Cyclic esters of adipic acid, suberic acid and sebacic acid were prepared by reaction of the acid dichlorides and pyrocatechol or hydroquinone in benzene under high dilution conditions. While only the cyclic dimers could be obtained from hydroquinone, pyrocatechol formed cyclic monomers as well as cyclic dimers (and also a cyclic dimer with succinic acid). The structure of all compounds was confirmed by1H-NMR- and mass spectra. The crystal structures of the pyrocatechol esters were determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.

Zusammenfassung Es wurden cyclische Ester von Adipinsäure, Korksäure und Sebacinsäure durch Reaktion der entsprechenden Säure-Dichloride mit Brenzcatechin oder Hydrochinon bei hoher Verdünnung hergestellt. Während mit Hydrochinon lediglich die cyclischen Dimeren erhalten werden konnten, wurden mit Brenzcatechin sowohl cyclische Monomere als auch cyclische Dimere erhalten (ebenfalls das cyclische Dimer mit Bernsteinsäure). Die Strukturen wurden mittels1H-NMR und Massenspektren gesichert. Die Kristallstrukturen der Brenzcatechin-Ester wurden mittels Röntgenstrukturanalyse bestimmt.相似文献

Summary A method has been developed using gas chromatography — electron impact mass spectrometry for the determination of the di-0-isopropylidene-sorbofuranose and mono-0-isopropylidene-sorbofuranose. The compounds are separated as their trimethylsilyl derivatives on a capillary column coated with the stationary phase SE-52. Preparation, 11B NMR, Vibrational Spectra, and Crystal Structure of [(C5H5N)2CH2][1-(O2N)B10H9] By reaction of [B10H10]2? in aqueous acetonitrile with a saturated solution of NO2 in dichloromethane [1-(O2N) · B10H9]2? and [B10H9(NO)B10H9]3? are formed which can be separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl(DEAE) cellulose from the starting compound. The X-ray structure determination of [(C5H5N)2CH2][1-(O2N)B10H9] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 7.1530(9), b = 8.3753(8), c = 15.198(2) Å, α = 96.00(1), β = 95.48(1), γ = 95.60(1)°, Z = 2) reveals the coordination of the NO2 group via N with a B1? N distance of 1.535(5) Å and an O2? N? O1 angle of 119.3(3)°. The 11B NMR spectrum exhibits the characteristic feature (1 : 1 : 4 : 4) of an apical monosubstituted B10 cluster with a strong downfield shift of the ipso-B atom at +13.4 ppm. Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Spectroscopic Properties of the Cluster Anions [(Mo6Br )X ]2? with Xa = F, Cl, Br, I The tetrabutylammonium (TBA), tetraphenylphosphonium (TPP) and tetraphenylarsonium (TPAs) salts of the octa-μ3-bromo-hexahalogeno-octahedro-hexamolybdate(2?) anions [(Mo6Br)X]2? (Xa = F, Cl, Br, I) are synthesized from solutions of the free acids H2[(Mo6Br)X] · 8 H2O with Xa = Cl, Br, I. The crystal structures show systematic stretchings in the Mo? Mo bond length and a slight compression of the Bri8 cube in the Fa to Ia series. The cations do not change much. The i.r. and Raman spectra show at 10 K almost constant frequencies of the (Mo6Bri8) cluster vibrations, whereas all modes with Xa ligand contribution are characteristically shifted. The most important bands are assigned by polarization measurements and the force constants are derived from normal coordinate analysis. The 95Mo nmr signals are shifted to lower field with increasing electronegativity of the Xa ligands. The fluorine compound shows a sharp 19F nmr singlet at ?184.5 ppm. 相似文献

Due to the increasing trans influence in the series O < Cl < Br < I the Os? O. distances of O.? Cl? X′ axes are lengthened and the OsO. stretching vibrations are shifted to lower frequencies. The Os? The cure of a bismaleimide (BMI) neat resin modified with an aromatic diamine and a siloxane elastomer, has been studied by 13C solid state nuclear magnetic resonance. Two chemical reactions occur during the cure cycle; at a low temperature, Michael's reaction predominates, while at a high temperature the polymerization of the double bond maleimide creates the network. The degradation of this BMI material was characterized with isothermal and dynamic thermogravimetric analyses in air and in nitrogen. The BMI thermal stability is lower in nitrogen than in air. This behavior is an indication of oxygen participating in reactions at high temperatures. The activation energy (Ea) of thermal degradation was determined from isothermal data using an Arrhenius equation (In V vs. 1/T). The global Ea for the weight loss in air was found to be 91 kJ/mol. The nature and the evolution of the thermal degradation products were the combined analyzed by techniques of pyrolysis, gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The major thermal decomposition products obtained in the temperature range of 300–700°C are identified as benzene, methyl formamide, aniline, toluene and isocyanate-derived products. 相似文献

A versatile liquid chromatographic platform has been developed for analysing underivatized carbohydrates using high performance anion exchange chromatography (HPAEC) followed by an inert PEEK splitter that splits the effluent to the integrated pulsed amperometric detector (IPAD) and to an on-line single quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS). Common eluents for HPAEC such as sodium hydroxide and sodium acetate are beneficial for the amperometric detection but not compatible with electrospray ionisation (ESI). Therefore a membrane-desalting device was installed after the splitter and prior to the ESI interface converting sodium hydroxide into water and sodium acetate into acetic acid. To enhance the sensitivity for the MS detection, 0.5 mmol/l lithium chloride was added after the membrane desalter to form lithium adducts of the carbohydrates. To compare sensitivity of IPAD and MS detection glucose, fructose, and sucrose were used as analytes. A calibration with external standards from 2.5 to 1000 pmole was performed showing a linear range over three orders of magnitude. Minimum detection limits (MDL) with IPAD were determined at 5 pmole levels for glucose to be 0.12 pmole, fructose 0.22 pmole and sucrose 0.11 pmole. With MS detection in the selected ion mode (SIM) the lithium adducts of the carbohydrates were detected obtaining MDL's for glucose of 1.49 pmole, fructose 1.19 pmole, and sucrose 0.36 pmole showing that under these conditions IPAD is 3-10 times more sensitive for those carbohydrates. The applicability of the method was demonstrated analysing carbohydrates in real world samples such as chicory inulin where polyfructans up to a molecular mass of 7000 g/mol were detected as quadrupoly charged lithium adducts.
