A modified thiocyanate method without extraction by using rhodamine 6G as a secondary ligand was developed. Molybdenum in 1.0×10−2 M HCl, after the addition of ascorbic acid, was heated for 10 min in a 90 °C water bath for reduction. Suitable amounts of glycerine, Triton X-100, rhodamine 6G solutions and 2+1 (v/v) 9 M H2SO4+3 M KHSO4 were added in this order. This solution was allowed to cool to room temperature and the absorbance at 570 nm was measured against a reagent blank 45 min after the addition of thiocyanate solution and the second aliquot of Triton X-100 solution. The complex was stable for at least 4 h, the order of reagent addition was important, and thiocyanate should be in large excess. Beer’s law was obeyed over the range 0.9×10−6 to 1.1×10−5 M Mo with the molar absorptivity being 1.1×105 l mol−1 cm−1. The R.S.D. for the determination of 0.7 mg Mo l−1 was 1.83% (n=8). Possible interferences of various cations and anions on molybdenum determination were studied. The proposed method was applied to the determination of molybdenum in a dental alloy, Wiron 99.  相似文献

利用31P核磁共振谱研究了MoDTP及其与ZnDTP的相互作用,并用Timken实验机、SEM、DSC法分别考察了MoDTP与ZnDTP复合对润滑油板压、抗磨损及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:MoDTP与ZnDTP分子间有烷基和/或烷氧基的相互转换;二者并用在综合性能上有较好的协同增效作用。在此基础上,提出了MoDTP与ZnDTP协同增效作用的机理。  相似文献

An intumescent flame retardant coating was prepared with resin, solvent and flame retardant system composed of ammonium polyphosphate-APP, pentaerythritol-PER and melamine-MEL. The modifiers such as molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) and expandable graphite (EG) were used to improve the performances of the APP-PER-MEL coating. The effects of EG, MoSi2 and MoSi2/EG on the fireproofing time and char formation of the coating were investigated by using heat insulation test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electric microscope (SEM). The results showed that by adding modifiers, the fireproofing time was prolonged and char formation rate was evidently enhanced. The largest improvement was achieved with 9 wt.% MoSi2/5 wt.% EG, XPS analysis indicated that the performance of anti-oxidation of the coating was improved by adding EG and MoSi2, and SEM images showed that a good synergistic effect was obtained through a ceramic-like layer produced by MoSi2 covered on the surface of “open-cellular” structural char.  相似文献

A straightforward method for the preparation of metallo carbosiloxanes of type Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2[OCH2PPh2M(CO)n])4 (n = 3, M = Ni, 7a; n = 4, M = Fe, 7b; n = 5: M = Mo, 7c; M = W, 7d), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2PPh2Ni(CO)3]2)4 (8) and Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2PPh2Ni(CO)3]2)2 (11) is described. The reaction of Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeXCl)4 (1: X = Me, 2: X = Cl) or Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeCl2)2 (9) with HOCH2PPh2 (3) produces Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2(OCH2PPh2))4 (4), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2PPh2)2)4 (5) or Me2Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2PPh2)2)2 (10) in presence of DABCO. Treatment of the latter molecules with Ni(CO)4 (6a), Fe2(CO)9 (6b), M(CO)5(Thf) (6c: M = Mo; 6d: M = W), respectively, gives the title compounds 7a-7d, 8 and 11 in which the PPh2 groups are datively bound to a 16-valence-electron metal carbonyl fragment.The formation of analytical pure and uniform branched and dendritic metallo carbosiloxanes is based on elemental analysis, and IR, 1H, 13C{1H}, 29Si{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopic studies. 本文应用x-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、俄歇电子能谱(AES)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)研究了钼酸铵在石墨炉内石墨探针表面上的原子化机理。实验结果表明,在温度<1350K时,钼酸铵经历MoO_3和Mo_4O_(11)中间产物转变为MoO_2(s)。在更高温度下,MoO_2(s)首先还原为Mo_2C,而后进一步转变为MoC(s)。MoC再分解为Mo(s)。钼的原子化起源于Mo的升华。  相似文献

