8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide分子的晶体结构

运用层析法、结晶法从狭苞橐吾全草中分离得到艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide化合物,并通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱、氢核-氢核相关谱、异核多量子相干谱和异核多键相干谱进行结构鉴定．其单晶经X射线衍射测试表明,其晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数为: a=6．8519(5),b=10．7191(8),c=18．5942(14)A,V=1365．67(18) A3,Z=4,Dc=1．354 mg／m3．F(000)=592,μ=0．101 mm-1     

Isolation of 2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine from its Isomer 2-Chloro-3-methylpyridine by Formation of its Copper(II) Complex

2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine is an important intermediate for the preparation of biological active compounds, especially insecticides1, e.g. imidacloprid2, and is usually manufac- tured from 3-methylpyridine N-oxide. However, the manufacturing process also forms the by-products: 3-methylpyridine and its isomer 2-chloro-3-methylpyridine3. Simultaneous isolation and determination of esculin and rutin in natural materials using SPE and HPLC

Summary Esculin (ESC) and rutin (RUT) have been simultaneously isolated from pharmaceutical natural materials by solid phase extraction (SPE). Determination of both substances was performed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RPHPLC) with UV detection. Optimization of the separation conditions showed that simultaneous isolation and determination of rutin and esculin from pharmaceutical material was possible. The recovery obtained was not lower than 95±2%.     

一种新型织绵芋螺毒素可增强神经元钙电流

从中国南海织绵芋螺中分离出生物活性强、电生理效应特异的新的芋螺毒素。通过毒素分离纯化,并经生物活性测定,氨基酸测序,电生理效应等研究。分离到1种新的织绵芋螺毒素Tx7,它是由27个氨基酸组成。其序列为GCSSVCNSHTDCVTHCICTFRGCGAVN,并能引起小鼠痉挛,能增强海马神经元钙电流和提高兴奋性突触后电流的发放频率。实验表明Tx7具有较高的潜在应用价值。1实验部分1.1材料与仪器织绵芋螺,昆明种小鼠(20±2g),Bio-rad凝胶HPLC柱,BIFLEXⅢ型飞行时间质谱仪,491型蛋白质自动测序仪。     

Acremines A-F, novel secondary metabolites produced by a strain of an endophytic Acremonium, isolated from sporangiophores of Plasmopara viticola in grapevine leaves

Six novel metabolites, acremines A-F have been isolated from agar cultures of a strain of Acremonium sp. Their structures and stereochemistry were elucidated using a combination of ¹³C and ¹H homo and heteronuclear 2D NMR experiments and X-ray analysis. Acremines A-D inhibited the germination of sporangia of Plasmopara viticola.     

Genome-inspired search for new antibiotics. Isolation and structure determination of new 28-membered polyketide macrolactones, halstoctacosanolides A and B, from Streptomyces halstedii HC34

During the search for polyketide synthase (PKS) in the genome of Streptomyces halstedii HC34, we found clustered new genes which appeared to encode typical Type 1 PKSs beyond the cluster harboring the genes for the biosynthesis of antitumor antibiotic vicenistatin. The deduced domain configuration of these putative PKS genes allowed to predict a corresponding partial structure of polyketide, which was in turn materialized by isolation of new polyketide macrolactone halstoctacosanolides A and B from the fermentation broth of S. halstedii HC34. The structures of these metabolites were determined by spectroscopic means to have a novel 28-membered macrolactone structure. The partial structure deduced from the genetic data was completely compatible to the structures of halstoctacosanolides A and B. This success clearly demonstrates the present new approach of genome-inspired search for new antibiotics promising. Halstoctacosanolides A and B showed moderate antimicrobial activity against several microorganisms.

从采自西藏的皱叶香茶菜中分离鉴定了3对B-闭联对映贝壳杉烯型二萜化合物:二萜化合物皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅰ)和二氢皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅱ);isodocarpin(Ⅲ)和dihydroisodocarpin(Ⅳ)及Carpalasionin(Ⅴ)和dihydrocarpalasionin(Ⅵ)。(Ⅰ)、(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)分别与对应的二氢化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)以混合物的形式被分离和鉴定。化合物(Ⅱ)为新化合物,(Ⅰ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)首次在自然界发现,(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)为已知化合物。     

Concavine, an unusual diterpenic alkaloid produced by the fungus Clitocybe concava

A novel alkaloid with an unprecedented ring system consisting of a dodecahydro-7-oxa-9a-aza-benzo[a]azulene ring (1), has been isolated from cultures of Clitocybe concava (Basidiomycetae). Its structure and relative stereochemistry were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Concavine presents a weak antibacterial activity.
