Multi-component micropatterned organosilane monolayers are fabricated on a Si-wafer substrate by stepwise site-specific vacuum ultraviolet (VUV)-ray photodecomposition and chemisorption. The introduction of different organosilane components is confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Atomic force microscopic and lateral force microscopic observations reveal that the line-widths of the micropatterned surface correspond to those of the photomask. Contact angle measurement reveals that the micropatterning of the surface functional groups influences the magnitudes of surface free energy. A line pattern with high wetting contrast shows anisotropic water condensing behavior. Also, the patterned surface is used for the site-specific polymerization and site-specific adsorption of microparticles. 相似文献

Surface modification of medical PVC by remote oxygen plasma has been studied: surface structure and performance of treated material are analyzed by weight loss rate, contact angle measurement and XPS. With the increase of sample distance from the plasma source, weight loss rate drops, electrons and ions and etching action are restrained; and C=O groups are found in the treated PVC surface. The surface wettability of PVC film can be improved by remote low-temperature plasma and the radical reaction is intensified. 相似文献

One of the suitable methods for removing heavy metals from water is by using surface adsorption process. In this paper, the preparation of polypyrrole and its composites as adsorbents are discussed and the capability of separating mercury from water is investigated. The results indicated that the polypyrrole and its composites are able to remove mercury from aqueous media. Furthermore the adsorption percentage is related to the surface morphology, type of additives and its concentration. 相似文献

聚吡咯尿酸酶电极具有快速的生牧电化学响应.在5.9×10^-6mol·dm^-3至1.5×10^-3mol·dm^-3的尿酸浓度范围内,酶电极的响应电流与底物浓度之间呈线性关系.固定酶的催化反应活化能为34.81kJ ·mol^-1.与可溶性的尿酸酶相比,聚吡咯尿酸酶电极的一些生物活性,如与溶液的pH和温度的关系,发生了有利的变化. 相似文献

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy was first utilized to study the photo-orientation behaviour of the photoreactive groups on a novel photo-alignment film surface and elucidate the generation mechanism of pretilt angle. The novel photo-alignment film was prepared by spin-coating a solution of ladderlike polysiloxane (LPS) bearing dual photoreactive group on an ITO surface and by irradiation with linear-polarized ultraviolet (LPUV) light. Platinum-loaded titanium oxide thin-film photocatalysts were prepared by using an ionized cluster beam (ICB) deposition method and a RF magnetron sputtering (RF-MS) deposition method as dry processes. From the results of the photocatalytic oxidation of acetaldehyde with O2 under UV light irradiation, small amounts of Pt loading (less than 10 nm film thickness) were found to dramatically enhance the photocatalytic reactivity. However, when TiO2 thin films were loaded with relatively larger amounts of Pt (more than 30 nm as the film thickness), the photocatalytic reactivity became lower than for the pure TiO2 thin films. Moreover, investigations of the ratio of Pt loaded onto the surface of the thin film catalysts by XPS measurements revealed that the small amounts of Pt loaded exist as very small clusters working to efficiently enhance the charge separation, whereas, large amounts of Pt covers the entire surface of the TiO2 thin films, resulting in a decrease of the photocatalytic reactivity. 相似文献

本文对钴(II)与丁二肟配合物Co(II)A2在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安法作了研究。在-0.60~-0.90V(vs.SCE)Co(II)A2能在悬汞电极上很好地吸附,当电极向阴极方向扫描时,吸附在电极上的Co(II)A2分二步不可逆地还原到Co(O)(Hg)。本文导出了在低覆盖度下富集阶段电极表面吸附量的表达式,实验结果与理论推导相符.理论上分析了不可逆过程线性扫描吸附伏安法的灵敏度,影响灵敏度的主要因素是吸附富集时间,当富集120秒时,检测下限可达1x10[-9]M,此结论得到实验证实。 相似文献
