非球面碳化硅反射镜的加工与检测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了获得高精度非球面碳化硅(SiC)反射镜,对非球面碳化硅反射镜基底以及改性后碳化硅反射镜表面的加工与检测技术进行了研究。介绍了非球面计算机控制光学表面成型(CCOS)技术及FSGJ-2非球面数控加工设备。采用轮廓检测法和零位补偿干涉检测法分别对碳化硅反射镜研磨和抛光阶段的面形精度进行了检测,并采用零位补偿干涉检测法及表面粗糙度测量仪对最终加工完毕的碳化硅反射镜的面形精度和表面粗糙度进行检测。测量结果表明:各项技术指标均满足设计要求,其中非球面碳化硅(SiC)反射镜实际使用口径内的面形精度(RMS值)为0.016λ(λ=0.6328μm),表面粗糙度(RMS值)为0.85nm。  相似文献

The sigma meson production in p + ^12C and p A- ^40Ca reactions at the incident energy Ep = 1.5 GeV is investigated within the Quantum Molecular Dynamics model. The simulation results indicate a distinctive A dependence of the sigma production, that is, the increase of A is followed by an increase of the production cross sections. We find that the σ meson production in proton-induced reactions is strongly medium-dependent, and the produced σ mesons decaying in a denser medium experience a stronger mass shift towards lower masses. This mass shift is an experimentally accessible observable in the final state pion pairs, which do not suffer from reabsorption by the surrounding nucleons. It is pointed out that the ratio of measured sigma cross sections as a function of the sigma invariant-mass from various reactions is a good probe to explore the existence of the σ meson in a dense nuclear environment.  相似文献

Production and space-time evolution of heavy quarks in central and non-central heavy-ion collisions at RHIC and LHC are studied with the partonic transport model Boltzmann Approach of MultiParton Scatterings (BAMPS). In addition to the initially created heavy quarks in hard parton scatterings during nucleon-nucleon collisions, secondary heavy quark production in the quark-gluon plasma is investigated and the sensitivity on various parameters is estimated. In BAMPS heavy quarks scatter with particles of the medium via elastic collisions, whose cross section is calculated with the running coupling and a more precise implementation of Debye screening. In this framework, we compute the elliptic flow and nuclear modification factor of heavy quarks and compare it to the experimental data.  相似文献

Gold nanoparticles were prepared by two different methods. The first method was chemically grafting the particles with different lengths of alkylthiol (C6SH, C12SH and C18SH). For the second method, the Au particles were surface modified first by mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA) to render a surface with carboxylic acid groups which play a role to physically adsorb cationic surfactant in chloroform. This method was termed physical/chemical method. In the first method, the effects of alkyl chain length and dispersion solvent on the monolayer behavior of surface modified gold nanoparticles was evaluated. The gold nanoparticles prepared by 1-hexanthiol demonstrated the narrowest size distribution. Most of them showed narrower particle size distributions in chloroform than in hexane. For the physical/chemical method, the particles can spread more uniformly on the water surface which is attributed to the amphiphilic character of the particles at the air/water interface. However, the particles cannot pack closely due to the relatively weak particle-particle interaction. The effect of alkyl chain length was also assessed for the second method.  相似文献

An analytical model to calculate electroluminescence (EL) efficiency of bilayer organic light-emitting devices, considering the influence of introducing LiF insulating buffer layer at metal/organic interface on the barrier height for electron injection, was presented. The relations of EL efficiency versus the applied voltage and injection barrier or internal interfacial barrier or the thickness of organic layer were discussed. The results indicate that: (1) when δ e/δ h < 2, metal/organic (M/O) interface is ohmic contact; when δ e/δ h > 2, M/O becomes contact limited; and when δ e/δ h = 2 (Φ h ~ 0.2 eV, Φ e ~ 0.3 eV), there is a transition from ohmic contact to contact limited; (2) η EL decreases with the increase of δ′e / δ′h; however, when δ′e / δ′h > 2.5 (H ′h~ 0.2 eV, H ′e~ 0.4 eV), the changes of η EL are very small, which shows that η EL is dominated by the carrier’s injection; (3) when increasing Lh/L, η R has a descending trend at low voltage and a rising one at higher voltage. For a given Lh/L, η EL first increases and then decreases with the increasing applied voltage, and as Lh/L further increases, the variation tendency of η EL is more obvious. These conclusions are in agreement with the reported theoretic and experimental results.  相似文献

