A new mercury(II) coordination polymer, [Hg(4-bpmo)I2]n (1), (4-bpmo = N,N′-bis(pyridin-4-ylmethyl)oxalamide), was synthesized, by branched tube method, and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is a polymer with a distorted tetrahedral HgN2I2 coordination environment. The thermal stability of 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal (DTA) analyses. Also 1 was prepared by a sonochemical process at ambient temperature. Reaction time and concentration of initial reagents effects on the size and morphology were studied. Nanoparticles of 1, was synthesized easily by a mechanical method (neat grinding). The resulting structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), IR spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD).  相似文献

研究了 2 羟基 5 磺酸基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯 (HSDAA)与汞 (Ⅱ )的显色反应。在TritonX 10 0存在下 ,于pH 10 30的硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中 ,汞 (Ⅱ )与试剂形成 1∶2的稳定橙红色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 5 19nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 6 7× 10 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。汞 (Ⅱ )在 0~ 6 0 0 μg·L- 1 之间符合朗伯 比尔定律。该法直接应用于水样中痕量汞的测定。  相似文献

研究安宫牛黄丸中可溶性汞及三种毒性汞价态的体外溶出检测方法, 探讨安宫牛黄丸体外安全性评价方法。通过试验研究提取溶剂、净化方式、提取、净化时间等因素对溶出的影响, 确定最佳的提取方案。使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定可溶性汞, 高效液相色谱法-电感耦合等离子体质谱法联用测定三种汞价态。安宫牛黄丸中可溶性汞及三种毒性汞价态的最佳提取方法为: 用人工肠液在37 ℃下超声处理2 h, 提取液静置20 h后取上清液。方法重现性好, 最大程度地模拟药物在体内的吸收环境。安宫牛黄丸提取液中可溶性汞含量较高, 但不含汞的有毒价态: 甲基汞、乙基汞和二价汞。该方法可推广应用于含朱砂中成药中可溶性汞及其价态的体外溶出和测定。以毒性大的三种汞价态: 甲基汞、乙基汞和二价汞作为体外指标, 可在一定程度上评价安宫牛黄丸的安全性。  相似文献

A new mercury iodide complex of dppf, [HgI2(dppf)] (adduct 1 , dppf = 1,1‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) was prepared and characterized. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis established that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2c, with a = 34.992(3), b = 10.236(5), c = 18.765(4) Å, β = 99.410(2)°, Z = 8, V = 6631.2(9) Å3. The coordination about the mercury atom is tetrahedral with two equivalent Hg–I and Hg–P bonds. Dppf functions as a chelating ligand. The nonlinear optical (NLO) properties were studied with an 8 ns‐pulsed laser at 532 nm. Its optical responses to the incident light exhibit weak optical absorptive and strong refractive effects, with n2 = 6.86 × 10–18 m2 · W–1 in a 2.48 × 10–4 mol · dm–3 DMF solution.  相似文献

Electrochemical detection of Hg(II) using a electropolymerized ion imprinting poly(2-mercaptobenzothiazole) films at the surface of gold nanoparticles/single-walled carbon nanotube nanohybrids modified glassy carbon electrode (PMBT/AuNPs/SWCNTs/GCE) is described for the first time. The Hg(II)-imprinted PMBT/AuNPs/SWCNTs/GCE sensor exhibits larger binding to functionalized capacity, larger affinity, faster binding kinetics and higher selectivity to template Hg(II). The differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) response of the Hg(II)-imprinted PMBT/AuNPs/SWCNTs/GCE sensor to Hg(II) is ca. 3.7- and 10.5-fold higher than that at the non-imprinted PMBT/AuNPs/SWCNTs/GCE and the imprinted PMBT/AuNPs/GCE, respectively, and the detection limit for Hg(II) is 0.08 nM (S/N = 3, which is well below the guideline value given by the World Health Organization) and a sensitivity of 0.749 μA nM−1 was obtained. Excellent wide linear range (0.4–96.0 nM) and good repeatability (relative standard deviation of 2.6%) were obtained for Hg(II). The interference experiments show that Ag(I), Pb(II), Cd(II), Zn(II) and Cu(II) had little or no influence on the Hg(II) signal. These values, particularly the high sensitivity and excellent selectivity in contrast to the values reported previously in the area of electrochemical Hg(II) detection, demonstrate the analytical performance of the Hg(II)-imprinted PMBT/AuNPs/SWCNTs/GCE toward Hg(II) is superior to the existing electrodes and could be used for efficient determination of Hg(II) in natural water samples.  相似文献

Mercury fluoride ions formed during the laser ablation of HgF2( s ) show the formation of six different cluster ion series viz., HgFn±, HgnFn–2±, HgnFn–1±, (HgF)n±, HgnFn+1±, and HgnFn+2±. Among the different ion series, the observation of high valent HgFn±(n±=3,4; n=6–8) indicates the existence of corresponding molecules which signify the remarkable participation of 5d Hg electrons in the chemical bonding with F atoms and thus make Hg a truly transition metal. Further, molecular orbital calculations show a large HOMO-LUMO energy gap (≥3 eV) and high electron affinity (≥5 eV) that indicates highly stable HgFn=3,4,6,8 with super halogen properties.  相似文献
