GSI experiments on synthesis and nuclear structure investigations of the heaviest nuclei

Isotopes of elements up to Z = 113 have been synthesized using medium heavy projectiles and target nuclei around doubly magic ²⁰⁸Pb. Synthesis of still heavier elements in reactions of ⁴⁸Ca projectiles with actinide target nuclei has been reported. To obtain more information about production mechanism of transfermium isotopes nuclear reaction studies including investigations of massive transfer were resumed at SHIP, GSI. Nuclear structure investigations at SHIP have been concentrated so far mainly on systematic investigations of low lying Nilsson levels in odd-mass nuclei. Recently this field has been extended to decay studies of isomeric states in nobelium nuclei at E^* > 1 MeV.     

The A = 51 mirror nuclei 51Fe and 51Mn

Eighteen previously unknown γ-ray transitions were identified in the T _z = - 1/2 nucleus ⁵¹Fe following the fusion-evaporation reaction ³²S(²⁸Si,2α1n)⁵¹Fe. The level scheme reaches the fully aligned I ^π = 27/2^- terminating state of the five holes in the f _7/2 shell. The 17/2^- state was found to be isomeric, and the lifetime was measured to be 2.87 ns. The mirror symmetry of ⁵¹Fe and ⁵¹Mn is discussed, and the level scheme of ⁵¹Fe is compared to shell-model calculations. Received: 20 July 2000 / Accepted: 1 August 2000     

考虑壁面接触效应的微流动数值模拟

使用level set和volume of fluid(VOF)方法对考虑壁面接触效应的不可压缩两相微流动进行数值模拟.对于level set方法,计算基于MAC网格,使用二阶投影算法求解二维Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程和level set函数方程;对于VOF方法,通过引入计算网格内的体积分数,将流场的参数转化为体积平均值,界面的形状由体积分数连续方程的解决定.给出一些计算实例,并和现有的实验结果进行比较.     

基于窄带多区域水平集方法的遥感图像分割

由于遥感图像存在边缘混叠等问题,经典的C-V模型会产生大量的冗余轮廓,而且无法分割多个同质区域的目标.为此,提出了基于C-V模型的窄带多区域水平集图像分割方法,采用N-1个水平集函数将图像分割成N(N＞1)个区域,每个水平集函数表达一个区域.该方法一方面通过建立独立多区域水平集模型可以消除多余的轮廓,避免分割区域的重叠...     

Cascade-exciton model analysis of level density parameter dependence in proton induced fission cross sections of some sub-actinide nuclei

Fission cross sections strongly depend on the ratio of the level density parameter in fission to neutron emission, a_f/a_n. In this work, a cascade-exciton model implemented in the code CEM95 has been used to observe this effect for proton induced fission cross sections of tungsten, lead and bismuth. The method was employed using different level density parameter ratios for each fission cross section calculation. The calculated fission cross sections are compared with the available experimental data in the literature. It has been observed that a change of the ratio of the level density parameter, a_f/a_n, is necessary with the incident energy of the proton, to best estimate the fission cross sections in CEM95.     

方势阱中束缚态粒子能级的数值方法和波函数的图示

用数值方法求出了一维有限深不对称方势阱中束缚态粒子的能级和归一化波函数及其图示,所得结果在势阱深度趋于无穷大时与无限深势阱的结果一致.     

Electric- and magnetic-field-tuned Landau levels and Hall conductivity in AA-stacked bilayer graphene

We theoretically study the combined effect of magnetic and electric fields on the Landau levels and Hall conductivity in AA-stacked bilayer graphene. From the analytic expressions derived, we obtain explicit criterions for determining the zero-energy Landau level and different level crossings in the graphene bilayer. For providing a scheme of experimental verification, we further explore the quantum Hall effect in such a biased bilayer. It is found that the zero-conductance Hall plateau in this system can vanish at certain specific combinations of magnetic and electric fields, accompanying with the occurrence of resonance Hall conductivity steps.     

Beta-decay of 71Co and 73Co

A decay spectroscopy study of the neutron-rich cobalt isotopes has been performed using fragmentation of a ⁸⁶Kr³⁶⁺ beam and the new LISE2000 spectrometer at GANIL. For ⁷¹Co and ⁷³Co, the -delayed radiation has been observed for the first time, and the half-lives were found to be 79(5) ms and 41(4) ms, respectively. Features of the decay are discussed qualitatively in terms of nuclear models.     

在具有伸缩子的QCD势模型中的重介子

从伸缩子–胶子有效耦合理论得到的重夸克–反夸克势模型出发,计算了重介子的自旋平均能谱及轻子衰变和辐射跃迁宽度,并与Cornell势模型所得到的相应结果作了比较.结果表明,新的重夸克势的计算结果与重介子的实验数据更好地符合,而且估计的伸缩子质量5?7MeV很好地位于有关伸缩子质量的其他理论途径所估计的范围之内.
