The first experiences of implementing of ISO/IEC 17025 have been obtained by the accreditation bodies and laboratories following
the standard, and a workshop to discuss the experiences was arranged. This presentation gives the conclusions and recommendations
from the workshop based on the lectures and discussions. In general, the adoption of ISO/IEC 17025 has been a smooth process.

Based on the teaching practice of chemistry courses in university and guided by the training specifications of talents, this paper carried out the ideology of moral education in the course and designed the moral education contents. Specifically, there were five aspects, including the patriotism sentiment, the collaborative spirit, the social responsibility, the innovation and entrepreneurship, the logical thinking and dialectical thinking. Laboratory managers are facing the task of altering the attitudes of themselves and their employees in order to implement
a quality lifestyle, which is the prerequisite for successful implementation of a quality system complying with appropriate
international standards. The alterations require a painstaking and constructive approach. Not all laboratories have the resources
to secure the assistance of quality consultants. For those laboratory managers who have to find their way towards quality
management on their own, some recommendations are given for a path towards a self-sustaining quality system. Several practical
aspects of the basic steps in this path, which starts with assessing the current status of the laboratory and is followed
by awareness building, are discussed. The recommendations are derived from the experience of the authors in their own laboratories.

In this paper we consider mixed finite element methods for second order elliptic prob-lems. In the case of the lowest order Brezzi-Douglas-Marini elements (if d=2) or Brezzi-Douglas-Durán-Fortin elements (if d=3) on rectangular parallelepipeds, we show thatthe mixed method system, by incorporating certain quadrature rules, can be written as asimple, cell-centered finite difference method. This leads to the solution of a sparse, pos-itive semidefinite linear system for the scalar unknown. For a diagonal tensor coefficient,the sparsity pattern for the scalar unknown is a five point stencil if d=2, and seven ifd=3. For a general tensor coefficient, it is a nine point stencil, and nineteen, respectively.Applications of the mixed method implementation as finite differences to nonisothermalmultiphase, multicomponent flow in porous media are presented. 相似文献

When modeling optimal product mix under emission restrictions produces a solution with unacceptable level of profit, analyst is moved to investigate the cause(s). Interior analysis (IA) is proposed for this purpose. With IA, analyst can investigate the impact of accommodating emission controls in step-by-step one-at-a-time manner and in doing so track how profit and other important features of product mix degrade and to which emission control enforcements its diminution may be attributed. In this way, analyst can assist manager in identifying implementation strategies. Although IA is presented within context of a linear programming formulation of the green product mix problem, its methodology may be applied to other modeling frameworks. Quantity dependent penalty rates and transformations of emissions to forms with or without economic value are included in the modeling and illustrations of IA. 相似文献
