过氧化物模拟酶生物传感器—二茂铁衍生物为介体

本文用三种二茂铁衍生物－双羟基乙基二茂铁、单羟基乙基二茂铁和羧基二茂铁为介体，在过氧化物模拟酶－ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－磺基苯）卟啉锰存在下，检测过氧化氢，以双羟基，单羟基乙基二茂铁为介体时，获得了良好的结果。     

Covert Mannich Reaction via Carbon Transfer

1,3‐Dimethylbenzimidazolidine reacts with ketones, which can provide activating α hydrogens and primary or secondary amines under acidic conditions, to yield aminomethylation derivatives by a covert Mannich reaction.     

Vibrational spectra of a ferrocenyl phosphine derivative chemisorbed on 3-aminopropylsilyl modified silica gel

Samples of silica gel dried at different temperatures, silica gel modified with 3-aminopropylsilyl (APS) and silica gel modified with APS and further with a ferrocenyl phosphine derivative were investigated by DRIFT, transmission FTIR and MicroRaman spectroscopy. The reaction between 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS) and silica gel was mainly identified by the diminishing or vanishing intensity of the stretching band of the free OH groups in the silica gel. Further chemical reaction of the APS groups with a ferrocenyl phosphine derivative (suitable as ligand in homogeneous catalysis) was identified in the IR spectra by the appearance of the CN stretching band of the formed Schiff base, and diminishing intensity of the δ(NH₂) modes. According to the IR spectra the reaction of the ferrocenyl phosphine derivative with the APS-modified silica gel is almost quantitative. From the recorded IR and Raman spectra, conclusions concerning the substitution of APTMS methoxy groups during the chemisorption on silica gel were derived. Through deconvolution of the complex Raman band in the siloxy stretching region of the APS-modified silica gel, the newly formed siloxy bond was identified.     

纯水中检测汞离子与银离子的菲啰啉类荧光探针

合成了菲啰啉类化合物探针1,并通过核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)对其结构进行了表征。利用荧光发射光谱考察了探针1对Hg~(2+)及Ag~+的识别性能。结果表明,探针1在纯水介质中以荧光猝灭的方式识别Hg~(2+)和Ag~+,其结合比分别为1∶1和2∶1,检测的线性范围分别为9.0×10~(-7)～1.1×10~(-5)和8.0×10~(-7)～7.0×10~(-6) mol/L,相关系数(r~2)均大于0.99,检出限均低至10~(-8)mol/L。根据探针1识别前后荧光强度的剧烈变化,建立了裸眼检测Hg~(2+)和Ag~+的可视化分析方法。通过等温量热滴定与~1H NMR滴定考察了识别过程的热力学参数和作用机理。该研究对生物体及环境领域中Hg~(2+)和Ag~+的实时监测具有潜在的应用价值。     

Encapsulating property of ap-t-butylcalix[6]arene derivative: Formation of charge-transfer complexes of alkadienes with iodine in the presence of octopus-type calix[6]arene

This paper deals with the ability ofp-tert-butylcalix[6]arene derivative1, which has six 3,6,9-trioxadecyl substituents at the phenolic oxygens, to encapsulate CT complexes of alkadienes with iodine. By adding I₂ to alkadienes in CH₂Cl₂ in the presence of1, the absorbance at 363 nm, which was ascribed to I ₃ ^– ion, increased in the order: 1,5-hexadiene<1,9-decadiene 1,7-octadiene. The reactivity features of the CT complexes in the presence of1 are discussed.     

Synthesis and structure of anhydrodimers of salicylaldehydes

Anhydrodimers have been synthesized by reactions of salicylaldehyde and 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde with SOCl₂ or PCl₅. A mechanism of condensation has been proposed, and the molecular structure of dibenzo-2,6,9-trioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nona-3,7-diene has been determined by X-ray structural analysis.Deceased.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 应用扩展的重叠分辨率法优化液相色谱条件分离二茂铁类化合物

本文对优化液相色谱分离条件的重叠分辨率法进行了改进与扩展：首先利用全范围的二元线性梯度淋洗进行溶剂强度的优化，再通过重叠分辨率法进行了溶剂选择性的优化，并且建立了计算机系统，使此方法程序化。利用此方法建立了分离Ｎ－二茂铁甲酰基－Ｎ＇－芳基硫脲类衍生物的最佳流动相体系。

Spectrophotometric determination of zinc in copper-base alloys with TAN

TAN reacts with zinc(II) forming a red complex with composition 1:2 Zn(II)-TAN and absorption maximum at 582 nm. Zinc can be determined with this reagent in the presence of Triton X-100, in the pH range 6.20-8.00 with a molar absorptivity of 4.5×10⁴ l/mol/cm Beer's Law was obeyed up to least 1.55 g/ml. Copper interference was eliminated with a mixture of thiosulfate and ascorbic acid and nickel separated by precipitation with dimethylglyoxime. The proposed method was used for zinc determination in several copper-base alloys and the results of analysis in comparison with certified values indicated that the procedure was accurate and precise. A derivative procedure is also proposed, allowing zinc determination with high sensitivity (5-400 ng/ml).     

3-羟基丁酸的气相色谱分析

采用ＢＦ３－ＣＨ３ＯＨ酯化衍生法,以正辛酸作内标,建立了３－羟基丁酸、巴豆酸、３羟基丁醛、巴豆醛等混合体系中３－羟基丁酸的气相色谱分析方法,利用标准样对照并结合质谱分析确定了化学合成３－羟基丁酸反应混合物的组成。该法线性范围为０．４０～１６０．６７ｇ／Ｌ,相关系数为ｒ＝０．９９９５。方法快速、简单、重现性好,并用于化学合成３－羟基丁酸反应混合物的分析,结果令人满意。
