In this paper, an approach to achieve fault diagnosis and Fault Tolerant Control in a typical bottle-filling plant using event based techniques is discussed. For this purpose, the plant is modeled using Hybrid Petri nets which enable study and analysis with regard to the working of the plant. Once effective modeling is done based on two different case studies considered, new algorithms are proposed to achieve fault diagnosis and Fault Tolerant Control on the models developed. Finally, performance measures with regard to the models proposed are evaluated to check the correctness of the models developed. Both analytical and numerical results are obtained which are highly useful to understand plant behavior.  相似文献

Nanotechnology deals with the materials at nanoscale to synthesize nanoparticles. The current study introduced a new green approach for the synthesis of Copper and Nickel hybrid nanoparticles by using Zingiber officinale rhizome extract as a capping and reducing agent. The nanoparticles were physico-chemically characterized by UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and Scanning electron microscopy. It was revealed by scanning electron micrograph that the Cu-Ni hybrid nanoparticles have spherical geometries with average grain size of 25.12 ± 1.2 nm. Furthermore, biocatalytic and photocatalytic applications of the biosynthesized nanoparticles were assessed. The results of antibacterial assay revealed that Cu-Ni hybrid nanoparticles had an inhibition zones of 28 ± 1.0, 25 ± 0.8, and 25 ± 1.5 mm against P. aeruginosa, E. coli and Proteus vulgaris. Commercially available antibiotics were purchased and coated with Cu-Ni hybrid nanoparticles, it was found that their antimicrobial efficacy was increased twice. To evaluate the antioxidant potential, nanoparticles having a concentration of 200 µg/mL were applied against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radicals and NPs showed 42.1 ± 0.71 % inhibition. Cu-Ni nanoparticles have shown a dose-dependent cytotoxicity against amastigote and promastigote in anti-leishmanial assay. The synthesized nanoparticles were found biocompatible and safe in nature to be used in vivo, as they showed no significant hemolysis of human red blood cells at their highest concentration. In antidiabetic assay, NPs inhibited alpha-amylase enzyme up to 38.07 ± 0.65 %. An organic crystal violet dye was successfully degraded by the synthesized nanoparticles in photocatalytic assay. Hence, it is concluded that Cu-Ni hybrid nanoparticles can be used both in vitro and in vivo for drug delivery in biomedical research. These nanoparticles can also be used in the remediation of organic dyes as a catalyst.  相似文献

3,4,5-Triamino-1,2,4-triazole (guanazine, 1) can be readily methylated with methyl iodide yielding methylguanazinium iodide (2). Salts containing the novel methylguanazinium cation with energetic anions were synthesised by metathesis reactions with silver azide (3), silver nitrate (4), silver perchlorate (5), sodium 5,5'-azotetrazolate (6), silver 5-nitrotetrazolate (7) and silver dinitramide (8), yielding a new family of heterocycle-based salts, which were fully characterised by analytical (mass spectrometry and elemental analysis) and spectroscopic methods (IR, Raman and NMR). In addition, the molecular structures of all compounds were confirmed by X-ray analysis, revealing extensive hydrogen-bonding in the solid state and densities between 1.399 (3) and 1.669 g cm(-3) (5). The hydrogen-bonded ring motifs are discussed in the formalism of graph-set analysis for hydrogen-bond patterns and compared to each other. Preliminary sensitivity testing of the crystalline compounds indicate surprisingly low sensitivities to both friction and impact, the highest friction and shock sensitivity being found for the perchlorate (5, 220 N) and the dinitramide (8, 20 J) salts, respectively. In addition, DSC analysis was used to assess the thermal stabilities of the compounds: 3-6 melt above 200 degrees C with concomitant decomposition, whereas 7 and 8 have clearly defined melting points at 162 and 129 degrees C, respectively, and with decomposition occurring about 30 degrees C above the melting point. Lastly all compounds have positive calculated heats of formation between 336 (4) and 4070 kJ kg(-1) (6) and calculated detonation velocities in the range between 8330 (7) and 8922 m s(-1) (6) making them of interest as new highly energetic materials with low sensitivity.  相似文献

When treated with amine bases such as triethylamine and various lithium salts in wet solvents, esters are efficiently hydrolyzed to the corresponding acids in good yields. Esters incorporating an α- or β-heteroatom with respect to the ester carbonyl group are hydrolyzed rapidly even at room temperature. To further demonstrate the usefulness of this method, one example is provided where hydrolysis of acetylated camphorsultam is mediated by LiBr.  相似文献

The comparative reactivity of heterocyclic diazo compounds and the corresponding diazonium salts in C-azo coupling reactions was studied using imidazole, pyrazole, and triazole derivatives as examples.The reactivities of pyrazole- and imidazole-derived diazonium salts are much lower than those of thiadiazole- and 1,2,4-triazole-derived diazonium salts but higher than those of pyrrole and indole diazo compounds.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. An unprecedented base promoted domino approach has been developed for the synthesis of pyridin-2-yl urea derivatives via the reaction of 2-aminopyridinium salts and arylamines. The developed strategy tolerated a wide range of functional groups and afforded pyridin-2-yl ureas in moderate to good yields. The reaction was postulated to involve tandem cyclization, intermolecular nucleophilic addition, ring opening, and demethylation.  相似文献
