We have developed a rapid and simple method for the preparation of nearly mono-dispersed gold colloids with a fairly high concentration above 10 mM using hydroxylamine as the reducing agents, in the presence of α-methoxy-ω-mercaptoethyl-poly(ethylene glycol)(MeO-PEG-SH). It was found that a hydroxylamine acted not only as a reducing agent, but also as a nucleation agent under alkaline reaction conditions. Though the colloid concentration was fairly high, the dispersion stability was remarkably improved even in a high ionic strength in the range greater than 1 M NaCl, in which conventional citrate gold colloids immediately flocculate and precipitate. The obtained colloid was successfully re-dispersed in aqueous media after lyophilization. In addition, the prepared gold colloid reduced a protein adsorption significantly on its surface. Concerning these results, the obtained colloidal dispersion may be suitable for biological applications, since a regionally concentrated colloidal dispersion with dispersion stability is required for bio-labeling and bio-imaging systems.Electronic Supplementary Material Supplementary material is available for this article at  相似文献

Hybrid nickel‐cobalt hexacyanoferrate (NiCoHCF) particles were immobilized onto a glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry. Characterization of these particles by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction and electrochemistry revealed that NiCoHCF was a substitution‐type hybrid hexacyanoferrate rather than a simple mixture system. As an important reducing agent, hydroxylamine could be electrocatalytically oxidized at the NiCoHCF modified electrode. The effects of the solution pH and the applied potential on the amperometric response of hydroxylamine were examined. Under optimum conditions, the catalytic peak current was proportional to the concentration of hydroxylamine in the range 2.0×10?5–1.0×10?2 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.3×10?7 mol/L. Furthermore, detection results obtained with this sensor showed high sensitivity, fast response time, good stability and anti‐interference ability.  相似文献

5-Amino-3-(pyrrol-2-yl)isoxazoles were selectively prepared by the reaction of 2-(2,2-dicyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles with hydroxylamine in methanol. Under analogous conditions, 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl) pyrroles with hydroxylamine gave 5-aminoisoxazoles and their structural isomers, 3-aminoisoxazoles (3-5% yield). The latter were selectively prepared by reacting 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles with hydroxylamine in the presence of aqueous NaOH and from the products of intramolecular cyclization of 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles, 1-ethylthio-3-iminopyrrolizines and hydroxylamine.  相似文献

The liquid-phase direct catalytic amination of benzene to aniline was performed in acetic acid water solvent using a series of vanadium(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ)complexes with N,O-or O,O-ligands as catalysts and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as the aminating agent. Hydroxylamine sulfate (HAS) and sodium nitrite are used as the accelerators for zinc phosphate coating on high carbon steel. Phase evolution of phosphate coating was investigated by X-ray diffraction. It is found that the phosphating coatings are mainly composed of hopeite Zn3Fe(PO4)2·4H2O and phosphophyllite Zn2Fe(PO4)2·4H2O. The microstructural changes of the phosphate coating, as a function of phosphating time, were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy. Four-ball friction experiments reveal that hydroxylamine sulfate instead of sodium nitrite can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of lubricated phosphating coating. Therefore, it may be expected that HAS will be widely used as a fast and ECO-friendly accelerator in phosphate industry.  相似文献

An efficient method for the solid-phase synthesis of hydroxamic acids is described. The method comprises the nucleophilic displacement of esters immobilized on PEGA resins with hydroxylamine/sodium hydroxide in isopropanol. The hydroxyaminolysis protocol is compatible with a broad range of PEGA-supported peptide and peptidomimetic esters. The methodology was found to be compatible with two new strategies for the synthesis of solid-supported lactams and diketopiperazines, respectively, both relying on the high inter- and intramolecular reactivity of cyclic N-acyliminium ions with electron-rich aromatics and heteroaromatics, ultimately affording hydroxamic acid derivatives in high purities.  相似文献
