This paper investigates the intensity tuning characteristics of a double
longitudinal modes He--Ne laser subjected to optical feedback. The intensity
undulations of the total light and the two modes are observed for different external
cavity length. Two modulations of the internal cavity length are performed. One is
only for the internal cavity length being modulated and the other is for both the
internal and the external cavity length being modulated. The undulation frequency of
the total light is found to be determined by the ratio of external cavity length to
internal cavity length in both modulations. When the external cavity length is
integral times of the internal cavity length, the fringe frequency of the total
light could be seven or even more times of that in conventional optical feedback. A
simple theoretical analysis is presented, which is in good agreement with the
experimental results. The potential use of the experimental results is also

Transition between layered and filamentary types of anisotropy in layered superconducting structures

A model of layered superconducting structure consisting of alternating anisotropic superconducting layers S1 and S2 with different transition temperatures is considered. It is shown that due to competition between two origins of anisotropy - effective-mass anisotropy of individual layers and proximity-induced anisotropy the effective anisotropy of the whole system signficiantly varies temperature. The components of the effective-mass tensor mc (along the anisotropy axis) and ma (perpendicular to the anisotropy axis) strongly depend upon temperature. This may lead to transition between layered (mc > ma) and quasi one-dimensional (mc < ma) types of anisotropy as well as to biaxial-type anisotropy which is also temperature dependent. The field distribution in a tilted vortex in a biaxial superconductor is calculated. The change in the properties of the vortex lattice with temperature in such systems is also investigated. The properties of YBa2Cu3Ox/PrBa2Cu3Oy multilayers are discussed in this connection. 相似文献

We investigate two high frequency Raman overtone and combination modes of graphene named 2D' and 2D + G bands, and located at ~3240 and ~ 4260 cm–1, respectively. The graphene thickness and stacking geometry effects for these two modes are systematically studied. The features of the 2D' band, which arises from intravalley double resonance, are not sensitive to the variation of thickness with single Lorentzian peak and fixed linewidth. We explain it theoretically by calculating the phonon dispersion mode in k‐space and find that the flat band region of longitudinal optical phonon near Γ point is the mechanism leading to the 2D' band nonsplit. With the thickness increasing, the band position exhibits blueshift and the linewidth increases for the 2D + G band. With changing thickness and stacking geometry of graphene, the intensities of these two high‐frequency bands show obvious different evolution compared with that of G band. The performance characteristics of aluminised high explosive are considered by varying the aluminium (Al) mass fraction in a hybrid non-ideal detonation model. Since the time scales of the characteristic induction and combustion of high explosives and Al particles differ, the process of energy release behind the leading detonation wave front occurs over an extended period of time. Two cardinal observations are reported: a decrease in detonation velocity with an increase in Al mass fraction and a double front detonation (DFD) feature when anaerobic Al reaction occurs behind the front. In order to simulate the performance characteristics due to the varying Al mass fraction, the tetrahexamine tetranitramine (HMX) is considered as a base high explosive when formulating the multiphase conservation laws of mass, momentum, and energy exchanges between particles and HMX product gases. While experimental studies have been reported on the effect of Al mass fraction on both gas-phase and solid-phase detonations, the numerical investigations have been limited to only gas-phase detonation for the varying Al particles in the mixture. In the current study, a two-phase model is utilised for understanding the volumetric effects of Al mass fraction in condensed phase detonations. A series of unconfined and confined rate sticks are considered for characterising the performance of aluminised HMX with a maximum Al mass fraction of 50%. The simulated results are compared with the experimental data for 5–25% mass fractions, and the higher mass fraction behaviours are consistent with the experimental observations. 相似文献

旋转双棱镜系统通过两棱镜的共轴独立旋转改变光的传播方向,可用于调整光束或视轴指向。与传统的两轴、三轴式光电平台相比,基于旋转双棱镜设计的光束或视轴调整装置具有精度高、结构紧凑、动态性能好等优点,已成为传统光电平台的有益补充。本文分析了双棱镜系统的光束指向调整机制;介绍了国内外相关基础研究的热点问题,主要涉及光束转向机制、光束扫描模式、棱镜回转控制以及棱镜引起的光束变形、成像色差、成像畸变的研究。文中描述了该项技术的应用进展,给出了利用该项技术开发的典型产品以及该项技术在激光光束指向调整和目标搜索、识别与跟踪成像方面的应用。最后,探讨了旋转棱镜在扫描模式、光束质量、成像色差与畸变、回转控制等方面面临的技术难题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 相似文献

开关效应和单分子定位的结合可以实现样品的超衍射分辨成像, 双螺旋点扩展函数将单分子定位纳米分辨从二维扩展到了三维.本文对双螺旋点扩展函数的三维定位精度展开了探讨.首先, 基于费希尔信息量, 计算了双螺旋点扩展函数的无偏估计, 得出其理论定位精度, 并分析了光子数、背景噪声以及有效像元尺寸大小对其定位精度的影响; 其次, 基于单分子定位实验过程中对于数据分析通常采用的高斯拟合质心定位算法, 通过误差传递函数定律求得双螺旋点扩展函数的轴向定位精度.计算机模拟结果表明, 在光子数大于1000的条件下, 高斯拟合质心定位精度和费希尔信息量理论定位精度符合较好. 本文的讨论不仅为双螺旋点扩展函数的三维定位精度提供了理论依据, 同时也可为实验提供理论指导.
