Poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate was synthesized from poly(ethylene glycol) of molecular weight 600 with acryloyl chloride in a molar ratio of 1:2. Poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) was then blended with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) in various ratios, followed by curing with 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) and isophronediamine (IPDA) simultaneously. Viscosity changes before and during IPN formation were examined with a Brookfield viscometer. Formation of H-bonding and functional group changes were investigated with FTIR. Exothermic curing thermograms were recorded with dynamic DSC. Optically clear IPNs thus obtained were characterized with rheometric dynamic spectroscopy (RDS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to check possible compatibility of the two networks. Experimental results revealed that during IPN formation hydrogen bonds between PEGDA and DGEBA and interlock of networks had profound effect on viscosity change and pot-life. Complete compatibility of the IPNs was found as DGEBA content was higher than 50% by weight. The compatibility between PEGDA and DGEBA networks was evidenced from inner shift of a single damping peak in RDS. The chemical and physical compatibility of SrCeO3 is investigated with respect to LaMO3 (M=Mn, Fe, Co) and La2−xSrxNiO4 (x=0, 0.8), via the reaction of fine-grained powder compacts and solid-state diffusion couples. Compositions were chosen so as to give predictive insight into possible candidate materials for all-oxide electrochemical devices. Results show the primary reaction in these systems to be the dissolution of SrO from SrCeO3 into the LaMO3/La2−xSrxNiO4, and corresponding formation of La-doped CeO2. Reaction kinetics are observed to be relatively fast, with element profiles suggesting the diffusion of Sr2+ in ceria to be surprisingly rapid. It is demonstrated that perovskite starting materials represent poor candidates for use with SrCeO3, reacting completely to form Ruddlesden-Popper/K2NiF4 type oxides. Reaction with La2NiO4 is less pronounced, and formation of secondary phases suppressed for the composition La1.2Sr0.8NiO4. It is thus concluded that Ruddlesden-Popper type oxides represent good candidate materials for use with a SrCeO3-based electrolytes when doped with appropriate levels of Sr.  相似文献

以柠檬酸-硝酸盐自蔓延燃烧法合成了ABO3型钙钛矿结构的Pr0.6-xNdxSr0.4FeO3-δ(x=0.0~0.6)系列稀土复合氧化物粉体。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和激光共焦拉曼光谱(LRS)对产物的晶体结构进行了表征。分别采用热膨胀仪测定烧结陶瓷体的热膨胀系数(TEC);TG-DTA记录材料的热稳定性;XRD研究阴极材料与中温电解质Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9(SDC)及La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ(LSGM)的化学相容性;SEM观察阴极/电解质复合材料的断口形貌。结果表明,该系列样品在高、低温热循环过程中化学稳定、晶型稳定;在室温至1 100 ℃范围内的平均热膨胀系数为1.16 × 10-5 K-1,与SDC及LSGM的热膨胀系数十分接近。阴极/电解质混合粉体1 200 ℃煅烧10 h,XRD未检测到新物质;SEM显示复合层断面界面清晰,没有相互扩散现象。该体系有望成为以SDC或LSGM为电解质的中温固体氧化物燃料电池合适的阴极材料。  相似文献

测定了聚氯乙烯(PVC)-丁脯橡胶(NBR-29)-氯丁橡胶(CR)三元共混物的冲击性能和应力-应变行为,用动态力分析、扫描电和透射电镜研究了共混物的相容性和形态结构。结果表明,NBR-29对PVC,CR有良好的增容作用,三元共混物是部分相容的二相体系,具有良好的抗冲击性能。  相似文献

本文通过X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、表面接触角、表面ξ电位和血液相容性实验,研究了聚(醚-酯)多嵌段共聚物及其共混物的表面组成和性质与血液相容性的关系。实验结果表明,疏水性的PET-PTMO多嵌段共聚物的血液相容性很差,并且与表相中软段的富集量无关;当亲水性的PET-PEO多嵌段共聚物与疏水性的PET-PTMO多嵌段共聚物共混后,发现存在着一个最佳的共混比例,此时材料表面的血小板粘附量大大降低。对于共混物,表相△[C—O)/[C—O]和表面ξ电位可以较好地与血小板粘附量相关联。以上结果清楚地表明,材料表面的亲-疏水性平衡、软段深度层次分布及表面电位是影响血液相容性的重要因素。  相似文献

An alkalophilic hyperproducer of alkaline protease, Bacillus sp. NG312, was isolated, and the enzyme showed maximum activity at pH 11.0 and 60°C. The temperature optimum was increased by 10°C in presence of Ca2+. The crudeenzyme was found to have half-life of 11 d at 37°C and maximum stability at pH 9.0–10.0. It also exhibited very good stability in presence of detergent components and some locally available commericial detergent powders.  相似文献

Chemical compatibility of two drugs, namely, etamsylate and fluconazole was studied with lactose as excipient, employing differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The DSC patterns recorded for the mixtures of both the drugs with the common excipient (lactose) indicated that fluconazole as well as etamsylate were incompatible with lactose at high temperatures. X-ray diffraction patterns recorded for pure drugs and lactose and the mixtures of individual drugs with lactose prepared at room temperature by intimate grinding of the components revealed incompatibility of both the drugs with lactose also at room temperature.
