Two vanadyl salen complexes having peripheral styryl substituents have been reacted with 1-methyl-3-(3-mercaptopropyl)-imidazolium chloride using azoisobutyronitrile as radical initiator. The resulting compounds contain at the same time a vanadyl salen complex and one imidazolium cation. In agreement with the expectations in view of their structure, these compounds were insoluble in conventional organic solvents, but completely miscible in imidazolium ionic liquids. These vanadyl salen complexes bonded to an imidazolium cation are highly active and reusable catalysts for the cyanosilylation of aldehydes. Moderate enantiomeric excesses were obtained using the chiral version of this complex.  相似文献

Pd complexes have been obtained from linear and cross-linked copolymers ofR,S-, R-, andS-1-(4-vinylphenyl)ethylamine (1) with styrene and divinylbenzene. Reduction of these compounds gave catalysts which were active in the reductive solvolysis of -acetaminocinnamic acid azlactone (2) and hydrogenation of the solvolysis products -acetamidocinnamic acid (ACA), its esters, and its 1-phenylethylamide. The catalysts showed no enantioselective properties in the reductive hydrolysis, but were more active than the catalyst obtained in the absence of the polymer (the monomeric analog). The use of polymeric catalysts has shown that, in reductive aminolysis, the chiral nucleophile plays the dominant part in determining the stereoselectivity of the reaction, rather than the chiral ligand of the catalytic complex. The polymer matrix stabilizes the low-valent state of the palladium in the complex. In the hydrogenation of ACA and its esters, the catalyst on the cross-linked polymer is much more active than its monomeric analog, but showed no enantioselectivity. 首次以天然D-樟脑的衍生物为原料, 合成了两个新型龙脑基氨基醇配体, 研究了它们与硼烷原位制备成手性噁唑硼烷后, 在不对称催化氢化还原前手性芳酮中的性能, 得到的手性仲醇的对映体过量(ee)值最高可达96%, 还考察了反应温度、时间、溶剂等因素对苯乙酮的不对称氢化还原的化学产率和光学收率的影响.  相似文献

从(-)-(1S,2R,4S)-5,6-二亚甲基双环[2.2.1]庚-2-醇(I)和(-)-(1S,2S,4S)-5,6-二亚甲基双环[2.2.1]庚-2-醇(Ⅱ)出发,合成了它们的醚类和取代苯甲酸酯类光学纯的衍生物。通过[α]D测定和构型分析,发现它们是含有3个手性碳(C1,C2和C4)的桥环化合物,其旋光性与构型的关系均符合可极化度多级圆球不对称性模型。  相似文献

Asymmetric reduction of indol-3-pyruvic acid (IPA) with NaBH4 in aqueous solution in the presence of various cyclodextrins (α-, β-, γ-, mono-6-amino-6-deoxy-β- and di-6ABamino-6AB-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin) was investigated. From the NMR and circular dichroism spectral studies, the conformation of the CyD–substrate complexes is suggested; the part of carboxylic group stay in the cavity of α-CyD, whole of IPA in β-CyD, two molecules in a γ-CyD cavity, and IPA(s) is/are on the rim of the cavity of mono-6-amino-6-deoxy-β- and di-6ABamino-6AB-deoxy-β-CyD (AβCyD, DAβCyD) with electrostatic interaction between amino group and carboxylic group. This conformational difference provides in the difference in the optical selectivity of reduction.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure iridium complexes with phosphino‐ and (phosphinooxy)‐substituted N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands were synthesized. Investigation of their electronic properties showed a similar trans influence of the phosphino (or phosphinooxy) and the NHC units. The complexes were tested in iridium‐catalyzed hydrogenation. While low conversions were observed with unfunctionalized olefins, the catalysts proved to be suitable for hydrogenation of the α,β‐unsaturated ester 20 , allylic alcohol 21 , and imine 22 . The enantioselectivities were, however, moderate.  相似文献

The synthesis of the alkaloid jamtine and the antidepressant paroxetine have been addressed by a strategy involving asymmetric desymmetrisation of prochiral imides by a chiral lithium amide base. A short reaction sequence, starting with a cyclohexane fused succinimide, led to the structures originally reported for the alkaloid jamtine and its derived N-oxide. The structures synthesised are shown not to correspond with those originally reported. A second sequence involves desymmetrisation of a 4-arylglutarimide, and provides a short enantioselective synthesis of the drug substance paroxetine.  相似文献
