The process of establishing a directional communication link between the vehicle (VE) on the road and a roadside unit (RSU) is known as initial access process in 5G-millimeter wave(mmWave)-Vehicle to Everything (V2X) communications. Initial access is a tricky problem because substantial interruption or delay can be experienced where the RSU and the VE tries to discover the suitable beam alignment for establishing a direct communication link. Thus, it is very important to resolve this initial access problem in an effective way. Moreover, with the popularity of 5G-mmWave based V2X communication many researchers are trying to address this problem. Therefore, in this paper, we will be presenting a novel beam refinement technique that uses Improved Genetic Algorithm which is quite useful when the system is comprised of large number of antenna arrays. In this work we have considered that RSU and VE are equipped with multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna system. Proposed improved genetic algorithm includes some key improvements in terms of selection procedure, elitism, crossover and mutation operations. The effectiveness of the proposed work is investigated in terms of Capacity achieved vs number of transmit and receive antennas at RSU and VE, codebook size, outage probability and total transmitted power. Moreover, a detail analysis has been performed with previous state of the art works in terms of key performance metrics like: capacity achieved by 5G-V2X system, outage probability, and total transmitted power utilization. The proposed work has shown improved beam refinement by solving the initial access problem effectively.  相似文献

In this paper, we study degenerate CR embeddings ff of a strictly pseudoconvex hypersurface M⊂Cn+1MCn+1 into a sphere SS in a higher dimensional complex space CN+1CN+1. The degeneracy of the mapping ff will be characterized in terms of the ranks of the CR second fundamental form and its covariant derivatives. In 2004, the author, together with X. Huang and D. Zaitsev, established a rigidity result for CR embeddings ff into spheres in low codimensions. A key step in the proof of this result was to show that degenerate mappings are necessarily contained in a complex plane section of the target sphere (partial rigidity). In the 2004 paper, it was shown that if the total rank dd of the second fundamental form and all of its covariant derivatives is <n<n (here, nn is the CR dimension of MM), then f(M)f(M) is contained in a complex plane of dimension n+d+1n+d+1. The converse of this statement is also true, as is easy to see. When the total rank dd exceeds nn, it is no longer true, in general, that f(M)f(M) is contained in a complex plane of dimension n+d+1n+d+1, as can be seen by examples. In this paper, we carry out a systematic study of degenerate CR mappings into spheres. We show that when the ranks of the second fundamental form and its covariant derivatives exceed the CR dimension nn, then partial rigidity may still persist, but there is a “defect” kk that arises from the ranks exceeding nn such that f(M)f(M) is only contained in a complex plane of dimension n+d+k+1n+d+k+1. Moreover, this defect occurs in general, as is illustrated by examples.  相似文献

在机械补偿变焦距光学系统中,通过利用变焦曲线控制变倍组与补偿组的移动来达到变焦目的.因此,为使变焦距光学系统在变焦过程中能够始终成像清晰且稳定,拟合出良好的变焦曲线是十分必要的.本文运用动态光学理论、CODE V和ZEMAX宏三种方法分别对一个20倍变焦距光学系统进行变焦曲线拟合,得到相应的运动曲线方程.根据所得到的三组曲线方程,随机选取若干变焦位置点,分别对这些位置点的光学系统离焦量、中心视场MTF和边缘视场MTF进行评价.数据分析表明,动态光学理论拟合出的变焦曲线在满足系统要求前提下更能够保证像面的稳定性.  相似文献

Abstract

We have used the standard channeling technique with a 1.0 MeV He+ analyzing beam to investigate the lattice disorder produced in GaAs by 60 keV Cd and 70 keV Zn ion implantations made at room temperature. The amount of disorder produced increases linearly with dose and saturates at a dose of approximately 1–2 × 1013 Cd ions/cm2. The disorder present in low dose implants (~5 × 1012 Cd ions/cm2) anneals appreciably by 150 °C. With increasing doses of Cd or Zn the samples show a continuous increase in the anneal temperature required to remove a substantial amount of lattice disorder. There is no apparent difference between the anneal of Zn and Cd implants. The rate at which lattice disorder is produced in GaAs by heavy ion implantations and the doses of heavy ions required to saturate the lattice disorder observed are significantly different from the values of the corresponding quantities for Si and Ge.  相似文献

Photoconductivity effects in pristine and alkali-metal (K, Li) doped multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were studied under xenon (100 mW) and also halogen (10 mW) light continues sources. To perform the measurements, the pristine and alkali doped CNTs were deposited into pores of a silver foam plate with nano-metric porosity by electrophoresis technique. The foam acted as a conducting frame for sweeping the photo-induced electrons to prevent rapid local electron–hole recombination in the CNTs. The radiation spectrum of the xenon source was similar to the Sun light spectrum and under normal ambient condition the photocurrents in the alkali doped samples were enhanced noticeably in comparison with the pristine CNTs. These results present a functional photoconductive performance of a heap of as-prepared alkali-metal doped CNTs that would be applicable as a light sensor without the necessity of separation between metallic and semiconducting CNTs (m- and s-CNTs).  相似文献

