室温下,Co(NO3)2·6H2O与1,10–邻菲罗啉–5,6–二酮(pdon)的水溶液进行原位反应,得到一维链状配合物晶体{[Co2(H2O)6(bpdc)2]·3.75H2O}n(bpdc=2,2'–联吡啶–3,3'–二羧酸).单晶X–射线衍射分析表明:该晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=18.001(4)A,b=11.336(2),c=18.192(4)A,β=118.88(3)°,V=32501(2)A3,Dcalc=1.578 g·cm^-3.每个钴(Ⅱ)离子与周围2个氮原子和4个氧原子配位,形成扭曲的八面体构型,并通过bpdc连接形成沿b轴无限延伸的手性螺旋链.在整个晶体结构中,这些链以准一维堆积方式排列,相互之间存在广泛的氢键作用.同时,电化学分析表明:在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7.0)中,该配合物在-0.6~0.6V电压范围内具有电化学活性,电极反应为准可逆的Co(Ⅲ)与Co(Ⅱ)的氧化还原过程.  相似文献

The design and development status of Sm2Co17 magnet blocks for two in-vacuum undulators (IVU20) at the SSRF with the same hybrid design has been described. By the technological improvement of some processes and comparison with the experimental Sm2Co17 magnet blocks for the IVU25A, magnetic properties such as the intrinsic coercive force Hci and the average magnetic moment M are increased, the bend point magnetic field Hk value and pass rate are significantly increased, and the magnetic field uniformity of the magnet blocks are significantly improved. The basic developmental method of high uniformity Sm2Co17 magnet blocks for IVU20 is presented. The magnetic field qualities of the magnet blocks, including the magnetic property, the magnetic moment distribution, the magnetization deviation angle and the magnetic field uniformity, basically satisfy the specifications of the two IVU20 in-vacuum undulators.  相似文献

The structures of Pt clusters on nitrogen-,boron-,silicon-doped graphenes are theoretically studied using densityfunctional theory.These dopants(nitrogen,boron and silicon) each do not induce a local curvature in the graphene and the doped graphenes all retain their planar form.The formation energy of the silicon-graphene system is lower than those of the nitrogen-,boron-doped graphenes,indicating that the silicon atom is easier to incorporate into the graphene.All the substitutional impurities enhance the interaction between the Pt atom and the graphene.The adsorption energy of a Pt adsorbed on the silicon-doped graphene is much higher than those on the nitrogen-and boron-doped graphenes.The doped silicon atom can provide more charges to enhance the Pt-graphene interaction and the formation of Pt clusters each with a large size.The stable structures of Pt clusters on the doped-graphenes are dimeric,triangle and tetrahedron with the increase of the Pt coverage.Of all the studied structures,the tetrahedron is the most stable cluster which has the least influence on the planar surface of doped-graphene.  相似文献

Fullerene-like silicon nanostructures with twenty and twenty-four carbon atoms on the surface of the Si60 cage by substitution, as well as inside the cage at various orientations have been studied within the generalized gradient approximation to density functional theory. Full geometry optimizations have been performed without any symmetry constraints using the Gaussian 03 suite of programs and the LANL2DZ basis set. Thus, for the silicon atom, the Hay-Wadt pseudopotential with the associated basis set is used for the core electrons and the valence electrons, respectively. For the carbon atom, the Dunning/Huzinaga double zeta basis set is employed. Electronic and geometric properties of these nanostructures are presented and discussed in detail. Optimized silicon-carbon fullerene like nanostructures are found to have increased stability compared to the bare Si60 cage and the stability depends on the number and the orientation of carbon atoms, as well as on the nature of silicon-carbon and carbon-carbon bonding.  相似文献

The simulation of CZTSSe solar cells is presented in this paper. The simulation results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data, indicating the reliability of simulation results. New structure is proposed to increase the functionality of the cell. Improved functional performances are achieved by inserting a P-Silicon (P-Si) layer as back surface field. Simulation results suggest that by inserting this P-Si layer, efficiency of the CZTSSe solar cell increases from 12.6% to 16.59%, which is a significant improvement. For the champion cell JSC = 36.27 mA/cm2, VOC = 0.625 V and FF = 73.11% has been achieved.  相似文献

具有特殊催化、磁性和化学活性的三元合金团簇已成为基础科学研究的热点问题.确定其稳定结构是研究团簇性质的重要前提.针对大尺寸Cu-Au-Pd团簇结构优化,提出了内核构建的方法改进了自适应免疫优化算法的效率(称为AIOA-IC算法).采用基于紧束缚势二阶矩近似的多体Gupta势函数来描述三元合金团簇原子间相互作用.为测试算法效率优化了原子数为60的Ag-Pd-Pt团簇稳定结构.结果显示新得到的结构比文献报道的团簇结构势能量值更低,由此可知AIOA-IC算法具有更强的势能面搜索能力.运用该算法研究了38及55原子Cu-Au-Pd团簇的稳定结构.所研究的38原子Cu-Au-Pd团簇包含了五折叠、六折叠和截角八面体结构,并且原子成分比例影响了团簇的结构类型.而55原子Cu-Au-Pd团簇均为完整二十面体结构,序列参数显示Cu,Au和Pd原子分层现象明显.对于147原子Cu_(12)Au_(93)Pd_(42)团簇完整二十面体结构,中心原子为Au,内层和次外层分别被12个Cu原子和42个Pd原子占据,最外层则被92个Au原子占满.通过原子半径及表面能分析了Cu,Pd和Au原子分别倾向于分布在内层、次外层和最外层的规律.  相似文献

