A closed form expressions for bending problem of magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) rectangular thin plates are derived, the exact solutions for the deformation behaviors of the fiber-reinforced BaTiO3/CoFe2O4 composites subjected to certain types of surface loads are analytically obtained. Based on Kirchhoff thin-plate theory, structural characteristics such as elastic displacements, electric potential and magnetic induction for magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) rectangular plates are investigated, the governing equation in terms of the transverse displacement is presented in a rather compact form due to the omission of the transverse shear deformation and rotatory inertia. The material coefficients for the MEE plate can be uniquely expressed by the volume-fraction (v.f.) of piezoelectric constituent BaTiO3 in the fiber-reinforced composite, and are tabulated with 25% offset of the volume-fraction. The deformation variations of the MEE thin plate with closed-circuit electric restriction are evaluated analytically according to their specified boundary conditions, and the effects of the volume-fractions on the deformations variations are discussed. It can be found that all the results obtained by using the proposed model have reached good agreements with the other available research works, whereas, the present study provides a much simpler way in seeking the analytic solutions for the interactively coupled quantities of a multiphase medium. 相似文献

The use of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for in vivo sampling of drugs and metabolites in the bloodstream of freely moving animals eliminates the need for blood withdrawal in order to generate pharmacokinetics (PK) profiles in support of pharmaceutical drug discovery studies. In this study, SPME was applied for in vivo sampling in mice for the first time and enables the use of a single animal to construct the entire PK profile. In vivo SPME sampling procedure used commercial prototype single-use in vivo SPME probes with a biocompatible extractive coating and a polyurethane sampling interface designed to facilitate repeated sampling from the same animal. Pre-equilibrium in vivo SPME sampling, kinetic on-fibre standardization calibration and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry analysis (LC–MS/MS) were used to determine unbound and total circulating concentrations of carbamazepine (CBZ) and its active metabolite carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide (CBZEP) in mice (n = 7) after 2 mg/kg intravenous dosing. The method was linear in the range of 1–2000 ng/mL CBZ in whole blood with acceptable accuracy (93–97%) and precision (<17% RSD). The single dose PK results obtained using in vivo SPME sampling compare well to results obtained by serial automated blood sampling as well as by the more conventional method of terminal blood collection from multiple animals/time point. In vivo SPME offers the advantages of serial and repeated sampling from the same animal, speed, improved sample clean-up, decreased animal use and the ability to obtain both free and total drug concentrations from the same experiment. 相似文献

The aim of this research work was the evaluation of stir-bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) in combination with an in situ derivatization to determine parabens (methylparaben, isopropylparaben, n-propylparaben, butylparaben and benzylparaben), triclosan and methyltriclosan in soil samples. This is the first time that this approach has been applied to the determination of these compounds in soil samples, providing important advantages over conventional extraction techniques, such as minimization of sampling handling, complete elimination of the use of organic solvents and simplification of the analytical procedure with reduced time consumption. The enriched target analytes were desorbed thermally using a thermodesorption system coupled to a gas chromatograph and a mass spectrometer. The optimized derivatization and SBSE extraction conditions, as well as the analytical characteristics of the method were obtained using spiked soil samples. The proposed methodology proved to be easy to use and sensitive, with limits of detection between 80 ng/kg and 1.06 μg/kg, and reproducibility values below 13%. The accuracy of the method was evaluated at two concentration levels, obtaining apparent recoveries between 91% and 110%. The matrix composition significantly influenced the extraction procedure, and a need to adopt a standard additions protocol is apparent. A slab approach in the framework of ab initio calculations was applied to study surface electronic states in In2O3 crystal. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were carried out employing the WIEN 2k code and using the full potential method with Augmented Plane Waves + local orbitals (APW+lo) formalism. Total and partial DOS (Density of States) were calculated for In and O atoms in two upper (110) surface layers. Comparison of total and partial DOS allowed determining a contribution of electronic states of different In and O surface atoms into formation of surface electronic spectra and corresponding chemical bonds. A dominant ionic character of chemical bonds in In2O3 is found. Calculations were performed for three slab models with different geometry parameters. It was shown that an optimal ratio between the whole vertical size of a supercell and the vertical size of atomic cluster has to be chosen. The size of vacuum region in the slab model influences significantly on the reliability of calculated characteristics of the surface electronic structure. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Based on the nonlinear Hoek–Brown failure criterion, elastoplastic analytical solutions are developed for the elastoplastic stresses, strains and plastic zones around a circular tunnel subjected to different value of the axial in situ stress. Effects of the transverse in situ stress, the axial in situ stress and the strength parameters of rock masses on the elastoplastic stresses, strains and plastic zones in the surrounding rock masses are investigated. It is found from the numerical results that the stresses, strains, and plastic zones in the surrounding rock depend not only on the transverse in situ stress but also on the axial in situ stress as well as the mechanical parameters of rock masses. 相似文献

A numerical study is reported on the fully developed unsteady laminar fluid flow in microchannel parallel-plates partially filled with a uniform porous medium and partially filled with a clear fluid. The flow is induced by the movement of one of the plates and the pressure gradient. The Brinkman-extended Darcy model is utilized to model the flow in the porous region, while the Stokes equation is used in the clear fluid region. A theoretical analysis is also presented for the fully developed steady flow to find closedform expressions for the interfacial velocity and the velocity and skin frictions at the bounding plates. Numerical computations shows excellent agreement between the closedform solutions for fully developed steady flow and the numerical solution to unsteady flow at large values of time. 相似文献

众所周知Lamb波在复合材料中的传播呈各向异性的特点,经典有限元法模拟这类问题效率不高,所以,本文采用谱有限元法进行研究。先建立了一种新的谱有限板单元,该单元以Gauss-Lobatto-Legendre点作为节点,使质量矩阵是对角矩阵;另外,该单元采用了扩展的位移场,能够较好地模拟板结构的三维特性。然后,对复合材料板结构中Lamb波在对称模式与反对称模式下的传播速度进行了求解,将计算结果与Mindlin板谱单元的结果以及三维弹性理论的结果进行了比较,并讨论了Lamb波在反对称层合板中的传播特点。最后,模拟了Lamb波在含和不含损伤复合材料层合板中的传播,数值结果表明所建立的谱有限板单元可以较好地模拟出Lamb波在复合材料板结构中的传播特性。 相似文献
