Knowledge of drug solubility data in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) is a fundamental step in producing nano and microparticles through supercritical fluid technology. In this work, for the first time, the solubility of metoclopramide hydrochloride (MCP) in SC-CO2 was measured in pressure and temperature range of 12 to 27 MPa and 308 to 338 K, respectively. The results represented a range mole fractions of 0.15 × 10-5 to 5.56 × 10-5. To expand the application of the obtained data, six semi-empirical models and three models based on the Peng-Robinson equation of state (PR + VDW, PR + WS + Wilson and PR + MHV1 + COSMOSAC) with different mixing rules and various ways to describe intermolecular interactions were investigated. Furthermore, total enthalpy, sublimation enthalpy and solvation enthalpy relevant to MCP solvating in SC-CO2 were estimated.  相似文献

To date, various affinity-based protein labeling probes have been developed and applied in biological research to modify endogenous proteins in cell lysates and on the cell surface. However, the reactive groups on the labeling probes are also the cause of probe instability and nonselective labeling in a more complex environment, e. g., intracellular and in vivo. Here, we show that labeling probes composed of a sterically stabilized difluorophenyl pivalate can achieve efficient and selective labeling of endogenous proteins on the cell surface, inside living cells and in vivo. As compared with the existing protein labeling probes, probes with the difluorophenyl pivalate exhibit several advantages, including long-term stability in stock solutions, resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis and can be customized easily with diverse fluorophores and protein ligands. With this probe design, endogenous hypoxia biomarker in living cells and nude mice were successfully labeled and validated by in vivo, ex vivo, and immunohistochemistry imaging.  相似文献

Transition states (TSs) of radical addition homopolymerization reactions of methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, dimethyl itaconate, and N-methyl itaconimide were examined with two-unit radical models using MOPAC (PM3 UHF) semiempirical method. Calculated activation energies (Eas) show good correlations with experimental values. Calculated activation entropies (−ΔSs) are found to be well proportional to Eas. The entropy terms play an important role as well as Ea in radical additions. Ea depends on the angle (θrs) between reaction points of radical and of monomer at TS. The bond length between reaction points at TS is constant regardless of monomers studied. The geometries and thermodynamical properties calculated here for TS indicate the importance of steric effects caused by substituted group(s) rather than electronic perturbation energies reported previously. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

2-(Trimethylsiloxy)butadiene (TMSBD) and 2-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)butadiene (TBMSBD) were copolymerized with styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) under free-radical conditions. The obtained polymers were found to contain reactive silyl enol ether groups in a ratio identical to the TMSBD or TBMSBD molar fraction in the copolymer. All investigated samples displayed only 1,4- and 3,4-microstructures. The influence of several experimental factors on the yields, rates of polymerization, microstructures, and copolymer compositions were examined. Monomer reactivity ratios r1 and r2 at 60°C were determined from copolymer composition curves at low conversions. The homopolymerization of TBMSBD was also investigated and results were compared with those previously obtained for TMSBD. A slight increase in rates was observed and was rationalized on the basis of the higher viscosity resulting from the structural change in the monomer. Thermal stabilities of the synthesized polymers were investigated by TGA and their glass transition temperatures were determined by DSC. All measurements are compatible with a possible use of TMSBD and TBMSBD copolymers as reactive polymers. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Studies carried out using three different in vitro assays and a biological setting (Escherichia coil) demonstrated the antioxidant activity of Scutellaria lateriflora microshoot extract. Moreover, the extract exhibited no toxicity in a brine shrimp lethality bioassay. These results indicated that microshoots are a rich, safe source of antioxidants, which encouraged us to enhance their production in vitro. In agar and agitated cultures, two biotechnological strategies were applied: feeding the cultures with the biogenetic precursors of the phenolics—phenylalanine and tyrosine, and eliciting them with methyl jasmonate. Specific Scutellaria flavonoids and verbascoside were analysed by HPLC. Feeding with precursors (1 g/L) in agar cultures decreased the production of the metabolites. In agitated cultures, different concentrations of precursors (1.0–2.5 g/L) and the elicitor (10; 50; 100 µM) were tested. Additionally, parallel feeding with the precursor and elicitor in a concentration of 50 µM were applied. The best strategy for total flavonoid and verbascoside production was phenylalanine feeding (1.5 g/L), max. 3765 and 475 mg/100 g DW, respectively, after 7 days. This is the first report documenting the high antioxidant production in S. lateriflora microshoots after feeding with phenylalanine. Moreover, for the first time, bioreactor cultures were successfully maintained, obtaining attractive results (max. total flavonoid content 2348 and verbascoside 485 mg/100 g DW).  相似文献

Abstract

Thermo-responsive polymers have attracted much attention in recent years because they can provide a variety of applications for smart devices, but the lack of sufficient mechanical properties and late response rate of the polymers limit their applications. In the current work, we fabricated polymer nanocomposites made from poly(vinyl methyl ether) and nanofillers with photothermal conversion property such as graphene oxide, antimony tin oxide nanoparticles, and silver nanoplates. The prepared nanocomposites showed rapidly reversible and reliable transparent-opaque transitions during the repeated heating and cooling processes, suggesting that they can be applied to smart window applications.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了碳纳米管(CNT)改性的TiO2光催化剂.考查了不同CNT含量的光催化剂的催化活性,结果农明CNT的质量分数为0.3%时对甲基橙具有最佳的降解效果,100min的降解率接近90%,明显高于纯TiO2.采用XRD、IR和UV—vis对光催化剂进行了表征,光催化剂的粒径经计算为20nm~30nm,红外光漕中改性TiO2有羰基吸收峰,紫外光谱中改性TiO2的吸收出现明显红侈.  相似文献

Sixteen chiral β-, γ-, and δ-hydroxy esters with aryl, substituted aryl, and heteroaryl groups 2a–2s were synthesized by the asymmetric reduction of their corresponding keto esters 1a–1s as chiral pure reference compounds and starting materials. The asymmetric reduction was achieved by (R)-Me-CBS-oxazaborolidine. Ten new chiral γ- and δ-hydroxy esters 2d, 2e, and 2j–2s were obtained with high ee values and characterized by infrared, NMR (1H and 13C), mass spectrometry, chiral high-performance liquid chromatography, and specific rotation.  相似文献
