偏最小二乘及双波长K系数光度法同时测定矿物中钛,铁

本文运用化学计量学中的偏最小二乘法及双波长Ｋ系数法实现了Ｔｉ、Ｆｅ的同时测定，方法用于铝钒土及钛铁矿中Ｔｉ、Ｆｅ同时测定，结果满意。

Mechanistic aspects of the Wolff-Kishner reaction. V. The cation effect on the reaction of benzophenone hydrazone in butyl carbitol and decyl alcohol

The rate of the Wolff-Kishner reaction of benzophenone hydrazone in butyl carbitol increases as the cation of the alkoxide base is varied in the order K>Na>Li>Mg. The replacement of butyl carbitol by 1-decanol also accelerates the reaction, and an additional increase is caused by the presence of crown ether. On the basis of changes in the activation parameters, it is concluded that the reactivity of the hydrazone anion increases as the contact ion pair becomes more fully solvated and dissociated.     

Ionic conductivity in Na+, K+, and Ag+ β″-alumina

This paper presents measurements of the ionic conductivity in single crystals of β″-alumina (0.84 M₂O · 0.67 MgO · 5.2 Al₂O₃, M = Na, K, Ag). Single crystals of sodium β″-alumina were grown from a melt of Na₂O, MgO, and Al₂O₃ at 1660 to 1730°C. Selected crystals were converted to the other isomorphs by ion exchange. The conductivity of sodium β″-alumina varies from 0.18 to 0.01 (ohm · cm)^?1 at 25°C depending upon crystal growth conditions. Potassium β″-alumina has the unusually high room temperature conductivity of 0.13 (ohm · cm)^?1. Silver β″-alumina has a slightly lower conductivity, 4 × 10^?3 (ohm · cm)^?1 at 25°C. The activation energies of sodium and potassium β″-alumina decrease with increasing temperature, while that of silver β″-alumina is constant from ?80 to 450°C.     

Determination of the diastereomers of vitamin K1

A method is described for the gas-chromatographic determination of the diastereomers of vitamin K₁ (phylloquinone) in the form of their dihydro dimethyl ethers. The reported method of derivatization and chromatographic analysis in conjunction with optical rotation measurements are useful approaches for characterization of vitamin K₁ samples with respect to their origin.     

Calculated coupling constants 1J(X–Y) and 1K(X–Y), and fundamental relationships among the reduced coupling constants for molecules HmX–YHn,with X,Y ═ 1H, 7Li, 9Be, 11B, 13C, 15N, 17O, 19F, 31P, 33S,and 35Cl

Equation-of-motion coupled-cluster singles and doubles (EOM-CCSD) calculations have been performed to determine coupling constants ¹J(X–Y) for 65 molecules H_mX–YH_n, with X,Y ═ ¹H, ⁷Li, ⁹Be, ¹¹B, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, ¹⁷O, ¹⁹F, ³¹P, ³³S, and ³⁵Cl. The computed ¹J(X–Y) values are in good agreement with available experimental data. The reduced coupling constants ¹K(X–Y) have been derived from ¹J(X–Y) by removing the dependence on the magnetogyric ratios of X and Y. Patterns are found for the reduced coupling constants on a ¹K(X–Y) surface that are related to the positions of X and Y in the periodic table.     

酚酞型聚芳醚砜(Ⅶ):K_2C0_3存在下PP/DCDPS体系聚合反应机理的研究

利用~(13)C-NMR方法研究了弱碱K_2CO_3存在下酚酞成盐反应及其与活性双卤砜亲核缩聚反应过程中的结构特征。对一系列碱性条件下酚酞(PP)与4,4'-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)的缩聚反应的研究表明任何影响内酯结构酚酞盐生成的因素都会严重阻碍聚合反应的进行。对模型化合物存在下K_2CO_3在极性非质子溶剂中的溶解/解离行为的研究结果表明酚酞类Card。双酚与固体K_2CO_3之间可能存在着一种特殊的络合作用。基于我们系列研究结果,本文中总结提出了弱碱K_2CO_3存在下酚酞的反应机理。     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity in Vitro of a New Benzoate Binuclear Cupper（ Ⅱ） Complex

The title compound, [Cu2（C7H5O2）4（C2H6O）2], was synthesized by the reaction of benzoic acid, copper acetate and ethanol in an aqueous solution. Trypan blue dye exclusion method was used in experiment. X-ray single-crystal analysis has revealed that compound 1 （C32H32Cu2O10） crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Mr = 703.66, a = 47.340（5）, b = 6.6613（4）, c = 22.028（2）A,β = 113.284（4）°, V = 6380.6（10） A^3, Z = 8, Dc= 1.465 g/cm^3, F（000） = 2896,μ = 1.388 mm^-11, the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1172 for 5712 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. X-ray crystal structure analysis suggests that compound [CH2（C7H5O2）4（C2H6O）2] has a binuclear structure with two Cu（II） atoms coordinated by four benzoate groups and two ethanol molecules. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-H...O hydrogen bonds. The compound inhibits the proliferation of K562 cells （chronic myeloid leukemic cells） significantly and dose-dependently in 48 h, and IC50 of K562 is 17.3μg/mL by trypan blue dye exclusion method.     

酸性络蓝K双波长信号系数光度法测定钙镁

基于在氢氧化钠溶液中,钙、镁均与酸性络蓝K(ACBK)形成暗红色配合物,提出了测定钙和镁的双波长信号系数光度法.该法不仅消除了钙、镁之间的吸收干扰,且消除了一定量的共存离子的干扰.利用褪色法与生色法的吸光度之和作为信号吸光度,使方法的灵敏度大为提高.测定钙、镁总量时,分别用钙、镁吸收曲线正峰与负峰上的等吸收波长470.5 nm(λPa)及559.5 nm(λNa)处测定吸光度APa和ANa,求得总量的信号系数fs为2.439.于λPa470.5 nm处测得任一浓度钙、镁试液的吸光度APa′,其信号吸光度As=fsAλPa′.测定镁时,以试剂ACBK褪色对钙配合物生色的完全相消干扰的波长539 nm(Pa)作为测定波长,负峰波长583 nm为Na.按相同方法测得镁的信号系数fs为4.148.     

亚铬酸盐滴定法测定高铁酸钾

以亚铬酸盐氧化还原反应为基础建立了K2FeO4的滴定分析方法.对滴定分析条件进行了进一步的研究,结果表明,用氢氧根离子浓度为 16～17 mol/L的亚铬酸盐溶液测定高铁时,所取高铁样品的质量影响所测的高铁含量.