以tiron作为柱前衍生试剂,用含3mmol·L-1pH 3.8的HOAc-NaOAc,40mmol·L-1TBA-Br和2mmol·L-1tiron的甲醇-水溶液(53+47)作流动相,在C18柱上,于15min内实现了WO42-、MoO42-的分离测定。钨和钼的检出限分别为5.98和3.20ng·ml-1。方法快速,选择性好,用于钢及合金中高含量钨和钼的测定,结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

The system V–Mo–N has been investigated at 1,100°C and nitrogen pressures between 1 and 300 bar by X-ray techniques. The isotypic compounds VN and Mo2N are forming a complete series of solid solutions at nitrogen pressures>30 bar. At a nitrogen pressure of 1 bar about 10% of the V-atoms can be replaced by Mo-atoms in the MN1-x -compounds. Within the M2N-phase V-atoms can be replaced by Mo-atoms in the range of 10%.

A non-isothermal kinetic study of the oxidation of “carbon-modified MoO3” in the temperature range of 150-550°C by simultaneous TGA-DTA was investigated. During the oxidation process, two thermal events were detected, which are associated with the oxidation of carbon in MoOxCy and MoO2 to MoO3. The model-free and model-fitting kinetic approaches have been applied to TGA experimental data. The solid state-kinetics of the oxidation of MoOxCy to MoO3 is governed by F1 (unimolecular decay), which suggests that the reaction is of the first order with respect to oxygen concentration. The constant (Ea)α value (about 115±5 kJ/mol) for this first stage can be related to the nature of the reaction site in the MoO3 matrix. This indicates that oxidation occurs in well-defined lattice position sites (energetically equivalent). On the other hand, for the second stage of oxidation, MoO2 to MoO3, the isoconversional analysis shows a complex (Ea)α dependence on (α) and reveals a typical behavior for competitive reaction. A D2 (two-dimensional diffusion) mechanism with a variable activation energy value in the range 110-200 kJ/mol was obtained. This can be interpreted as an inter-layer oxygen diffusion in the solid bulk, which does not exclude other simultaneous mechanism reactions.  相似文献

The metallocene thioether derivatives [Cp2M(MeSCH2CH2SMe)][PF6]2 (1, M = MO; 2, M = W), [Cp2Mo(SCH2CH2SMe)][PF6] (3) and [Cp2M(SCH2CH2S)] (4, M = Mo; 5, M = W) exhibit temperature-dependent fluxional behavior in solution, owing to the pyramidal sulfur inversion process. The activation energies for this process were determined from proton band-shape analysis in the cases of 1 (54.9 ± 2 kJ mol−1), 2 (51.2 ± 4.6 kJ mol−1) and 3 (30.0 ± 3.1 kJ mol−1). Extended Hückel calculations on related model complexes suggest that local inversion at the sulfur atoms, rather that an inversion of the complete S---C---C---S chain, is responsible for the observed fluxional behaviour.  相似文献

A new simple and efficient homogeneous liquid-liquid extraction method for the selective separation and preconcentration of molybdenyl ions was developed. α-Benzoin oxime (ABO) was investigated as a complexing ligand, and perfluorooctanoate ion (PFOA) was applied as a phase-separator agent under strongly acidic conditions. Under the optimal conditions ([ABO] = 2.1 × 10−3 M, [PFOA] = 1.8 × 10−2 M, [HNO3] = 1.7 M, [acetone] = 11.8% (v/v)), 10 μg of molybdenum in 5 ml aqueous phase could be extracted quantitatively into 40 μl of the sedimented phase. The maximum concentration factor was 125-fold. Thiocyanate was applied as a chromogenic reagent for the direct spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum in the sedimented phase. The reproducibility of the proposed method is at the most 2.4%.The influence of the type and concentration of acid solution, the concentration of ABO, the type and volume of the water-miscible organic solvent, the concentration of PFOA, and the effect of different diverse ions on the extraction and determination of molybdenum(VI) were investigated. The proposed method was applied to the extraction and determination of molybdenum(VI) in natural water, Spinach, and Lucerne samples. A satisfactory agreement exists between the results obtained by the proposed method and those reported by GF-AAS.  相似文献
