In this paper, we propose a sinusoidal phase modulating (SPM) interferometer that is insensitive to external disturbances, and its measuring principle is analyzed theoretically. In the SPM interferometer, the interference signal is detected by a high-speed image sensor based on a low-speed CCD and a signal processing circuit is used to obtain the phase of each point on the surface. Therefore, the surface profile can be measured real-time. The experiments measuring the surface profile of a wedge-shaped optical flat show that the measurement time of the SPM interferometer is less than 10 ms, the repetitive measurement accuracy is 4.2 nm. The results show that the impacts of nonlinear distortion of the piezoelectric transducer (PZT) and part external disturbance are removed. 相似文献

The quest for higher peak focused intensities and better temporal contrast drives one to improve the design of all possible stages of the chirped pulse amplification (CPA) system. In this paper, we have analyzed the role of dispersion and spectral profile on the temporal shape and contrast ratio of the output pulse of a CPA system. The simulations indicate that an initial sech2 or a Gaussian pulse in the CPA system is best for a good contrast ratio. Incorporating a four-grating based pulse compressor in the CPA system improves the contrast as well as provides the flexibility to compensate the dispersion upto the fourth order. model of a double-tapered disc-loaded circular waveguide was made throughout the steps of the model. In the observed profile,
the magnetic flux density in a typical step relative to its value in first-step decreases from first-step (gun-end) to end-step
(collector-end) of the model considering the up-tapering schemes, in which structure parameters increase from gun-end to collector-end.
Also, the transverse beam velocity in a typical step relative to its value in first-step decreases from gun-end to collector-end.
However, the Larmor radius in a typical step relative to its value in first-step as well as the hollow-beam radius in a typical

ABSTRACTWe study the effect of the external electric field Fext on the low-temperature electron mobility μ in an asymmetrically doped AlxGa1-xAs based V-shaped double quantum well (VDQW) structure. We show that nonlinearity of µ occurs under double subband occupancy on account of intersubband effects. The field Fext alters the VDQW potential leading to transfer of subband wave functions between the wells, which affects the scattering potentials and hence μ. In the VDQW structure, due to the alloy channel layer, the alloy disorder (Al-) scattering happens to be significant along with the ionised impurity (Imp-) scattering. The non-linear behaviour of μ is because of μImp, while the overall magnitude of μ is mostly due to μAl. The increase of difference in the doping concentrations of the outer barriers increases the nonlinearity of μ. The oscillatory character of μ is amended by varying the width of the well and barrier and also the height of the VDQW. Our results can be used to study VDQW based nanoscale field effect transistor structures. 相似文献

The performance of a Li-ion cell strongly depends on the solid-electrolyte interface (SEI) on electrodes. The depth distribution of composition in SEI is normally determined by means of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) via Ar ion sputtering. Recently, a new kind of ion gun using C60 ions as sputtering source was introduced. In this report, a comparison between the effects of these two kinds of ion guns on the quantification of Li(Ni,Co,Mn)O2 electrodes was made. It was found that the C60 ion gun is more suitable for analyzing the composition and chemical state of Li(Ni,Co,Mn)O2 electrode since that it causes lower chemical damage in the superficial layer. 相似文献

Polymeric integrated-optical waveguides are prepared in a planar polymer chip by UV-laser lithographic methods. The waveguide samples are irradiated by an excimer laser at a wavelength Λ=248 nm with various irradiation parameters (different fluencies and irradiation doses). Mach-Zehnder interferometer is employed and the refractive index depth profiles of the waveguide samples are obtained. This profile covers two regions having exponential and Gaussian shapes. The model field distributions strongly depend on the refractive index of each region. The mode field distribution and the effective mode indices for each region have been calculated on the basis of a theoretical model and the experimentally measured data. 相似文献
