We describe equipment and a procedure for measuring inhomogeneities in active regions of solar cells, photoelectric transducers,
and multielement photodetectors, based on a computer-controlled dual-beam laser scanner including a Pentium III personal computer,
an HP-34401A digital multimeter with RS-232 serial interface;, a platform movable along the Y coordinate with the sample multielement
photodetector to be tested and a microprobe device for picking up the photocurrents, an optical head with laser photodiodes
in the visible (λ1 = 0.68 μm) and IR (λ2 = 0.82 μm) ranges scanning along the X coordinate, and a control unit for focusing the laser beams λ1, λ2, stabilizing the laser radiation power, and controlling the step motors for the X,Y coordinates.
The equipment and procedure enable laser scanning of sample multielement photodetectors, with external dimensions 10 × 10
μm2 to 150 × 150 mm2, along the X, Y coordinates at a maximum rate of 100 mm/sec; minimum radiation power of the laser diodes, 10 mW; range of
laser beam diameters, 2–50 μm; range of scanning steps along the X, Y coordinates, 5–100 μm; current sensitivity 1·10−8 A, voltage sensitivity 1·10−7 V; measurement and analysis accuracy at least 0.5%; storage of color plots of the inhomogeneities in the active regions of
the multielement photodetectors on the hard disk of the personal computer, with output of analysis results to a monitor and
color printer, 32 color gradations. Software written in Delphi 7.0.

Various conditions leading to successful electronic concentration of negatively-charged molecules, notably oligonucleotides, on a microfabricated biochip have been studied. Tests on two chip designs have been performed. In the first generation biochip, which consisted of 12 electrodes 5 mm apart, fluorescent molecules were attracted to a positively-biased electrode leading to electronic concentration. In the second generation biochip, which consisted of eight electrodes 250 μm apart, much faster concentration rates were observed due to reduction in electrode spacing. These results are significant to design a pathogen detection biochip based on DNA hybridization assisted by electronic concentration. 相似文献

The diagnosis of antibody-mediated allergic disorders is based on clinical findings, skin prick tests and detection of allergen-specific IgE in serum. Here, we present a new microarray technique of high-density antigen immobilization using carboxylated arms on the surface of a diamond-like carbon (DLC)-coated chip. High immobilization capacity of antigen on DLC chip at (0.94–7.82) × 109 molecules mm−2 allowed the analysis of allergen-specific immunoglobulins against not only purified proteins but also natural allergen extracts with wide assay dynamic range. The higher sensitivity of the allergen-specific IgE detection on DLC chip was observed for comparison with the UniCAP system: the DLC chip allowed lowering the limit of dilution rate in UniCAP system to further dilution at 4–8-fold. High correlations (ρ > 0.9–0.85) of allergen-specific IgE values determined by the DLC chip and UniCAP were found in most of 20 different allergens tested. The DLC chip was useful to determine allergen-induced antibodies of IgA, IgG, IgG1, and IgG4 in sera, apart from IgE, as well as secretory IgA in saliva against the same series of allergens on the chip in a minimal amount (1–2 μL) of sample. 相似文献

We present a very fast algorithm for general matrix factorization of a data matrix for use in the statistical analysis of high-dimensional data via latent factors. Such data are prevalent across many application areas and generate an ever-increasing demand for methods of dimension reduction in order to undertake the statistical analysis of interest. Our algorithm uses a gradient-based approach which can be used with an arbitrary loss function provided the latter is differentiable. The speed and effectiveness of our algorithm for dimension reduction is demonstrated in the context of supervised classification of some real high-dimensional data sets from the bioinformatics literature. 相似文献

提出了一种接触式图像传感器(CIS)扫描仪非均匀校正的新方法,能够快速高效地完成对CIS扫描仪彩色图像的非均匀校正,消除了CIS的颜色差异。采用多点分段单步法进行标定,采用现场可编程门阵列实现校正,并最终得到颜色均匀的彩色图像。对于分辨率高达1200dpi的CIS扫描仪,采集一次样板纸完成全部颜色空间的分段标定,图像传输的同时完成校正,校正过程仅耗时0.125μs。实际应用效果显示校正后R,G,B三个通道的像素误差控制在5个像素以内,相比校正前图像均匀性提升10倍左右,比传统两点法提升3倍左右,且明显改善图像颜色突变、暗淡以及随机条纹等问题。 相似文献
