The electrophilic α-alkylation of ketones with alcohols was accomplished by a [Ru(DMSO)4]Cl2 catalyzed process, water being the only wasted material. The reaction can be successfully governed to produce either the expected ketones or their related alcohols only by changing the reaction conditions. When 2-aminobenzyl alcohol was used, a cyclization process took place to yield 2,3-disubstituted quinolines.  相似文献

Summary A parametric study of catalytic reforming process in a pilot plant was carried out by varying the pressure, H2/HC ratio, and space velocity. The results show that lower aromatics and higher hydrogen yields can be accomplished by increasing the space velocity in existing reformers, which will also result in better C5+yield.  相似文献

A bicyclic diphenyldisilane bearing two tetramethylene tethers reacts with lithium to form predominantly the disilanyllithium as a result of Si-CPh bond fission, while the pentamethylene homolog undergoes ordinary Si-Si bond cleavage to afford the expected phenylsilyllithium. The compressed Si-Si bond incorporated in the bicyclic ring system may be kinetically stabilized (compression effect), resulting in the unusual Si-C bond fission. When the reaction is carried out in the presence of chlorotrimethylsilane, a Calas-type reaction takes place on the phenyl rings. This result suggests that electron transfer to the phenyl group is the primary process in these bicyclic disilanes, followed by Si-Si or Si-C bond cleavage to afford the corresponding silyllithium species.  相似文献

根据晶体结构资料,计算了59个邻位取代苯酚中分子内氢键的几何.在STO-3G水平上计算了一些分子中原子部分电荷.结果表明,酚基氧与苯环上碳之间的键长,酚基上氢原子的部分电荷,酚基所在位置处的苯环环内角与取代苯酚的酸常数pKa均有近似线性关系,当邻位上存在硝基或羰基时,内氢键由于共振而得到显著的增强,据此可说明这一类酚的显著酸性  相似文献

A nanostructural approach to analysis of proton ordering in gas hydrate cages has been worked out within the framework of the topological model of strong and weak H-bonds. The approach involves rejection of the periodic boundary conditions, decomposition of the H-bond net into spherical layers, and two-dimensional drawing of the structure of spherical (spheroidal) fragments in the form of conjugate Schlegel diagrams. To analyze proton ordering in the spherical fragments composed of gas hydrate voids, we used the simulated annealing procedure and the correlation extension method proposed earlier.  相似文献

We calculate energy barriers of atom- and proton-transfer reactions in hydrogen-bonded complexes in the gas phase. Our calculations do not involve adjustable parameters and are based on bond-dissociation energies, ionization potentials, electron affinities, bond lengths, and vibration frequencies of the reactive bonds. The calculated barriers are in agreement with experimental data and high-level ab initio calculations. We relate the height of the barrier with the molecular properties of the reactants and complexes. The structure of complexes with strong hydrogen bonds approaches that of the transition state, and substantially reduces the barrier height. We calculate the hydrogen-abstraction rates in H-bonded systems using the transition-state theory with the semiclassical correction for tunneling, and show that they are in excellent agreement with the experimental data. H-bonding leads to an increase in tunneling corrections at room temperature.  相似文献

We report herein a comprehensive study of photoinduced reactions in complexes of Mg+ with primary (n-propyl- and isopropylamine) and secondary amines (dipropyl- and diisopropylamine) in the spectral range of 230-440 nm. Similar to the methyl- and ethylamine complexes studied previously, N-H bond activation of these complexes is very unfavorable. Instead, the C(alpha)-C, C-N, and C(alpha)-H bond-cleavage photoproducts are observed after photoexcitation of the Mg+ complexes (3(2)P<--3(2)S). For Mg+(primary amine) complexes, for example, Mg+-NH2CH2CH2CH3, and Mg+-NH2CH(CH3)2, the photoproducts resulting from C(alpha)--C rupture prevail after P(z) and charge-transfer excitations, whereas the Mg+ photofragment is predominant upon P(x,y) excitation. However, with further N-alkyl substitution, as in Mg+(secondary amine) complexes, for example, Mg+-NH(CH2CH2CH3)2 and Mg+-NH[CH(CH3)2]2, a novel intracomplex C-C coupling photoreaction dominates on P(x,y) excitation of Mg+, which is believed to arise from Mg+* insertion into the C-N bond. With P(z) and charge-transfer excitation, the Mg-R elimination photoproducts, arising from C(alpha)-C bond cleavage, predominate. The energetics and possible mechanisms of the intracomplex photoreactions are analyzed in detail with the help of extensive quantum mechanics calculations.  相似文献

Significant - interaction is found in the complexes of (S, S)-dimethylpyridino-18-crown-6 with (R)- and (S)-[-(1-naphthyl)ethyl]ammonium perchlorate. This finding is supported by the1H NOESY NMR spectral technique, greater chemical shift changes of aromatic protons in both host and guest molecules upon complexation, and by molecular mechanics calculations. Because of the flexibility of the ligand, the tripod hydrogen bonding causes13C relaxation times of all periphery carbons to decrease without significant selectivity. Rotational energy barrier calculations of the methyl groups of the complexed ligand also show that the (S, S)-host-(R)-guest is the more stable complex.  相似文献
