基于企业微信平台和在线教育综合平台的线上教学实践

In order to achieve "postponement of school without suspension of learning" during the prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia, the online teaching strategy was constructed based on Enterprise WeChat and Integrated Online Education Platform for the online teaching of Separation Science and Technology. The student-centered teaching methods were applied in online teaching process.     

甲基丙烯酸甲酯悬浮聚合实验教学的改进

选用氢氧化镁为分散剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,进行悬浮聚合反应,研究了分散剂用量、引发剂用量、水和单体比、搅拌速度、反应温度及反应时间对聚合物珠粒大小、均匀程度和产率的影响。结果表明:与目前高分子实验教材普遍选用的以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂的悬浮聚合反应相比,以氢氧化镁为分散剂,具有操作简单、聚合时间短、体系稳定性高等优点,可代替原有的悬浮聚合反应实验,作为高分子化学实验的教学课程内容。     

《高分子化学》课程中“活性自由基聚合”的教学实践

《高分子化学》课程是五大化学基础课程(无机化学、有机化学、分析化学、物理化学、高分子化学)之一,是化学类、高分子材料与工程、材料化学专业的必修课程。"活性"/可控自由基聚合是一种相对较新且重要的聚合物合成技术和方法,针对目前《高分子化学》课程中活性自由基聚合的教学比较薄弱的现状,从教学的角度探讨了活性聚合和可控/"活性"自由基聚合的本质和特点,介绍了本人在这方面的教学实践活动,遵循成果导向教育理念,通过以学为中心的教学方式,打造金课,提高教学质量。     

Strategies for multi-site GLP studies

 A GLP study can be performed at more than one site. This is called a multi-site study. Although, the study is performed at different sites, it is still one study and must completely comply with the GLP principles. The fact that different activities are conducted at different sites implies that the planning, the organization and the communication are crucial for the success of the study. This means that all the staff involved should know their responsibilities and should have the knowledge and skills to realize all the phases of the study according to the GLP principles. To achieve a well managed multi-site study, several strategies for setting up such a study can be followed. This paper focuses on the responsibilities, communication, and collaboration of the personnel, which are involved in a multi-site study. Several case studies are highlighted, and we concluded that the basic communication triangle in a single-site GLP study between test facility management, study director, and the quality assurance unit should be extended to the communication among test facility and test site management, study director, principle investigator(s), and the quality assurance units at the test sites. 材料化学实验课程体系的改革与建设

结合材料化学实验课程自身的特点及材料化学实验教学的经验，系统阐述我院材料化学实验改革的思路，通过深化材料化学实验教学改革，提高任课教师的学术水平，更新教学内容，优化教学模式，推进教材的系统性建设，实现材料化学实验教学质量的提高，激发学生的学习热情与兴趣，进一步培养学生的创新能力。     

光谱实验室的建设和管理

阐述冶金、铸造等行业用于金属成分分析的直读发射光谱仪实验室的建设和管理。从仪器的调研、选型，实验室选址，基础设施设备的准备，仪器的安装、调试、验收、日常分析，实验室管理等几个方面，分别作了介绍。     

基于超星学习通平台的有机化学录播课教学实践

由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,高校延期开学。为了实现"停课不停教、停课不停学",需要积极开展在线教学。本文基于超星学习通平台,开展了有机化学课程录播课教学实践,为高校教师网络教学提供一定的参考。     

生物质裂解产物的制备及HPLC检测其成分的虚拟仿真实验开发

In order to improve university laboratory teaching and practical education under the background of information technology, as well as overcome the difficulty for practical training, develop a virtual simulation experiment platform for rapid pyrolysis of natal materials and high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) detection of its components. The experiment integrates the actual operation process of the plant to produce cleaved products by rapid pyrolysis of biomass with HPLC detection. The virtual experiment is divided into biomass sample pretreatment, rapid biomass pyrolysis, bio-oil extraction, and HPLC determination of complex components, making the biomass cleavage workshop "real" through simulation. This virtual simulation experiment fully integrates the utilization of biomass resources and basic chemistry courses (such as organic chemistry, instrumental analysis, chemical engineering principles, etc.), which are widely involved in agricultural and forestry majors with advantageous characteristics value.     

High temperature corrosion behaviour of M(Co,Ni)CrAIY-coatings on high temperature materials-microanalytical investigations

In our former investigations, the phenomenon high temperature corrosion (HTC) was described exemplarily on selected materialcoating combinations for blades of stationary gas turbines, mainly in the temperature region of up to 750° C. To answer the question, in which manner higher gas inlet and/or higher material surface temperature would influence the HTC behaviour, a special analytical technique—the integral layer profile analysis—was introduced to ameliorate concentration profile methods. By examining IN 738 LC specimens with CoCrAlY plasma spray coating, stressed by hot gas at 900° C, the limits of this system are shown by explaining the corrosion mechanism; the method is also used for other systems, e.g. U 520 with NiCrAlY coating at 750° C.     

Rasch模型在“化学键”概念教学评价中的应用研究

运用Rasch模型探查高二学生对"化学键"概念的认知情况，运用Conquest软件和Winsteps软件对测试结果进行分析。结果表明：基于Rasch模型编制的测试卷能客观有效地检测学生对"化学键"概念的理解，为一线教师的有效教学提供学情基础。