O3‐NaFe1/2Co1/2O2 shows initial capacity of 160 mAh/g and an average operating voltage of 3.1 V (vs. Na) with good cyclability, and is a promising candidate of the cathode materials for sodium‐ion secondary batteries (SIBs). Here, we found that the cyclability of the slowly‐cooled sample is much worse than that of quenched one, even though the former sample keeps the O3‐type structure. The energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX) images suggest that the slow‐cooled sample (Nax Fe1–yCoy O2) is inhomogeneous in the Fe concentration (1 – y), perhaps triggered by the Na deficiency (1 – x). We ascribed the poor cyclability in the slowly‐cooled sample to the concentration inhomogeneity (Δy). Synchrotron X‐ray footprinting complements the techniques commonly used to define the structure of molecules such as crystallography, small‐angle X‐ray scattering and nuclear magnetic resonance. It is remarkably useful in probing the structure and interactions of proteins with lipids, nucleic acids or with other proteins in solution, often better reflecting the in vivo state dynamics. To date, most X‐ray footprinting studies have been carried out at the National Synchrotron Light Source, USA, and at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility in Grenoble, France. This work presents X‐ray footprinting of biomolecules performed for the first time at the X‐ray Metrology beamline at the SOLEIL synchrotron radiation source. The installation at this beamline of a stopped‐flow apparatus for sample delivery, an irradiation capillary and an automatic sample collector enabled the X‐ray footprinting study of the structure of the soluble protein factor H (FH) from the human complement system as well as of the lipid‐associated hydrophobic protein S3 oleosin from plant seed. Mass spectrometry analysis showed that the structural integrity of both proteins was not affected by the short exposition to the oxygen radicals produced during the irradiation. Irradiated molecules were subsequently analysed using high‐resolution mass spectrometry to identify and locate oxidized amino acids. Moreover, the analyses of FH in its free state and in complex with complement C3b protein have allowed us to create a map of reactive solvent‐exposed residues on the surface of FH and to observe the changes in oxidation of FH residues upon C3b binding. Studies of the solvent accessibility of the S3 oleosin show that X‐ray footprinting offers also a unique approach to studying the structure of proteins embedded within membranes or lipid bodies. All the biomolecular applications reported herein demonstrate that the Metrology beamline at SOLEIL can be successfully used for synchrotron X‐ray footprinting of biomolecules.  相似文献

The SUT‐NANOTEC‐SLRI beamline was constructed in 2012 as the flagship of the SUT‐NANOTEC‐SLRI Joint Research Facility for Synchrotron Utilization, co‐established by Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC) and Synchrotron Light Research Institute (SLRI). It is an intermediate‐energy X‐ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) beamline at SLRI. The beamline delivers an unfocused monochromatic X‐ray beam of tunable photon energy (1.25–10 keV). The maximum normal incident beam size is 13 mm (width) × 1 mm (height) with a photon flux of 3 × 108 to 2 × 1010 photons s?1 (100 mA)?1 varying across photon energies. Details of the beamline and XAS instrumentation are described. To demonstrate the beamline performance, K‐edge XANES spectra of MgO, Al2O3, S8, FeS, FeSO4, Cu, Cu2O and CuO, and EXAFS spectra of Cu and CuO are presented.  相似文献

本研究通过壳模型计算研究了N=51的同中子素91Zr、93Mo和95Ru中高自旋晕态21/2+的同核异能态现象。计算发现,低角动量的p1/2轨道上的质子是仅在93Mo中存在21/2+晕阱的主要原因。同时,本工作还研究了N=52的同中子素92Zr、94Mo和96Ru中101+-121+能级结构的系统性,发现94Mo中的101+-121+能级间隙相对最小,考虑到与93Mo的17/21+-21/21+能级相似的组态,这一结果为93Mo中出现21/2+晕阱提供了补充性的论证。Isomerism of the high-spin yrast 21/2+ states of the N=51 isotones 91Zr, 93Mo and 95Ru has been investigated using the shell model calculations. It is found that the low-j πp1/2 is responsible for the only yrast trap in 93Mo. In addition, the relatively smaller 101+-121+ level spacing in 94Mo has been found by investigating the systematics of the 101+-121+ level structures in the N=52 isotones 92Zr, 94Mo and 96Ru. This result provides a supplementary argument to the origin of the 21/2+ yrast trap in 93Mo from the viewpoint of the similarity between the configurations of 101+-121+ states in 94Mo and those of 17/21+-21/21+ states in 93Mo.  相似文献
