聚吡咯尿酸酶电极具有快速的生牧电化学响应.在5.9×10^-6mol·dm^-3至1.5×10^-3mol·dm^-3的尿酸浓度范围内,酶电极的响应电流与底物浓度之间呈线性关系.固定酶的催化反应活化能为34.81kJ ·mol^-1.与可溶性的尿酸酶相比,聚吡咯尿酸酶电极的一些生物活性,如与溶液的pH和温度的关系,发生了有利的变化. 相似文献

We have developed a fragment interaction analysis based on local MP2 (FILM) in the context of the fragment molecular orbital
(FMO) scheme. The primary purpose of this work is to provide a tool for analyzing inter-fragment interaction associated with
dispersion interactions in a large molecule such as protein and DNA. Our implementation of local MP2 (LMP2) is based on the
algorithm developed by Pulay and Werner. A potential of FILM was demonstrated using the human immunodeficiency virus type
1 protease (HIV-1 PR) complexed with lopinavir (LPV). The total energy, binding affinity, and inter-fragment interaction energy
(IFIE) by the FMO method using LMP2 were compared with those obtained by canonical MP2 and the site-specific information in
dispersion interaction was obtained. It turned out that the FILM is a useful tool for analyzing the dispersion interaction

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy was first utilized to study the photo-orientation behaviour of the photoreactive groups on a novel photo-alignment film surface and elucidate the generation mechanism of pretilt angle. The novel photo-alignment film was prepared by spin-coating a solution of ladderlike polysiloxane (LPS) bearing dual photoreactive group on an ITO surface and by irradiation with linear-polarized ultraviolet (LPUV) light. 在NH~3-NH~4Cl底液中,利凡诺(RIL)在汞电极上有一线性扫描还原峰,E~P~C=-1.42V(vs.饱和Ag/AgCl电极).该峰具有明显的吸附性.当RIL浓度较小,扫描速度较快,搅拌富集时间较长时,电极反应完全为吸附态的RIL的还原所控制.吸附粒子为RIL中的二氨基乙氧基丫啶中性分子.测得RIL在汞电极上的饱和吸附量为4.0×10^- ^1^0mol·cm^-^2,每个RIL分子所占电极面积为0.42nm^2,电子转移数n为2, 不可逆吸附的转移系数α为0.71.探讨了RIL在汞电极上还原的机理. 并建立了吸附溶出伏安法测定RIL的最佳条件,最低检测限为1.0×10^-^9mol·dm^-^3 相似文献

间断多次扫描电位溶出分析是在多次扫描电位溶出分析和间断扫描伏安法的基础上提出的一种新的电位溶出分析技术,它不仅具有多次扫描电位溶出分析灵敏度高的优点,又克服了多次扫描电位溶出分析对多元素分析时元素之间相互干扰的缺点。文章讨论了间断多次扫描电位溶出分析的实验条件,同时用这种方法分析了人尿中镉、铅的含量。间断多次扫描电位溶出分析在电积10分钟时,最低可检测到0.005ng/mL的镉和0.01ng/mL的铅。镉、铅浓度为4ng/mL时,相对标准偏差分别为2.9%和3.2%,证明间断多次扫描电位溶出分析可以同脉冲阳极溶出伏安法媲美。 相似文献

The extration of Hg2+ from HNO3 solution with (D2EHPA) and bis(2-ethylhexyl dithiophosphate (D2EHDTPA) was studied. The composition of extracted complex was determine by saturation and mol. ratio methods. The bonding of the extracted species is discussed on the basis of IR and NMR data.
