制备纳米氧化锌的新方法

以草酸和醋酸锌为原料，用室温固相化学反应首先制备前驱物二水合草酸锌，后者在微波场辐射分解得到产物纳米氧化锌。用XRD，TEM和IR等技术对产物的组成，大小及形貌进行了表征。结果表明：产物纳米氧化锌为粒度分布均匀的球形六角晶系结构，平均粒径约为8nm。     

Alkenylation of thiophenes at the 2-position with magnesium alkylidene carbenoids

Treatment of magnesium alkylidene carbenoids, generated from 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with isopropylmagnesium chloride at −78 °C in toluene, with 2-lithiothiophenes gave 2-alkenylated thiophenes in good to high yields. The intermediate of this reaction was found to be an alkenylmagnesium, which could be trapped with iodoalkanes and ethyl chloroformate. This procedure offers a novel and efficient one-pot synthesis of thiophenes having a disubstituted or a trisubstituted olefin at the 2-position from thiophenes in good yields.     

Asymmetric lithiation of 2-alkynyl aryl sulfides—Enantio- and diastereoselective formation of allenyl aryl sulfides and their application in nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions

The enantio- and diastereoselective synthesis of allenyl aryl sulfides by asymmetric lithiation of 2-alkynyl (2-hetero)aryl sulfides is described. A dynamic thermodynamic resolution by selective crystallization of the intermediate lithium complexes derived from deprotonation, applying a bis(oxazoline) ligand, was achieved to give enantioselectivities up to 85% ee. Subsequent stereospecific nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with arylzinc reagents established a versatile access to threefold carbon-substituted allenes.     

Detection of proline,arginine, and lysine using iodine‐azide reaction in TLC and HPTLC

The application of a modified iodine‐azide procedure for the detection of proline, arginine, and lysine is described. Phenyl isothiocyanate was used to transform amino acids into phenyl thiocarbamyl derivatives (derivatization in situ). The developed plates were sprayed with a mixture of sodium azide and starch solution, adjusted to pH 5.5, and exposed to iodine vapour. Due to the catalytic effect of the C? S bond, the spots appeared white on a violet‐grey background and were stable for 20 minutes. The detection limits were found to lie in the pmole range. The iodine‐azide test is compared with other procedures (iodine, UV, ninhydrin).     

Formal synthesis of (±)-udoteatrial hydrate

The formal synthesis of antimicrobial diterpene udoteatrial hydrate (1) is described in nine steps. Diol 6 used as starting material. The key intermediate 4 was obtained from bicyclic ketone 5 via the key Norrish type I reaction.     

Enantioselectivity of 6-O-alkyldimethylsilyl-2,3-di-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrins as chiral stationary phases in capillary GC

Summary Clenbuterol has been determined in urine by solidphase extraction on a C₁₈ cartridge, diazotization of the eluate with nitrite, coupling of the diazonium ion with 1-(naphthyl)ethylenediamine, and separation of the azo dye formed by HPLC with a C₁₈ column and a micellar mobile phase containing 0.1 M sodium dodecyl sulphate, 12%n-butanol and 0.05 M citrate buffer, pH 3. Recoveries higher than 90% were obtained by mixing the samples with a 20% 0.2 M NaOH before extraction. Limits of detection of 51 and 6.7 ng L⁻¹ were obtained with spectrophotometric and thermal lens spectrometric detection, respectively; respective repeatabilities were 3.1% (5 μg mL⁻¹) and 5.6% (0.16 μg mL⁻¹).     

The application of the concept of reaction layer to the study of electrode processes coupled with the second-order chemical reactions at microelectrodes under steady-state conditions

Under steady-state conditions, the current equations of the second-order EC, ECE and DISPI reactions at microdisk, microspherical and microring electrodes are derived with the aid of the concept of the reaction layer. The conditions under which these equations would be valid are also discussed. Using these equations, methods to determine the kinetic parameters for the second-order EC, ECE and DISPI reactions are presented. The reduction of 2,6-diphenyl-pyrylium cation and oxidation of triphenylamine were investigated as examples of the second-order EC and ECE reactions.     

Investigations with the finite element method on the Cyber 205

We are trying to investigate systematically the application of the finite element method (FEM) for solving the Schrödinger equation. The present paper is devoted to the calculation of vibrational transition probabilities for the collinear reactive system A + BC (i.e. H+H₂ and their isotopes). The calculations are fully two-dimensional and the results are compared with earlier FEM calculations and conventional basis set expansion methods using the the R-matrix or S-matrix propagation.We made extensive analysis of FEM on the vector-computer Cyber 205 and developed a vector code for the efficient use in two dimensions, so that in the near future applications even in three dimensions will be possible.For the hydrogen exchange reactions we investigated the following isotope combinations: (a) H + H₂, b) H + DH, D + HD and H + MuH (symmetric reaction), (c) D + HH, H + DD and Mu + DD (asymmetric reaction). We calculated the transition probabilities for up to five open vibrational channels and found excellent agreement with known exact values.

A two-stage approach to automatic determination of 1H NMR coupling constants

(1)H NMR scalar coupling constants are a rich source of information on molecular structure, but their extraction from spectra can be less than straightforward. Previous approaches to J extraction include methods proposed by Hoye, Golotvin, and the 'modified J-doubling' method. Here we describe the ACCA method, currently implemented in the NMR package MestReC, which allows a high degree of automation in the extraction of coupling patterns even in the case of complex multiplets with sublinewidth splitting. The new approach is illustrated by application to strychnine, for which it has detected previously unreported couplings.
