Response theory is used to investigate one- and two-photon absorption(TPA) as well as the emission properties of a series of potential zinc ion and pH sensitive materials containing 2-(2’-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole(HPBO) end groups.Special emphasis is placed on the evolution of their optical properties upon combining with zinc ions or deprotonation.Our calculated results indicate that upon combining with zinc ions or deprotonation,these HPBO derivatives show drastic changes in their one-photon absorption(OPA),emission,and TPA properties.Moreover,the mechanisms of the probes are analyzed and found to be an intramolecular charge transfer.These compounds are thus proved to be excellent candidates for two-photon fluorescent zinc and pH probes. 相似文献

In this paper,the frequency-locking and threshold current-lowering effects of a quantum cascade laser are studied and achieved.Combined with cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy,the noninvasive detection of H_2 with a prepared concentration of 500 ppm in multiple dissolved gases is performed and evaluated.The high frequency selectivity of 0.0051 cm~(-1) at an acquisition time of 1 s allows the sensitive detection of the(1-0) S(l) band of H_2 with a high accuracy of(96.53±0.29)%and shows that the detection limit to an absorption line of 4712.9046 cm~(-1) is approximately(17.26±0.63) ppm at an atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃. 相似文献

Grafting of methyl methacrylate (MMA) onto delignified Grewia optiva fiber using ascorbic acid/H2O2 as an initiator was carried out under microwave irradiation. The effects of varying the microwave power, exposure time, and concentration of initiator and monomer of graft polymerization were studied to obtain maximum grafting percentage (26.54%). The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for grafting were: exposure time, 10min; microwave power, 110 W; ascorbic acid concentration, 3.74mol/L × 10?2; H2O2 concentration, 0.97mol/L × 10?1; monomer concentration, 1.87mol/L × 10?1. This work reports the deposition of platinum (Pt) nanoparticles on the surface of graphene nanosheet by a simple approach, using a microwave-assisted method. The photocatalytic activity has been investigated for hydrogen evolution. The hydrogen evolutions were attributed to graphene, due to its high photoelectron transport properties, and the Pt nanoparticles attached on the surface of graphene sheet, which act as reaction centers for H2 evolution. The “as-prepared” composites were characterized by Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET) surface area measurement, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). Schiff base metal complexes of Cr(III), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) derived from 5-chlorosalicylidene-2-amino-5-methylthiazole (HL1) and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthylidene-2-amino-5-methylthiazole (HL2) have been synthesized by conventional as well as microwave methods. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, FAB-mass, molar conductance, electronic spectra, 1H-NMR, ESR, magnetic susceptibility, thermal, electrical conductivity and XRD analyses. The complexes exhibit coordination number 4 or 6. The complexes are coloured and stable in air. Analytical data reveal that all the complexes exhibit 1:2 (metal:ligand) ratio. IR data show that the ligand coordinates with the metal ions in a bidentate manner through the phenolic oxygen and azomethine nitrogen. FAB-mass and thermal data show degradation pattern of the complexes. The thermal behaviour of metal complexes shows that the hydrated complexes lose water molecules of hydration in the first step; followed by decomposition of ligand molecules in the subsequent steps. XRD patterns indicate crystalline nature for the complexes. The Schiff bases and metal complexes show good activity against the Gram-positive bacteria; Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative bacteria; Escherichia coli and fungi Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. The antimicrobial results also indicate that the metal complexes are better antimicrobial agents as compared to the Schiff bases. 相似文献

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is the most popular material for applications in solar‐energy conversion and photocatalysis, both of which rely on the creation, transport, and trapping of charges (holes and electrons). The nature and lifetime of electron traps at room temperature have so far not been elucidated. Herein, we use picosecond X‐ray absorption spectroscopy at the Ti K‐edge and the Ru L3‐edge to address this issue for photoexcited bare and N719‐dye‐sensitized anatase and amorphous TiO2 nanoparticles. Our results show that 100 ps after photoexcitation, the electrons are trapped deep in the defect‐rich surface shell in the case of anatase TiO2, whereas they are inside the bulk in the case of amorphous TiO2. In the case of dye‐sensitized anatase or amorphous TiO2, the electrons are trapped at the outer surface. Only two traps were identified in all cases, with lifetimes in the range of nanoseconds to tens of nanoseconds. 相似文献

The reaction of POCl3‐activated, readily soluble diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) with 2‐aminoheteroaromatics to yield 1:1 and 1:2 hydrogen chelates is described. Complexation of these hydrogen chelates with boron reagents results in thermally and photochemically stable fluorescent dyes (PP–azacyanines). The 1:2 complexes in particular absorb at long wavelengths and are brightly fluorescing. The rich photophysics of the new compounds are presented. Both the pronounced vibrational fine structure of the S0→S1 transitions and the observed fluorescence phenomena allow detailed conclusions to be made on the correlation between molecular structure and optical properties. 相似文献

通过带负电荷的MnO2纳米片与带正电荷的Co-Ni层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米片的静电自组装外加后续热处理合成了异质层状结构的MnO2/NiCo2O4复合物.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、拉曼光谱、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征.用循环伏安(CV)、恒流充放电和电化学交流阻抗技术对其电化学性能进行了测试.研究结果表明,该方法制得的异质复合物具有多孔层状堆垛结构,这种特殊的结构不仅增大了电解液离子的接触面积,而且还为其嵌入-脱出提供了有效途径.该复合物在1 A·g-1电流密度时,-0.6-0.45 V电位窗口内的比电容达482 F·g-1,优于纯组分MnO2和NiCo2O4的电容性能. 相似文献
