Novel sul-containing fluorinated polyimides have been synthesized by the reaction of 2,2′-bis-(trifluoromethyl)-4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfide (TFDAS) with 1,4-bis-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)benzene dianhydride (HQDPA), 2,2′-bis-(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA), 4,4′-oxydiphthalicanhydride (ODPA) or 3,4,3′,4′-biphenyl-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (s-BPDA). The fluorinated polyimides, prepared by a one-step polycondensation procedure, have good solubility in many solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), dimethylacetamide (DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), cyclohexanone, tetrahydrofuran (THF) and m-cresol. The molecular weights (Mn's) and polydispersities (Mn/Mw's) of polyimides were in the range of 1.24 × 105 to 3.21 × 105 and 1.59–2.20, respectively. The polymers exhibit excellent thermal stabilities, with glass-transition temperatures (Tg) at 221–275 °C and the 5% weight-loss temperature are above 531 °C. After crosslinking, these polymers show higher thermal stability. The films of polymers have high optical transparency. The novel sul-containing fluorinated polyimides also have low absorption at both 1310 and 1550 nm wavelength windows. Rib-type optical waveguide device was fabricated using the fluorinated polyimides and the near-field mode pattern of the waveguide was demonstrated. 相似文献

在3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)和对苯二胺(PPD)体系中引入3,3’-二甲基联苯胺(OTOL),显著改善了纤维的力学性能。当n(PPD)∶n(OTOL)=70∶30时,纤维的拉伸强度可达到改性前的2倍,其拉伸强度和拉伸模量分别为1.50和80 GPa。SEM照片显示了纤维的断面为圆形且没有孔穴,也没有明显的"皮芯"结构和原纤结构。WAXD和SAXS分析表明,纤维的轴向堆积和分子链取向在热牵伸过程中得到改善。 相似文献

Polyimide/silica hybrid nanocomposites were prepared by sol–gel method without coupling agent. A novel diamine with a benzimidazole group, 2‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐5‐aminobenzimidazole (PABZ), was introduced to copolymerize with 4,4'‐oxydianiline (ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) to synthesize polyimide (PI) matrix. The compatibility between PI and silica was improved by hydrogen bonds formed between silica phase and the –NH– group on benzimidazole of the new diamine. Highly transparent hybrid films were obtained when silica content reached as high as 30 wt%. SEM results show that silica particles with sizes much smaller than that in PMDA‐ODA/silica system disperse homogeneously in the PI matrix. Differing from most hybrid systems without coupling agent, the tensile strength of PABZ system increases from 152 MPa to 165 MPa with silica content increasing from 0 to 20 wt%, while, it decreases linearly in PMDA‐ODA system. DMA analysis shows that the introduction of PABZ largely increases the glass transition temperature (Tg) for all silica contents, which is suggested to be due to the more rigid structures and stronger interaction between the two phases. Meanwhile, the decomposition temperature and char yields at 800 °C are both higher than that of pure PIs. The structures of the hybrid films were identified by FTIR spectra, which indicate that different silica morphologies are developed, resulted from the hydrogen bonds between benzimidazole and silica phase. 利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)以及傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱研究了一种超支化聚酯(HBP)对聚乙二醇(PEG)非等温结晶行为的影响,用Ozawa法、Jeziorny法和莫志深法对非等温结晶动力学进行了分析.结果表明:PEG和HBP/PEG的非等温结晶过程可用Ozawa和莫志深动力学方程描述,与Jeziorny动力学方程不符;超支化聚酯的加入改变了PEG的结晶成核和生长机理,对PEG的结晶有一定的延缓作用.超支化聚酯中的羰基与PEG的端羟基形成的氢键以及超支化聚酯自身较大的分子体积和高度支化的结构所导致的位阻效应是超支化聚酯延缓PEG结晶的主要原因. 相似文献

<正>A brominated hyperbranched polyether has been synthesized from cyanuric chloride and sodium salt of tetrabromobisphenol-A by an A_2+B_3 approach.The synthesized polyether was characterized by ~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,UV, FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction studies,measurements of solution viscosity,molecular weight and solubility and elemental and thermogravimetric analyses.The flame retardancy of the synthesized polyether and its blends with commercially available plasticized poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) and low density polyethylene(LDPE) was investigated by measurements of limiting oxygen index(LOI) value and thermogravimetric analysis.The properties are compared with a non-halogenated similar type of bisphenol-A based aromatic polyether after blending at different dose levels with the same base polymers.The LOI values of these blends indicated that these hyperbranched polyethers acted as flame retardant additives,and antimony trioxide had prominent synergistic effect with the bromo hyperbranched polyether for the above base polymers,and an increment of 4 to 6 units in LOI values was observed. 相似文献

Phase equilibrium data have been measured for the ternary system hyperbranched polyglycerol + methanol + carbon dioxide at temperatures of 313–450 K and pressures up to 13.5 MPa. Phase changes were determined according to a synthetic method using the Cailletet setup. At elevated temperatures the system shows a liquid–liquid–vapor region with lower solution temperatures. Besides the vapor–liquid and liquid–liquid equilibria, the vapor–liquid to vapor–liquid–liquid and vapor–liquid–liquid to liquid–liquid phase boundaries are reported at different polymer molar masses and can serve as test sets for thermodynamic models. A distinct influence of the polymer molar mass on the vapor–liquid equilibrium can be noticed and indicates the existence of structural effects due to the polymer branching. Modeling the systems with the PCP-SAFT equation of state confirms these findings. 相似文献

用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、端羟基超支化聚酯(HB-20)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇,合成了含有超支化结构的聚醚型脂肪族聚氨酯(PU)弹性体.通过Flory-Rehner公式计算了体系的交联密度;用FT-IR、WAXD和DSC表征了超支化PU的氢键化程度和形态.实验结果表明,在PU弹性体中引入少量的HB-20,能提高氨基甲酸酯羰基的氢键化程度和软硬段间的微相分离程度,从而显著提高材料的拉伸强度.由于氢键化程度和交联密度双重效应的影响,含6 wt%HB-20的聚醚型PU与不含HB-20的PU相比拉伸强度提高了2倍多,达到37.9 MPa,断裂伸长率仍高达414%. 相似文献

以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和二乙醇胺(DEOA)为原料,采用A2+bB2共聚合路线合成了具有超支化结构的水性聚氨酯(HBAPU)乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(13C NMR)对产物结构进行了表征,证实了超支化聚氨酯的支化度随 n(NCO)/n(OH)比值的增大而增大。用PCS、TG、电子拉力机对产物的性能进行了测试,同时也对胶膜的耐水性进行了测试,发现在DMPA含量为0.4 mmol/g时,HBAPU的粒径仅有20.57 nm,而线性水性聚氨酯粒径有130.91 nm,并且HBAPU具有良好的耐水性、热稳定性和较高的拉伸强度。 相似文献

In this study, we report the gas permeance and selectivity of the asymmetric polyimide membrane prepared by plasma‐based ion implantation (PBII). The asymmetric polyimide membranes were prepared using a dry–wet phase inversion process, and the surface skin layer on the membrane was implantated by He ions at 2.5 keV. The asymmetric membranes treated by PBII were measured using a high vacuum apparatus with a Baratron absolute pressure gauge at 76 cmHg and 35°C. The (O2/N2) and (CO2/CH4) selectivities in the He+‐implanted asymmetric membrane at 60 sec resulted in 1.5 and 1.8 time increases, respectively, when compared to those of the asymmetric membrane before PBII. On the other hand, the O2 and CO2 permeances in the asymmetric membrane after PBII decreased with an increase in the He+ treatment time.