Dipolar dephasing of the magnetization following a Hahn spin echo pulse sequence potentially provides a quantitative means for determining the dipolar second moment in solids. In this work, the possibility of employing Hahn spin echo decay spectroscopy to obtain quantitative 51V–51V dipolar second moments is explored. Theoretical spin echo response curves are compared to experimental ones for a collection of crystalline vanadium-containing compounds. This work suggests that 51V dipolar second moments can be obtained by selectively exciting the central m = 1/2 → −1/2 by a Hahn echo sequence for vanadate compounds with line broadening no greater than approximately 220 ppm. For vanadates with greater broadening of the central transition due to chemical shift, second-order quadrupolar, and dipolar interactions, off-resonance effects lead to an oscillatory time dependence of the spin echo. Experimentally determined second moments of the normalized echo decay intensities lie within 10–33% of the calculated values if the second moments are extrapolated to zero evolution time due to the time scale dependence of spin exchange among neighboring vanadium nuclei. Alternatively, the second moments can be obtained to within 10–25% of the calculated values if the broadening of the central transition due to chemical shift and second-order quadrupolar effects can be estimated.  相似文献

本文采用第一性原理计算首先研究了Ti3C2O2和V2CO2与CH4气体分子之间的相互作用,发现Ti3C2O2和V2CO2对CH4的吸附较弱属于物理吸附,不适宜用作探测CH4。在此基础上研究了电荷调控下CH4气体分子与Ti3C2O2和V2CO2之间的相互作用。结果表明:随着体系电荷态的增加,Ti3C2O2和V2CO2对CH4气体分子的吸附作用逐渐增加变为化学吸附。当体系电荷态大于或等于-2时,CH4气体分子在Ti3C2O2和V2CO2表面可以被有效捕获。撤去电荷后,Ti3C2O2、V2CO2与CH4气体分子之间的吸附恢复至物理吸附,CH4气体分子易脱附。因此,通过调控Ti3C2O2和V2CO2的电荷态,可以简单地实现CH4的捕获与释放。Ti3C2O2和V2CO2有望成为CH4探测或捕获材料。  相似文献

In this paper we present the simulation of Metal-Semiconductor-Metal photodetector (MSM-PD) of interdigitated planar structure based on InAlAs/InGaAs adapted for photodetection at the wavelength 1.55 μm. We use the theoretical models to plot the variations of the dark current, the photocurrent, the capacity, and the cut-off frequency of the photodetector as a function of bias voltage and the interelectrode distance. The obtained results show a very low dark current, mainly due to the introduction of a thin layer to increase the Schottky barrier based on In0.52Al0.48As in the epitaxial structure of component. The obtained photocurrent and cut-off frequencies are very appreciable, these latter are mainly limited by the transit time of the photo-generated carriers given the low component capacity obtained by simulation.  相似文献

Heteroleptic triorganobismuth (V) complexes of general formula, R3Bi(OOCR')2 ( 1 – 7 ), where R = C6H5 ( 1 – 3 ), p‐CH3C6H4 ( 4 – 7 ) and R' = 3,5‐Cl2C6H3 ( 1 , 5 ); 3,4,5‐(OCH3)3C6H2 ( 2 , 6 ); 3‐CH3C6H4 ( 3 , 7 ); 2‐OH‐3‐OCH3C6H3 ( 4 ) have been synthesized and fully characterized by FT‐IR, 1H &13C NMR spectroscopy, single crystal X‐ray crystallography and elemental analysis. The molecular geometry observed for the compounds is predominantly distorted trigonal bipyramidal, the fact which was subsequently authenticated through X‐ray analyses for ( 1 – 4 ). All the synthesized compounds have been bio‐assayed for antileishmanial (Leishmania tropica KWH23) and Jack beans urease inhibitory activity, and human Lymphocytes were used to measure the general toxicity. Of these, ( 4 ) proved to be highly effective against the target species (Leishmania tropica KWH23), while being non‐toxic towards the mammalian cells at levels below 0.74 μgmL?1, making it highly promising drug candidate. The high activities for ( 2 , 4 , and 6 ) against Jack beans Urease as compared to the reference standard demonstrate their significance in searching of therapeutic agents in future programs. The significant binding score of ( 2 & 4 ) against H. pylori in molecular docking studies further revealed their importance in future drug discovery processes.  相似文献
