铜离子印迹环氧树脂基整体柱的制备及性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以铜离子为印迹物,二乙基三胺为固化剂,聚乙二醇(PEG-2000)为致孔剂,按一定比例与环氧树脂混合后在无扰动模式下聚合。反应结束后除去致孔剂和印迹离子成功地得到了一种铜离子印迹的大尺寸环氧树脂基聚合物整体柱。以此作为固相萃取柱,结合原子吸收光谱建立了用于水溶液中铜离子高选择性的富集分离测定方法。详细研究了介质酸度、吸附容量、吸附选择性、分析精密度和准确度等内容,结果满意。  相似文献

The dependence of the beam propagation factor (M 2 parameter) with the absorbed pump power in the case of monolithic microchip laser under face-cooled configuration is extensively studied. Our investigations show that the M 2 parameter is related to the absorbed pump power through two parameters (α and β) whose values depend on the laser material properties and laser configuration. We have shown that one parameter arises due to the oscillation of higher order modes in the microchip cavity and the other parameter accounts for the spherical aberration associated with the thermal lens induced by the pump beam. Such dependency of M 2 parameter with the absorbed pump power is experimentally verified for a face-cooled monolithic microchip laser based on Nd3+ -doped GdVO4 crystal and the values of α and β parameters were estimated from the experimentally measured data points.  相似文献

 以乙醇钽为前驱物,采用金属醇盐溶胶-凝胶技术,获得了Ta2O5湿凝胶,分析了不同条件下的溶胶-凝胶过程,并初步探讨了凝胶过程机理。Ta2O5的溶胶-凝胶过程主要受到水量、催化剂用量及钽源浓度等因素的影响:体系在强酸性条件下凝胶,且随着酸性的增强,体系凝胶时间明显缩短;当水量较少时,凝胶时间随水量的增加而增加,但当水量增加到一定程度时,体系凝胶时间基本不变;实验证明,通过增大溶剂用量,体系凝胶时间延长,气凝胶理论密度降低。通过对溶胶-凝胶过程的控制,结合超临界干燥技术,获得了密度低至44 mg/cm3的Ta2O5气凝胶样品。  相似文献

In this study, a polymer monolith microextraction (PMME) using a poly (methacrylic acid-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) (MAA-EGDMA) monolith in conjunction with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) derivatives of several aldehydes in human saliva. The conditions for the labeling reactions of aldehydes with DNPH and followed extraction of the derivatives were optimized. The precision, recovery and detection limits were evaluated with spiked saliva. The limits of detection ranged from 0.43 to 1.40 μg/L. The inter-and intra-day relative standard deviations were less than 10%. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of aldehydes in saliva samples from a non-smoker, a passive smoker and a heavy smoker.  相似文献

This paper presents sorption properties of CaCl2/SiO2 composites synthesized by a sol-gel approach. Desorption isobars measured at T=30–140°C and vapor pressure 12.8–81.0 mbar clearly show a correlation between the sorbents pore structure and their sorption properties. The sample adsorptivities are found to exceed 1.2 kg H2O/kg adsorbent (or 20–25 mol H2O/mol of the salt). That is markedly higher than any reported before for silica-based materials. This results in a high energy storage capacity reaching 3,400 kJ/kg of dry sorbent, as confirmed by direct calorimetric measurements. The isosteric desorption heat is found to decrease from 67±5 kJ/mol to 46±5 kJ/mol with increase in the surface coverage.  相似文献

A comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatographic (2D-LC) separation system based on the combination of a CN column and a Merck Chromolith Flash reversed-phase column was developed for the separation of components in Adinandra nitida, one type of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The two dimensions were connected by a ten-port, dual-position valve controlled automatically by software written in-house. The effluents were detected by both ultraviolet and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (MS). The calculated peak capacity of the 2D-LC–MS/MS system was above 1240. More than 57 components were resolved in the methanol extract from Adinandra nitida leaves, and five of these were identified based on their relative retention times, molecular weights and MS/MS spectra.  相似文献

In this study, a 38 mL monolith with homogeneous porous structure was produced by a single polymerization from glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) in the presence of porogens and an initiator. The uniform temperature distribution within the reaction system was achieved by adding reactant mixture continuously and enhancing the heat transfer ability of the polymerization system. Homogeneous porous structure in the monolith was proved by SEM and the pore size distribution profiles measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry. Experimental results from proteins separation indicated that the dynamic capacity and resolution of radial flow monolithic column were independent of flow rates. Furthermore, the pressure drop on the column was linearly dependent on the flow rate and did not exceed 1.7 MPa even at a flow rate of 50 mL/min, which proved that the prepared monolith could be used in the quick separation and preparation of biopolymers.  相似文献

以石蜡(PA)作为相变储热材料、 膨胀石墨(EG)作为主导热材料和支撑材料, 石墨烯气凝胶(GA)作为导热增强材料和辅支撑材料制备了PA/EG/GA复合相变材料, 研究了GA添加量对复合相变材料相变温度、 相变潜热、 导热性能以及循环稳定性的影响. 结果表明, 所制备的80%PA-17%EG-3%GA复合相变材料导热性能良好, 循环稳定性出色. 与80%PA-20%EG复合材料相比, 该材料的相变温度、 相变潜热以及循环稳定性无明显变化, 但导热系数由4.089 W/(m·K)提升到了5.336 W/(m·K), 显示出良好的应用前景.  相似文献

超轻纳米纤维气凝胶是一种以一维纳米纤维为基本构筑单元的新型气凝胶材料,相比于传统气凝胶,其不仅具有更高的孔隙率和更低的密度,还拥有更优异的机械性能和理化性质,因此该材料的先进制备技术和在新兴领域的创新性应用是近年来超轻气凝胶领域的研究热点。本文结合国内外研究现状,按照材料体系分类系统综述了超轻纤维气凝胶的制备方法、结构特点以及在隔热、吸附、电化学、传感和生物医学等领域的重要应用,提出了现阶段该材料面临的一些挑战,并展望了其在未来的发展方向。  相似文献
