是提高其柔性水平的基础.根据柔性的多维度特征和港口生产服务实际,从战略柔性、结构柔性、管理柔性、生产柔性和可持续柔性五个方面建立了港口柔性评价指标体系;选用模糊ANP方法建立评价模型,即根据各柔性指标之间的依存和反馈关系,用网络分析法(ANP)确定模糊指标权重.模糊ANP方法能够较准确地给出港口柔性的定量评价,为港口采取正确的发展策略、提高柔性水平提供参考.  相似文献

The percolation transition of geometric clusters in the three-dimensional, simple cubic, nearest neighbor Ising lattice gas model is investigated in the temperature and concentration region inside the coexistence curve. We consider quenching experiments, where the system starts from an initially completely random configuration (corresponding to equilibrium at infinite temperature), letting the system evolve at the considered temperature according to the Kawasaki spinexchange dynamics. Analyzing the distributionn l(t) of clusters of sizel at timet, we find that after a time of the order of about 100 Monte Carlo steps per site a percolation transition occurs at a concentration distinctly lower than the percolation concentration of the initial random state. This dynamic percolation transition is analyzed with finite-size scaling methods. While at zero temperature, where the system settles down at a frozen-in cluster distribution and further phase separation stops, the critical exponents associated with this percolation transition are consistent with the universality class of random percolation, the critical behavior of the transient time-dependent percolation occurring at nonzero temperature possibly belongs to a different, new universality class.  相似文献
