利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对CuSO4溶液中的Cu元素浓度进行实验测量。利用配置的七种浓度的CuSO4溶液,采用统计探索性数据分析方法给出了Cu元素定标曲线,其拟合度系数R2大于0.98,激光诱导击穿光谱的平均相对偏差值为6.9%,Cu元素的平均最小检测限为12ppm。利用去一交互检验方法采用分析谱线CuⅠ324.75nm和CuⅠ327.40nm对应的七种溶液的平均测量相对误差分别为6.52%和5.86%。当Cu元素浓度在10ppm时实验相对误差较大,其值为10.3%,而浓度达到2 000ppm时相对误差值减小,仅为1.1%,说明LIBS技术在溶液较低元素浓度检测方面的准确度有待提高。研究结果表明激光诱导击穿光谱技术在环境水污染重金属元素检测方面具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

针对嵌入式工业控制系统终端显示的需要,提出了一种基于微处理器R1610和LCD控制器SSD1963的液晶显示模块的设计方法。详细阐述了硬件接口电路的设计和控制软件的编程,重点介绍了R1610、SSD1963以及TFT液晶屏AT070TN83之间的硬件连接方法,分析了SSD1963液晶控制的使用方法以及针对液晶屏显示时序的系统设置。结合显示控制实例实现了图像在液晶屏上的显示,显示效果良好。该显示模块的设计具有一定的应用前景和参考价值。  相似文献

本文综述由碳、硅、硼氮和二硫化钼等单元素或双元素构成的二维六角晶体材料中Dirac 电 子的研究成果与最新进展。文章从引言开始,接着介绍这些二维六角晶体材料的空间结构和基本 电子性质;然后探讨外场调控下这些材料在能谱和光吸收、量子输运、激子凝聚和热Josephson 效 应,以及拓扑量子相变等方面所表现出来的新奇的物理现象、简要的理论处理和可能的应用前景; 最后给出二维六角晶体材料相关研究的总结和展望。谨以本文献给南京大学建立物理学科100 周 年。  相似文献

Abstract

Two kinds of thermotropic liquid crystalline polyesters (TLCP) with different chemical structures were used as flow modifiers during the melt spinning of poly (ether ether ketone). One of TLCPs, named PAT-S, was a kind of aromatic polyester synthesized from 4-acetoxybenzoicacid and 6-hydroxy-naphthoic acid, and the other one named, PEEKAR, was a block copolymer based on poly (ether ether ketene) (PEEK) oligomers and PAT-S oligomers. The effects of the chemical structures of the prepared TLCPs on the rheological behavior of the TLCP/PEEK blends were measured by rheological measurements, and then the structure and properties of the TLCP/PEEK in-situ blend fibers were studied by a series of methods, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WRXD), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), orientation degree tests, mechanical properties tests, etc. The results showed that the melt viscosity of PEEK could be effectively reduced by nearly 20% by adding a small amount of PEEKAR or PAT-S with the viscosity reducing effect of PEEKAR on PEEK being greater than that of PAT-S; this was mainly caused by the better compatibility between PEEK and PEEKAR because of the similar segment structures. The crystallinity of the PEEK fibers increased by nearly 50% with addition of both TLCPs, indicating that both the PEEKAR and PAT-S could serve as nucleating agent as well. The results from the morphology analysis clearly proved that PEEKAR had a better compatibility with the PEEK resin compared with PAT-S. The tensile strength of the PEEK fibers could be improved to some extent by adding PEEKAR, while it was obviously reduced after adding PAT-S.  相似文献

