癫痫是影响所有年龄段的慢性脑功能障碍,主要特征为整个或局部脑区神经元异常同步化高频群集动作电位发放。利用神经毒素海人藻酸(KA)立体定位注射入大鼠海马,诱导大鼠产生癫痫持续状态,建立颞叶癫痫大鼠模型。应用同步辐射显微光谱和同步辐射显微光谱成像分析癫痫持续状态发作后24小时的颞叶癫痫大鼠海马角(CA)1区神经元生物化学分子的胞内浓度和分布是否改变。结果显示反映蛋白质二级结构的酰胺Ⅰ在1 655 cm-1的振动频率和属于脂类功能集团的2 800~3 000 cm-1振动频率,在正常对照大鼠海马CA1神经元胞体内呈高浓度分布,但在癫痫大鼠海马CA1神经元胞体,反映蛋白质二级内呈低浓度分布,并且以细胞核分布浓度最低,但在神经元胞体外围分布浓度相对较高。属于核酸集团的1 055~1 054 cm-1 PO2反对称拉伸振动在正常和癫痫大鼠海马CA1神经元胞体内分布趋势没有差异,都在胞体内呈高浓度分布,尤其在细胞核分布浓度最高。对属于酰胺Ⅰ的吸收频率进行二级导数分析显示癫痫海马神经元的酰胺Ⅰ相对于正常对照多出1个1 653 cm-1附近的负峰。以上结果提示在发生癫痫持续发作后海马神经元生物化学分子的细胞分布会出现变化。  相似文献

We have used x-ray fluorescence analysis to study the elemental composition of gunshot residues from smooth-bore and rifled-bore guns. We have established that it is possible to differentiate between types of projectiles (jacketed/lead), types of primers (corrosive/noncorrosive), and types of propellant powders (black/smokeless) by analysis of the elemental composition of the gunshot residues. We have shown that the mercury content in gunshot residues on the surface of the object carrying the residues steadily decreases as storage time increases. Abstract

The hierarchical distribution of Cu-rich precipitates (CRPs) and related partitioning and segregation behaviours of solute atoms were investigated in a 1.54 Cu-3.51 Ni (wt.%) low-carbon high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel after multistage heat treatment by using the combination of electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atom probe tomography (APT). Intercritical tempering at 725 °C of as-quenched lathlike martensitic structure leads to the coprecipitation of CRPs at the periphery of a carbide precipitate which is possibly in its paraequilibrium state due to distinct solute segregation at the interface. The alloyed carbide and CRPs provide constituent elements for each other and make the coprecipitation thermodynamically favourable. Meanwhile, austenite reversion occurs to form fresh secondary martensite (FSM) zone where is rich in Cu and pertinent Ni and Mn atoms, which gives rise to a different distributional morphology of CRPs with large size and high density. In addition, conventional tempering at 500 °C leads to the formation of nanoscale Cu-rich clusters in α-Fe matrix. As a consequence, three populations of CRPs are hierarchically formed around carbide precipitate, at FSM zone and in α-Fe matrix. The formation of different precipitated features can be turned by controlling diffusion pathways of related solute atoms and further to tailor mechanical properties via proper multistage heat treatments.  相似文献

Molar mass μmin of the lightest gas, which will exist ``forever' in the atmosphere at the planet surface, can be evaluated by Jeans rule. The μmin of Pluto is 17.3 g•mol-1. It is evident that both N2 and CO can be major atmospheric composition at the Pluto surface, and will exist “forever”. CH4 can only be escaping slowly from Pluto atmosphere, and still holds quite a proportion in current Pluto atmosphere. However, it will not escape from Titan (or Jupiter, Saturn) atmosphere largely, and will exist “forever”. Given the quantity level of partial pressure of CH4 in Pluto and Titan (or Jupiter, Saturn) original atmosphere is the same, it will be clear that the current partial pressure of CH4 in Pluto surface atmosphere is 10-3 Pa.  相似文献

本文利用遥感FTIR光谱,对红外药剂的燃烧特性进行了研究。在分辨率为4cm^-1时,收集4700-740cm^-1波段的光谱。从HF等燃烧产物发射的分子振转基带精细结构的谱线强度分布,可以对燃烧温度进行遥感测定,并给出了燃烧温度随时间的变化关系,实验结果表明燃烧表面附近温度梯度很大,存在着急剧的变化温度场,同时也说明,在不干扰火焰温度场的情况下,利用遥感FTIR光谱对剧烈的、非稳态快速燃烧的火焰温度进行连续实时的遥感测量,是一种快速、准确、灵敏度高的测温方法,显示了它在燃烧温度测量、产物浓度测试以及燃烧机理研究等方面的应用前景。  相似文献

采用金属有机化合物化学气相沉积(MOCVD)方法制备了不同Al组分(x=0.19,0.22,0.25,0.32)的AlxGa1-xN/AlN/GaN 结构的高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)材料。研究了AlxGa1-xN势垒层中Al组分对HEMT材料电学性质和结构性质的影响。研究结果表明,在一定的Al组分范围内,二维电子气(2DEG)浓度和迁移率随着Al组分的升高而增大。然而,过高的Al组分导致HEMT材料表面粗糙度增大,2DEG迁移率降低,该实验现象在另一方面得到了原子力显微镜测试结果的验证。在最佳Al组分(25%)范围内,获得的 HEMT材料的2DEG浓度和室温迁移率分别达到1.2×1013 cm-2和1 680 cm2/(V·s),方块电阻低至310 Ω/□。  相似文献

Bulk metallic glass formations in the Fe-B-Y-Nb quaternary alloy system were investigated by using the cluster line rule in combination with the minor alloying principle. The Fe-B-Y ternary system was selected as the basic system and the intersections of cluster lines were taken as the basic ternary compositions. The basic compositions were further alloyed with minor amounts of Nb. After 3–5 at.% Nb was added, the basic composition Fe68.6B25.7Y5.7, which was developed from the most densely packed cluster Fe8B3, formed 3 mm bulk metallic glasses. These quaternary bulk metallic glasses (Fe68.6B25.7Y5.7)100−x Nb x (x = 3–5 at.%) are expressed approximately with a unified simple composition formula: (Fe8B3)1(Y, Nb)1. The (Fe68.6B25.7Y5.7)97Nb3 bulk metallic glass has the largest glass forming ability with the following characteristic parameters T g = 907 K, T x = 1006 K, T g/T l = 0.644, γ = 0.434, and longness t = 22 mm. The combination of the cluster line rule and the minor-alloying principle is a promising new route towards the quantitative composition design of multi-component metallic glasses. We report on absorption measurements of the isotopic composition of water in a demineralized sample by means of wavelength modulation spectroscopy of H2O lines in the spectral region around . The mid-IR radiation was obtained by difference-frequency mixing of the radiation of an extended cavity diode laser () and that of a diode-pumped monolithic Nd–YAG laser. Preliminary tests indicate the possibility of obtaining a precision for the 18O/16O, 17O/16O and 2H/16O isotope ratio measurements of the order of 1 per mil.  相似文献
