本文通过测定牛血红蛋白、人血清蛋白、伴刀豆球蛋白A与过渡态金属离子Cr(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)在不同条件下的荧光强度变化来揭示蛋白质与金属离子形成络合物的配位点,从而确定所形成配合物的结构,并讨论了溶液PH值对蛋白质荧光强度的影响。另外,对金属离子与蛋白质体系进行了荧光偏振的研究。 相似文献

Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs), in particular ZIF-8 (made of Zn2+ and 2-methyilimidazolate) and cobalt-doped-ZIF-8, are found important for many energy and environmental applications. It was reported that ZIFs show excellent structural stability in water and thus ideal for aqueous applications. However, recent studies also found some evidence that ZIF-8 undergoes hydrolysis in water. Despite the importance of ZIF's stability in many aqueous applications, the extent of ZIFs' degradation in water is still not yet fully understood. In this study, we report a quantitative study of the water stability of 0–100 at% cobalt-doped ZIF-8, using a new combination of analytical tools. The study demonstrated the importance of analyzing both filtered powders and the filtrate liquid systematically, in particular by using UV–Vis spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The combination of analytical tools allowed the study on the effects of ZIF concentrations in water, cobalt doping levels, and amounts of ligands in water on the water stability of ZIF samples. The effect of cobalt-doping was investigated by using ZIF particles with identical sizes (200–400 nm), in order to eliminate the effects of particle size on hydrolysis. Unlike other synthesis methods, a mechanochemical ball milling method allowed the production of nano-scale ZIF-8 particles with similar sizes, independent of cobalt-doping levels. In terahertz frequency region, we have investigated theoretically the correlation between spectra of a free photonic structure and that deposited on a metal for several models of metal. It was found that for quasi-normal incidence of p-polarized electromagnetic field the presence of metal generates narrow spectral wells in the middle of reflection windows existing in a free photonic crystal. Quite another manifestation of metal-resonator inter-influence takes place at incident angles exceeding the Brewster angle when reflection spikes coincide with modes of photonic crystal resonator and they are absent throughout the stopband areas. Based on the bipolar resistive switching (RS) characteristics of SnO2 films, we have fabricated a new prototypical device with sandwiched structure of Metal/SnO2/fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO). The SnO2 microspheres film was grown on FTO glass by template-free hydrothermal synthesis, which was evaporated with various commonly used electrodes such as aluminium (Al), silver (Ag), and gold (Au), respectively. Typical self-rectifying resistance switching behaviors were observed for the RS devices with Al and Au electrodes. However, no obvious rectifying resistance switching behavior was observed for the RS device with Ag electrode. Above results were interpreted by considering the different interface barriers between SnO2 and top metal electrodes. Our current studies pave the ways for modulating the self-rectifying resistance switching properties of resistive memory devices by choosing suitable metal electrodes. 相似文献

Gold nanoparticle arrays are fabricated for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and the effect of the annealing temperature, the thickness of nanoparticle array and the exciting power on the SERS signals are investigated. The particle distribution and particle size are dense and uniform on the glass substrate when the 10 nm gold film was annealed at 250 °C and strong SERS signals for Rhodamine 6G were achieved via a 532 nm excitation with a 10 mW power. The SERS signal at 1650 cm−1 is enhanced more than 10 times as compared to that of the gold film without annealing. The strong SERS behavior of gold nanoparticle arrays may broaden the SERS applications in biomedical and analytical chemistry. 相似文献

This paper studies optical transmission through an interface between two slits with different widths in a sheet composed of an ideal conductor. Such a structure is of potential use in fabricating optical diode and may be the simplest one compared to other designs. Our calculations show that there is a critical wavelength. When the light wavelength is below the critical wavelength, the transmissivity is unidirectional. The expression of the stable transmissivity as a function of the ratio of the widths of the two slits was obtained analytically. Particularly, at the critical wavelength, the transmissivities are zero. This phenomenon has great potential for application in the manufacture of wavelength blockers. 相似文献
