Herein, a new dispersive solid‐phase extraction method using a nano magnetic titanium dioxide graphene‐based sorbent in conjunction with high‐performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection was successfully developed. The method was proved to be simple, sensitive, and highly efficient for the trace quantification of sulfacetamide, sulfathiazole, sulfamethoxazole, and sulfadiazine in relatively large volume of aqueous media. Initially, the nano magnetic titanium dioxide graphene‐based sorbent was successfully synthesized and subsequently characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray diffraction. Then, the sorbent was used for the sorption and extraction of the selected sulfonamides mainly through π–π stacking hydrophobic interactions. Under the established conditions, the calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 1–200 μg/L. The limit of quantification (precision of 20%, and accuracy of 80–120%) for the detection of each sulfonamide by the proposed method was 1.0 μg/L. To test the extraction efficiency, the method was applied to various fortified real water samples. The average relative recoveries obtained from the fortified samples varied between 90 and 108% with the relative standard deviations of 5.3–10.7%.  相似文献

The adsorption of phenol and nitrophenols on hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent wasstudied as a function of the solution concentration and temperature. Adsorption isotherms of phenoland nitrophenols on hypercrosslinked resin were determined. These isotherms were modeledaccording to the Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The isotherms for phenol and nitrophenols onhypercrosslinked resin were assigned as L curves. Thermodynamic parameters were calculated for allphenol and nitrophenols. The kinetics experiment results showed that the adsorption rates were of thefirst-order kinetics. The rate constants at 303K were calculated.  相似文献

Dependences of the dynamics of hydrophilic polymeric nets of acrylate cation exchanger, sulfonated poly(styrenedivinylbenzene) cation exchanger, and hydrophobic poly(divinylbenzeneethylstyrene) sorbent on the degree of hydration were studied by the Rayleigh scattering of Mössbauer radiation (RSMR). Dependences of the integral elastic fraction of RSMR of the polymer—water systems on the water/polymer mass ratio were determined. In the case of the cation exchangers, a considerable decrease in the elastic fraction of RSMR of the polymer during hydration was established. A considerable increase in the mobility of the nets indicates their transition from a glassy state to an elastic state. It was established that the intramolecular mobility of the hydrophobic polymeric sorbent remains unchanged during its hydration, and it contains water culsters with the nonzero elastic fraction of RSMR in its finest pores.  相似文献

Heavy metal and metalloid-contaminated soil is a serious barrier to colonization for many plant species. The problem of the elimination of toxic waste accumulated in technogenous soils in many highly transformed regions is extremely important. Hence, another attempt was made to analyze the effect of the addition of sorbents (BCH—biochar, B—bentonite, ChM—chicken manure, OS—organo-zeolitic substrate) to contaminated copper soil on the germination and early growth of Eurasian common grass species (Agrostis capillaris, A. stolonifera, Festuca rubra and Poa pratensis), which could potentially be used in recultivation. This experiment was based on the laboratory sandwich method. Standard germination indexes, morphometry and biomass analysis were used. The percentage of germinating seeds was lower in each of the soil variants and sorbents used compared to the control. Dry mass was positively stimulated by all sorbents. The response to the addition of sorbents, expressed as the electrolyte leakage of seedlings, was different depending on the species and type of sorbent. Among all sorbents, the most positive effects on germination and growth were observed in the case of OS. Overall, the response to the addition of sorbents was different in the studied species, depending on their stage of development.  相似文献

本文以St/DVB凝胶、St/DVB超髙交联凝胶为参比网络结构,用荧光光谱方法跟踪研究了St/DVB交联凝胶氯甲基化反应过程中网络结构形态的衍变.发现随着凝胶中氯百分含量的增加,其苯基激基缔合物320nm荧光谱带趋于消失;在最初反应阶段.苯基多环聚集体420nm荧光谱带强度迅速上升.而后急剧下降,同时在488nm左右出现一新的荧光谱带,与超高交链凝胶荧光谱带相近似:红外光谱证实了氯甲基化凝胶中亚甲基交联桥的增加.结果表明,伴随氯甲基化反应发生的后交联反应可使交联凝胶疏松网络区结构趋向紧密,使溶剂难以逾渗的微凝胶核松弛解体,从而使St/DVB交联凝胶网络涨落趋向均匀.  相似文献

Abstract

Preconcentration and separation of trace amounts of selenomethionine was investigated using several solid sorbents. The best results were obtained with copper-treated Chelex 100 chelating resin. Selenomethionine from 100 ml of solution adsorbed on 0.2 g of the resin was eluted with 8 ml of 1.5 mol/l ammonia solution and determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. The column chromatography with Cu-Chelex and functionalized cellulose sorbent Cellex T was applied to separate organic and inorganic selenium forms.  相似文献

Abstract

The work described in this paper shows how we have investigated the utility of polar polyimide sorbents for the collection of polar and non-polar volatile organic compounds in ambient air. The results indicate that supercritical carbon dioxide can be used to recover a variety of compounds with a wide range of volatilities from polyimide sorbents and that these compounds can be effectively collected onto an adsorbent micro-trap after the expansion of the fluid prior to thermal desorption gas chromatographic analysis. Molecular sieve 3A was used and found to have a very high capacity for removal of water from the supercritical fluid extract stream. The sieve tended to adsorb polar compounds in the absence of water; the presence of water sometimes reduced analyte adsorption. The method was used to collect, recover, and analyze volatile organic compounds from the air of a laboratory building and was shown to be quite sensitive for appropriate compounds.  相似文献

Determination of gold in environmental and geological samples requires very often preconcentration and separation due to the high concentration of interfering matrix components and the low content of this metal. Solid phase extraction technique with different kind of solid sorbents offers for this purpose high enrichment factor, rapid phase separation and the ability of combination with different detection techniques. <正>Two hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbents(ZH-01 and Amberlite XAD-4 resin) were employed to remove three kinds of phenolic compounds including phenol,4-nitrophenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol from aqueous solutions.The study was focused on the static equilibrium adsorption behavior,the column dynamic adsorption and desorption profiles.The Freundlich model gave a perfect fitting to the isotherm data.The adsorbing capacities for these three compounds on ZH-01 were higher than those on Amberlite XAD-4 within the temperature range 288-318 K,which was attributed to the large micropore area and 2-carboxybenzoyl functional groups on the network of ZH-01 resin.The adsorption for phenol and 4- nitrophenol on ZH-01 was a physical adsorption process,while for 2,4-dinitrophenol it was a coexistence process of physical adsorption and chemisorption's transitions.The column test showed the advantages of ZH-01 in the dynamic adsorption processes of phenolic compounds.Being used as the desorption reagent,sodium hydroxide solution showed an excellent performance.  相似文献
