A design of laser-diode array (LDA) end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser that generates simultaneous laser action at wavelengths 1064 and 1342 nm is presented. Using type-I critical phase matching (CPM) BiB3O6, 593.5 nm continuous-wave (cw) Orange-yellow laser is obtained by 1064 nm and 1342 nm in an intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 3.62 W is obtained when an incident pump laser of 27.5 W is used. The optical-to-optical conversion is up to 13.2%. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest conversion efficiency at 593.5 nm in an intra-cavity sum-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser. 相似文献

An optical film with aspherical microlens array (A-MLA) by using multi-step lithography process for an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) package is fabricated, by which method the luminance of OLEDs can be enhanced. The method of design and fabrication of an A-MLA is explored in this study. In the design process, various parameters of an A-MLA such as curved profiles, layout template and dimensions of microlens are analyzed and characterized. Curved profiles include hyperbola, parabola, ellipse and sphere; and layout templates include square, hexagon, triangle and tangential circle. The profile of the A-MLA was determined by using a commercial optical simulation software, FRED. Based on the simulated result, a film with an A-MLA was fabricated using the LIGA-like (Lithographie Galvanoformung Abformung, LIGA) process, including lithography, sputtering, micro-molding with PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) and UV (Ultraviolet)-cured technology. The major challenge to this process is to use JSR-126N negative thick photoresist to manufacture an approximate A-MLA optical film with multi-step lithography method. Finally, the films with A-MLAs are attached to an OLED to measure their optical-electric properties. The effectsof A-MLA optical films on OLED luminance are analyzed. In addition, the measured results are compared with simulated ones. They show good agreement with each other. 相似文献

We describe a concept of using segmented adaptive optics (AO) to correct the higher-order wavefront aberrations (HOWAs) in an atmospheric turbulence condition. The effects of piston and tip-tilt corrections are analyzed by numerical simulation. An experiment test-bed is built for verification. Seven spatial beamlets are combined into a hexagonal array by use of a pyramid, and an active segmented mirror is used for phase modulation. The AO control is implemented by stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm. Experimentally, after segmented AO is enabled, the HOWA in warmed air environment has been effectively corrected and the peak intensity of far-field has been enhanced by 5 times. 相似文献

In this paper, we proposed a novel approach for reconstruction of the magnified, real and orthoscopic three-dimensional (3-D) object images by using the moving-direct-pixel-mapping (MDPM) method in the MALT(moving-array-lenslet-technique)-based scalable integral-imaging system. In the proposed system, multiple sets of elemental image arrays (EIAs) are captured with the MALT, and these picked-up EIAs are computationally transformed into the depth-converted ones by using the proposed MDPM method. Then, these depth-converted EIAs are combined and interlaced together to form an enlarged EIA, from which a magnified, real and orthoscopic 3-D object images can be optically displayed without any degradation of resolution. In order to overcome the drawbacks of low SNR of IR (infrared) images and resolve the problem that widely used 2D-TDI (two dimensional time delay integration) algorithm could only be applied to static or slow-moving targets, the application of multi-sampling and filtering technology is discussed in this paper. The technology adopted the method of sampling the same pixel repeatedly in one image which ensured that it could be applied to fast-moving targets and lowered random noise of IR images in the meantime. Both the images effects and the experimental data show that multi-sampling and filtering technology of infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) have the same ability of improving SNR (signal noise ratio) of IR images as the 2D-TDI algorithm which can raise the SNR of IR images to times of the original ones (m equals to the sampling times at the same pixel), and the experimental result also proves that the technology can be applied to all moving targets. 相似文献

We investigate a periodic slit-groove metal array with converging and diverging shaped channels by using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. We show that the peaks and dips of the transmission spectra can be tuned by the geometry parameters of the groove. And the resonance modes are strongly correlated with the groove depth and width of both ends of the groove, and the transmission dip between the resonance modes can be modulated by these parameters. However, the distance between the slit and the groove has little influence on the transmission. We show that the periodic slit-groove with diverging and converging shaped channels is useful for the design of plasmonic devices. 相似文献

We have studied the vortex dynamics in a ratchet array of Josephson junctions in the presence of magnetic field of 1/5 flux quantum per plaquette. The ratchet potential consists of both alternate critical currents for all the vertical junctions and alternate shunt capacitances for all the horizontal junctions. The vortices driven by an ac current in some parameters are found to show the directional motion as well as the asymmetric current-voltage characteristics. We use the time-dependent vorticity and the time-dependent vorticity-vorticity correlation function to analyze the motion of vortices on a few fractional Shapiro steps. We have found that vortices on a fractional Shapiro n/5-step move coherently through n plaquettes during a single ac cycle. The asymmetric features of the ratchet array gradually disappear as finite temperature increases. 相似文献

This paper presents a parametric study on the efficiency of ultrasound focusing in an attenuative medium, using phased arrays. Specifically, an analytical model of ultrasound wave focusing in a homogeneous, isotropic and attenuative fluid with point sources is presented. Calculations based on the model have shown that in an attenuative medium, an optimum frequency exists for the best focusing performance for a particular size of aperture and focal distance. The effect of different f numbers on the focusing performance in the attenuative medium is further investigated. The information obtained from the analytical model provides insights into the design and installation of a phased transducer array for energy efficient wave focusing. 相似文献

Bi2SiO5 modified Si nanowire array films were fabricated as photo-catalysts via dip-coating Bi(NO3)3 on silver-assisted electroless wet chemical etching Si nanowires and subsequently annealing. The structures and morphologies of as-prepared samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results of photocatalytic experiments indicated that the Bi2SiO5 modified Si nanowire arrays benefit the improvement for efficient electron-hole separation and photo-catalytic stability, thereby possessing superior photo-degradation performance.
