Changes in the stability of the cadmium(ii) ethylenediamine complexes in mixed water—DMSO solvents were studied by pH-metry and calorimetry. Complex cations [Cd(en)]2+, [Cd(en)2]2+, and [Cd(en)3]2+ are formed in aqueous solutions, and the [Cd(en)4]2+ complex with a partially dentate ligand is stable in DMSO. An increase in the DMSO content in a solvent increases the stability of the complexes. The maximum increase in logK is observed for coordinatively saturated compounds. The thermodynamics of complexation is discussed from the viewpoint of solvation approach. Principal differences in the influence of aqueous-alcohol and aqueous-aprotic solvents on the stability of the metal amino complexes were revealed. Protolytic solvents exert a destabilizing effect on the multiligand complexes, because the coordination sphere is involved in H bonding.  相似文献

Benzophenone analog 3 has been synthesized and characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The compound crystallizes in a monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a = 7.701(8) Å, b = 7.151(5) Å, c= 28.323(3) Å, = 104.639(4)°, Z = 4. The structure exhibits intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding of the type N–HO, C–HO, and N–HN. The molecules are interlinked through hydrogen bonds forming an infinite chain. This polymeric-like structure may play an important role in biological activity.  相似文献

The contents of the structural channels of beryl, grown hydrothermally from an ammonium-containing solution, were investigated by IR and EPR spectroscopy. Using IR spectroscopy we found that water molecules, ammonium ions, and a small number of HCl molecules enter the structural channels of beryl in the course of mineral growth. In these beryls, the ammonium ions play the role of alkali cations. The ammonium ions are as rigidly fixed in the lattice as are water molecules; they are eliminated by calcination at high temperatures close to the decomposition temperature. On exposure to radiation at 77 K, the paramagnetic NH 3 + and H0 radicals are stabilized in the structural channels of beryl. In addition to the known H0 radical, other states of atomic hydrogen, interacting with medium protons, are observed as well. For one of the additional radicals, Hb, we suggest the model of atomic hydrogen stabilized at the center of a silicon-oxygen ring with two water molecules in adjacent cavities.  相似文献

The ammoximation of acetone to acetone oxime with 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide over TS-1 has been studied. The conversion of acetone and the selectivity to acetone oxime can reach 99% and 94%, respectively. The by-products are the corresponding hydrazone, imine and small amounts of unidentified compounds. The influence of various parameters such as solvent, temperature, amounts of catalyst and the NH3 to acetone molar ratio were investigated. The hydrogen bond is one of the most important intermolecular interactions playing an important role in intermolecular recognition processes essential to most biological systems. Adrenaline is an important catecholamine neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system. Dimethyl sulphoxide can carry with it drugs across membranes. The geometries of adrenaline and six stable 1 : 1 complexes formed between adrenaline and dimethyl sulphoxide were optimized by Berny method at PM3 level and thus were optimized by density functional theory(B3LYP method)at the 6-31G,6-31G*,and 6-31+G* level respectively to obtain accurate structures. Single-point energies of all optimized molecular geometries were calculated to discuss the energies and structural parameters between reactants and products. All the binding energies have been corrected by the zero point vibrational energies(ZPVE)at varied basis set levels from 6-31G to 6-31 + G*. The results indicated that stronger hydrogen-bonded complexes were formed by molecular interaction between adrenaline and dimethyl sulphoxide. The calculation results can be better used to explain some experimental phenomena.  相似文献

A new 1,3,4 thiadiazole-derivative ligand 2,5-(s-acetic acid) dimercapto-1,3,4 thiadiazole (H2ADTZ) and its one-dimensional manganese polymer Mn(ADTZ)·4H2O had been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction in this paper. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with a distorted octahedron by two oxygen atoms from neighboring two deprotonated ligands ADTZ2- and other four oxygen atoms from four coordinated water molecules. The structural feature of the title compound is the formation of one-dimensional manganese chains polymer through the bridging of dioxygen O-O units. In the solid state structure of the complex, one-dimensional manganese chains are joined together by the weak intermolecular hydrogen bonds and vander Waals interactions forming a two-dimensional supramolecular compound. Furthermore, the UV spectra and electro-chemical properties of the title compound were also investigated. CCDC: 260532.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)在UB3LYP/6-311G**//UB3LYP/6-31G*水平上研究了水溶液中羟基自由基进攻苯酚的邻位和对位生成邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的反应机理.结果表明,2个反应都存在3个过渡态,3个中间体,并通过振动分析对过渡态进行了确认.电荷密度的拓扑分析发现,邻位反应中羟基自由基的氧原子和苯酚环上的2个氢原子之间形成了氢键,并相应地形成了六元环和五元环结构.经单点能校正后,2个反应的主反应活化能十分接近,说明邻位和对位产物会同时存在,这与实验观测的结果一致.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of ClOF2 + cation in solutions of anhydrous HF were studied. In the ClOF2 +HF2 and ClOF2 +BF4 −HF systems, this cation exists as a pyramidal structure (C s symmetry), while in the ClOF2 +AuF6 −HF system, it exists as a planar structure (C 2v symmetry). Based on nonempirical calculations by the Hartree-Fock-Roothaan method, an explanation for the dependence of the structure of the ClOF2 + cation on the nature of the anion was proposed. For the Cl−O bond vibrations, the correlation functions of vibrational and rotational relaxations were calculated, and the characteristic times of these processes were determined. The main contribution to the formation of the band contours corresponding to the above-mentioned modes is made by the vibrational dephasing.