Recently, a new carrier‐induced defect has been reported in multi‐crystalline silicon (mc‐Si), and has been shown to be particularly detrimental to the performance of passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) cells. Under normal conditions, this defect can take years to fully form. This Letter reports on the accelerated formation and subsequent passivation of this carrier‐induced defect through the use of high illumination intensity and elevated temperatures resulting in passivation within minutes. The process was tested on industrial mc‐Si PERC solar cells, where degradation after a 100 hour stability test was suppressed to only 0.1% absolute compared to 2.1% for non‐treated cells. 利用Pspice等效电路模型, 模拟了入射光波长、温度以及激励电压频率等典型参量对铁电液晶光电响应速度的控制作用. 模拟结果表明, 在可见光范围内, 响应速度随波长的增加而减慢; 温度参量则存在一个拐点, 响应速度在该点达到极小值; 同时, 激励电压存在一个上界频率, 当频率参量取值超过界值时会对响应速度产生较大影响.  相似文献

The magnetotransport in a nondegenerate quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) electron system over superfluid helium has been investigated experimentally. The measurements are performed in the presence of a perpendicular magnetic field B up to 2.6 T in the temperature range T=0.48–2.05 K in the system of conducting channels of 100–400 nm width. It is shown that the value of longitudinal magnetoresistance ρxx increases with B. In the electron-gas scattering region (T>0.9 ), the behaviour of ρxx agrees with classical Drude law. In the quantum transport regime, the self-consistent Born approximation (SCBA) theory for a 2D electron system over liquid helium describes the experimental data qualitatively. The deviation due to the difference of the experimentally studied Q1D system of the electrons in a parabolic potential well differs from theoretically analysed one. The experimental data agree with the theoretical calculation for the Q1D electron system at the weak magnetic field and the low temperature.

The negative magnetoresistance of the conducting channels has been observed in both the gas- and the ripplon-scattering region. These effects have been explained by weak carrier localization on the gas atoms at high temperature and by display of the quantum magnetotransport features in a mesoscopic system at low temperature.  相似文献

In this paper we discuss the direct isotropic to chiral smectic-C phase transition on the basis of a phenomenological theory. The model free energy is written in terms of the coupled order parameters including the spontaneous polarization. We present a detailed analysis of the different phases that can occur and analyze the question under which conditions a direct isotropic to chiral smectic-C phase transition is possible when compared to other phase transitions. On the basis of this model the isotropic-smectic-C* transition is always of first order. The theoretical predictions are compared with the available experimental results.-1  相似文献

The effect of silica aerosils on the kinetics of the first-order nematic-isotropic (NI) phase transition is phenomenologically described in the framework of the time-dependent Landau-Ginzburg equation. A steady-state solution to the equation is presented such that the NI interface may propagate with a solitary-like wave profile under constant quenching. The results provide a plausible basis for the interpretation of the dynamical effects of quenched disorder in the liquid-crystal systems, caused by randomly interconnected porous media, such as aerosils. In the low silica aerosil ρs ( ≤0.1 g/cm^3) regime, the calculated values of the interface velocity v(Ts), the interface thickness κ(Ts), and the critical radius of a spherical nucleus of new nematic phase in a bulk isotropic environment, composed of polar molecules, such as 4-n-octyl- 4- cyanobiphenyl and 4-n-heptyl- 4- cyanobiphenyl shows that the effect of silica aerosils on the kinetics is reflected in a shifting of the set of temperature-dependent curves to lower temperature values.-1  相似文献

提出一种液晶填充碲酸盐玻璃的柚子型光子晶体光纤偏振旋转器,利用全矢量有限元法,对液晶填充碲酸盐玻璃的柚子型光子晶体光纤的偏振旋转特性进行数值模拟,并分析了光纤结构参数、环境温度、工作波长等对光纤偏振旋转特性的影响.研究结果表明:此种偏振旋转器具有较高的旋转效率、较低的工作串扰和较短的旋转长度,在工作波长为1.55μm、偏振角度为45°时,其值分别达到99.947%、-32.84dB和197μm;另外,随着光纤薄壁厚度的增加,旋转长度随之升高,随着工作波长的变大,旋转长度随之降低,随着温度的增加,旋转长度随之升高.这种新型的光子晶体光纤为偏振旋转器的研发提供了参考.  相似文献