Studies were performed on surface modification of antibacterial TiO2/Ag+ nanoparticles by grafting γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS). The interfacial structure of the modified particles was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The thickness of the surface layer was determined by using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). The results show that APS is chemically bonded to the surface of antibacterial TiO2/Ag+ nanoparticles. Furthermore, the modified particles were mixed in PVC to prepare composites whose antibacterial property was investigated. The results suggest that surface modification has no negative effect on antibacterial activity of TiO2/Ag+ nanoparticles and PVC-TiO2/Ag+ composites exhibits good antibacterial property.  相似文献

Iron alloys and aluminum were nitrogen implanted in a controlled oxygen atmosphere and the role of hydrogen on the surface etching mechanisms studied. The surface composition was analyzed by in situ photoemission electron spectroscopy (XPS). In iron alloys, hydrogen strongly etches oxygen, improving nitrogen retention on the surface. On the other hand, hydrogen removes nitrogen from aluminum surfaces, with a deleterious effect on the nitriding effectiveness. The oxygen removal in iron alloys is associated with the catalytic effect of electrons in d-orbitals and the nitrogen removal in aluminum is associated with a steric effect.  相似文献

Electron beam processing of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films is found to promote significant changes in the melting heat, intrinsic viscosity and polymer film-liquid (water, isooctane and toluene) boundary surface tension. These properties are featured with several maximums depending on the absorbed dose and correlating with the modification of PET surface functionality. Studies using adsorption of acid-base indicators and IR-spectroscopy revealed that the increase of PET surface hydrophilicity is determined by the oxidation of methylene and methyne groups. Electron beam treatment of PET films on the surface of N-vinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution provided graft copolymerization with this comonomer at optimum process parameters (energy 700 keV, current 1 mA, absorbed dose 50 kGy).  相似文献

The a-C and a-C:H films are deposited on silicon surfaces modified with and without nickel nanoparticles by using mid-frequency magnetron sputtering. The microstructures and morphologies of the films are analyzed by Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. Field emission behaviors of the deposited films with and without nickel nanoparticles modification are comparatively investigated. It is found that the hydrogen-free carbon film exhibits a high field emission current density and low turn-on electric field compared with the hydrogenated carbon film. Nickel modifying could increase the current density, whereas it has no significant effect on the turn-on electric field. The mechanism of field electron emission of a sample is discussed from the surface morphologies of the films and nickel nanoparticle roles in the interface between film and substrate.  相似文献

黑米花色苷易受外部环境影响发生降解致使局部分子结构破坏而使营养价值和保健功能有所下降。利用有机酸提供酰基对黑米花色苷进行修饰来提高花色苷结构的稳定性。利用红外光谱分析经咖啡酸酰化修饰黑米花色苷的结构变化。结果表明:黑米花色苷酰化修饰前后于官能团区3 650~3 200和1 680~1 620 cm-1处均有吸收峰,且其于指纹区1 282.68和1 277.51 cm-1处出现酚羟基吸收峰,于1 056.07和1 054.03 cm-1处出现醇羟基吸收峰,719.90和719.71 cm-1处出现苯环上C-H面外弯曲振动吸收峰。由此可见,黑米花色苷酰化修饰后主要结构框架仍为花色苷的芳环结构。此外,黑米花色苷酰化修饰前后于1 900~1 650 cm-1间1 714.28和1 728.13 cm-1处均出现共轭羰基的特征吸收峰,对应于可直接连接在苯环上的α-羰基结构,由此说明黑米花色苷结构中存在着酰基基团。黑米花色苷经酰化修饰后红外图谱于1 517.20 cm-1处出现新吸收峰,其正好处于1 800~900 cm-1双键(不含氢)伸缩振动区,指纹区876.65 cm-1处亦出现了苯环上的C-H面外弯曲振动吸收峰。与之相呼应在经二阶导数处理后红外光谱图中在2 500~2 000 cm-1间出现了新的波动,此波段为累积双键伸缩振动区,而官能团区3 650~3 200 cm-1间3 370.20 cm-1处的吸收峰正好处于多分子缔合区。由此可见,在咖啡酸作为酰基供体,酰化修饰黑米花色苷时由于分子间的重新缔合于结构中引入了新的酰基基团而呈现出一种双酰化的空间结构。黑米花色苷酰化结构中有机酸与糖链相连,将有机酸置于2-苯基苯并吡喃骨架的表面,这种堆积作用模式可以较好地抵抗水的亲核攻击和其他降解反应进而提高黑米花色苷结构的稳定性。  相似文献
