UV-curable low-surface-energy fluorinated poly(urethane-acrylate)s for biomedical applications 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Novel UV-curable fluorinated poly(urethane-acrylate) (FPUA) oligomers have been synthesized from 1H,1H,12H,12H-perfluoro-1,12-dodecanediol (PFDDOL), either 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) or 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) for end-capping with photo-crosslinkable methacrylate groups. The fluorine content and the nature of the isocyanate were investigated to determine their effects on the physical properties, surface properties, and blood compatibilities of the polymers. The introduction of hydrophobic fluorocarbon chains led to phase separation and a low total surface energy, which reduced the adhesion of blood platelets onto the materials. The HDI-type UV-curable, fluorinated poly(urethane-acrylate) exhibited a low-surface-energy and superior blood compatibility (as determined from RIPA values). 相似文献

产品在研制阶段存在大量的试验数据,为有效利用验前数据,降低测试性验证试验样本量,提出一种基于验前试验信息熵的测试性验证试验方案。该方案利用信息熵来度量研制阶段多次验前试验数据对测试性验证试验所起的作用,依据平均互信息熵和信息总量相等的原则,将多次验前试验数据等效成一次成败型数据。在此基础上,通过相容性检验方法确定验前数据与试验数据的相容性水平,并以Beta分布为验前分布,利用加权混合贝叶斯理论建立混合验后分布,之后,基于贝叶斯平均风险理论求解满足双方风险要求的试验方案。最后,以某型雷达发射分机为例,对其进行测试性验证试验研究,研究结果验证了该方案的有效性。 相似文献

The selection of a polymer matrix for a conductive blend with polyaniline and para-toluene sulfonic acid (PANI-pTSA) was performed using molecular simulation techniques, both a fast quantitative structure–properties relationship method as a first screening phase followed by atomistic simulation. Using the atomistic simulation method, the solubility parameters and the heat of mixing of each blend were calculated to enable the determination of compatible matrices in blends with PANI-pTSA, which was validated by experimental scanning electron microscopy fractographs. Based on such calculations, polycaprolactone (PCL)/PANI-pTSA phase diagrams were estimated, showing slight miscibility of polydispersed PANI in PCL, particularly the short chains fraction, at the elevated melt processing temperature. It was suggested that this partial miscibility at the elevated temperature might lead to a conductive network morphology of PANI in PCL at room temperature, because of phase separation and precipitation of soluble PANI molecules, upon cooling and solidification of the melt. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Dielectric elastomers (DEs) require high drive voltages to obtain large actuated strain, which limits their application in the biological field. In this work, we enhanced the dielectric properties of natural rubber (NR) composites by using core–shell structured (CaCu3Ti4O12)x@(BaTiO3)(1−x) (CCTOx@BT(1−x)) high-dielectric particles with an buffer layer, and adjusted the thickness of the BT buffer layer by adjusting the addition of titanate during the preparation process, and then observed the relationship between the dielectric properties of NR composites and the thickness of the BT buffer layer. In addition, we modified the CCTO0.75@BT0.25 fillers surface with silane coupling agent KH560 to enhance the interfacial interaction between the inorganic fillers and polymeric matrix to obtain better dispersion and greater dielectric properties. As a result of the optimization of the CCTO0.75@BT0.25@KH560 structure, the actuated strain performance is greatly improved. The actuated strain of 5 per hundred rubber (phr) CCTO0.75@BT0.25@KH560/NR is 16.3% at 74.03 kV/mm, which is 6.52 times higher than the actuated strain obtained by NR (2.5%) at 50.28 kV/mm. This work presents a method to optimize the structure of core–shell fillers by modulating the buffer layer, and provides a new idea for further preparation of dielectric elastomer materials with large actuated strain at low voltage. 相似文献

In this paper we develop models within a thermodynamic standpoint that are very similar in form to the classical Maxwell and Oldroyd-B models but differ from them in one important aspect, the manner in which they unload instantaneously from the deformed configuration. As long as the response is not instantaneous, the models that are derived cannot be differentiated from the Maxwell and Oldroyd-B models, respectively. The models can be viewed within the context of materials whose natural configuration evolves, the evolution being determined by the maximization of the rate of entropy production of the material. However, the underpinnings to develop the model are quite different from an earlier development by Rajagopal and Srinivasa [8] in that while the total response of the viscoelastic fluid satisfies the constraint of an incompressible material, the energy storage mechanism associated with the elastic response is allowed to be that for a compressible elastic solid and the dissipative mechanism associated with the viscous response allowed to be that for a compressible fluid, the total deformation however being isochoric. The analysis calls for a careful evaluation of firmly held customs in viscoelasticity wherein it is assumed that it is possible to subject a material to a purely instantaneous elastic response without any dissipation whatsoever. Finally, while the model developed by Rajagopal and Srinivasa [8] arises from the linearization of the non-linear elastic response that they chose and leads to a model wherein the instantaneous elastic response is isochoric, here we develop the model within the context of a different non-linear elastic response that need not be linearized but the instantaneous elastic response not necessarily being isochoric. 相似文献

Under small strains and rotations, we apply a phenomenological higher-order theory of distortion gradient plasticity to the torsion problem, here assumed as a paradigmatic benchmark of small-scale plasticity. Peculiar of the studied theory, proposed about ten years ago by Morton E. Gurtin, is the constitutive inclusion of the plastic spin, affecting both the free energy and the dissipation. In particular, the part of the free energy, called the defect energy, which accounts for Geometrically Necessary Dislocations, is a function of Nye's dislocation density tensor, dependent on the plastic distortion, including the plastic spin. For the specific torsion problem, we implement this distortion gradient plasticity theory into a Finite Element (FE) code characterised by implicit (Backward Euler) time integration, numerically robust and accurate for both viscoplastic and rate-independent material responses. We show that, contrariwise to other higher-order theories of strain gradient plasticity (neglecting the plastic spin), the distortion gradient plasticity can predict some strengthening even if a quadratic defect energy is chosen. On the basis of the results of many FE analyses, concerned with (i) cyclic loading, (ii) switch in the higher-order boundary conditions during monotonic plastic loading, (iii) the use of non-quadratic defect energies, and (iv) the prediction of experimental data, we mainly show that (a) including the plastic spin contribution in a gradient plasticity theory is highly recommendable to model small-scale plasticity, (b) less-than-quadratic defect energies may help in describing the experimental results, but they may lead to anomalous cyclic behaviour, and (c) dissipative (unrecoverable) higher-order finite stresses are responsible for an unexpected mechanical response under non-proportional loading. 相似文献
