0.9Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)–0.1BaTiO3 (0.9PZN–0.1BT) of perovskite structure has been successfully prepared by mechanically activating mixed oxides of PbO, ZnO, Nb2O5, BaO and TiO2. The novel mechanochemical technique skips the phase-forming calcination step at an intermediate temperature that is always required in both the conventional solid state reaction and chemistry-based precursor routes. Ultrafine 0.9PZN–0.1BT particles of perovskite structure were formed when the constituent oxides were mechanically activated for more than 10 h. The powder was sintered to a density of 96% theoretical density at 1100°C for 1 h. The sintered 0.9PZN–0.1BT exhibits perovskite structure and a peak dielectric constant of 8800 at the Curie temperature of 60°C when measured at a frequency of 100 Hz. 相似文献

In this study, multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) was modified by the pyridine group using a silane agent and characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermal analysis (TG/DTA), and elemental analysis (CHN) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The application of this sorbent was investigated in determination of lead ions in aqueous samples, using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Through this study, different parameters such as pH and sample flow rate on adsorption process and eluent concentration, volume and flow rate were optimized. The limit of detection (LOD), the relative standard deviation and the recovery of the method were 2 ng mL?1, 1.3% and 99.7%, respectively. Two standard reference materials (NIST 1571 and NIST 1572) were used to verify accuracy of this method. Finally, the sorbent was successfully applied for extraction and determination of low levels of Pb(II) ions in aqueous samples. 相似文献

The thermophysical properties of low‐temperature Pb plasma are calculated at temperatures 10–100 kK and densities below 0.2 of the solid‐state value. The thermodynamic values (pressure and internal energy) and transport coefficients (electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and thermal power) are considered. The plasma composition and thermodynamic parameters are obtained within the chemical approach, namely by means of the solution of the corresponding system of the coupled mass action law equations. Atom ionization up to +4 is taken into consideration. The electronic transport coefficients are calculated within the relaxation time approximation. A zircon U–Pb dating method with a high spatial resolution of 2- to 3-μm was successfully implemented by using Cameca IMS-1280HR SIMS in this study. Homemade cathode and modified intermediate pole were used to improve the intrinsic performance of duoplasmatron ion source. An O− primary beam with intensity of approximately 3 μA and stability of 0.68% over 40 minutes was achieved and could be used continuously for more than 240 hours under high current conditions. Under Gaussian illumination mode, a 2- to 3-μm O− primary beam was obtained with an intensity of approximately 200 pA. Four standard zircons, namely, 91500, Temora, Plešovice, and Qinghu, were dated using the 2- to 3-μm high spatial resolution U–Pb isotopic analysis, yielding U–Pb ages consistent with their recommended values, within errors. Our work shows that zircon U–Pb dating with high accuracy and spatial resolution can be achieved, on the basis of a series of duoplasmatron modification and instrumental optimization. 相似文献

以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)为检测手段,研究了新型吸附剂六钛酸钾晶须对环境样品中Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),CA(Ⅱ)的分离/富集行为以及解脱的主要因素,并考察了共存离子的干扰影响.在pH值为5.0,振荡时间为5 min,静置时间为30 min时,吸附率可达到95%以上.以3 mol·L-1HNO3作为解脱剂,沸水浴加热40 min,振荡5 win.静置40 win,可将吸附在六钛酸钾晶须上的Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)定量洗脱.测定Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)的检出险分别为0.007 1,0.006 8,0.007 1 μg·mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.63%,0.61%,0.50%.在优化的实验条件下,将其用于菊花和琵琶叶中Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)含量的测定,加标回收率在900A~102.9%之间. 相似文献

Well-crystallized and stoichiometric Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 (PZT) films, typically ∼5 μm thick, with pure perovskite-type rhombohedral structures have been successfully prepared via an electrospray assisted vapour deposition (ESAVD) method. Control of the deposition temperature within a narrow range of 300-400 °C resulted in films with the most desirable phases. PZT films with close stoichiometric match with the expected composition ratio and uniform element distribution were obtained by adding the appropriate levels of excess Pb in the precursor solutions. The annealed films were uniform, dense, compact and adherent to the substrates. The dielectric constant, ?r, and loss tangent, tan δ, of the fabricated PZT films measured at 10 kHz were 442 and 0.09, respectively. The ESAVD deposited PZT films showed a remanent polarization, Pr, of 15.3 μC/cm2 and coercive field, Ec, of 86.7 kV/cm. These results demonstrate the clear potential of the ESAVD method as a promising technique for the fabrication of thick PZT films. 相似文献

通过静态批次实验研究旱田黄土对Pb(Ⅱ)和氯吡硫磷的共吸附行为,使用SEM,FTIR,XRD和理论分析揭示共吸附机制。实验结果发现:黄土对Pb(Ⅱ)和氯吡硫磷的共吸附符合Langmuir等温线方程,经计算得出的理论吸附容量qm分别为12.5和0.64mg.g-1,准二级动力学方程能更好地描述反应行为。吸附反应后,黄土表面形貌变化很小,FTIR图谱中的某些波峰红移、消失或强度减弱,综合XRD图谱及理论分析,认为:旱田黄土对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附为表面配位络合和范德华力的作用,以化学吸附为主;而氯吡硫磷的去除涉及到黄土有机质对氯吡硫磷大分子的截留作用,以及氢键、范德华力的作用,以物理吸附为主,兼有化学吸附的贡献。旱田黄土有机质对Pb(Ⅱ)和氯吡硫磷的吸附有重要贡献。 相似文献
