The present paper concentrates on structure and micro-mechanical properties of the helium-implanted layer on titanium treated by plasma-based ion implantation with a pulsed voltage of −30 kV and doses of 3, 6, 9 and 12 × 1017 ions/cm2, respectively. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy are employed to characterize the structure of the implanted layer. The hardnesses at different depths of the layer were measured by nano-indentation. We found that helium ion implantation into titanium leads to the formation of bubbles with a diameter from a few to more than 10 nm and the bubble size increases with the increase of dose. The primary existing form of Ti is amorphous in the implanted layer. Helium implantation also enhances the ingress of O, C and N and stimulates the formations of TiO2, Ti2O3, TiO, TiC and TiN in the near surface layer. And the amount of the ingressed oxygen is obviously higher than those of nitrogen and carbon due to its higher activity. At the near surface layer, the hardnesses of all implanted samples increases remarkably comparing with untreated one and the maximum hardness has an increase by a factor of up to 3.7. For the samples implanted with higher doses of 6, 9 and 12 × 1017 He/cm2, the local displacement bursts are clearly found in the load-displacement curves. For the samples implanted with a lower dose of 3 × 1017 He/cm2, there is no obvious displacement burst found. Furthermore, the burst width increases with the increase of the dose.  相似文献

Detection of tobacco smoke deposition by hyperpolarized krypton-83 MRI   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Despite the importance of the tobacco smoke particulate matter in the lungs to the etiology of pulmonary disease in cigarette smokers, little is currently known about the spatial distribution of particle deposition or the persistence of the resulting deposits in humans, and no satisfactory technique currently exists to directly observe tobacco smoke condensate in airways. In this proof-of-principle work, hyperpolarized (hp) 83Kr MRI and NMR spectroscopy are introduced as probes for tobacco smoke deposition in porous media. A reduction in the hp-83Kr longitudinal (T1) relaxation of up to 95% under near-ambient humidity, pressure and temperature conditions was observed when the krypton gas was brought into contact with surfaces that had been exposed to cigarette smoke. This smoke-induced acceleration of the 83Kr self-relaxation was observed for model glass surfaces that, in some experiments, were coated with bovine lung surfactant extract. However, a similar effect was not observed with hp-(129)Xe indicating that the 83Kr sensitivity to smoke deposition was not caused by paramagnetic species but rather by quadrupolar relaxation due to high adsorption affinity for the smoke deposits. The 83Kr T1 differences between smoke-treated and untreated surfaces were sufficient to produce a strong contrast in variable flip angle FLASH hp-83Kr MRI, suggesting that hp-83Kr may be a promising contrast agent for in vivo pulmonary MRI.  相似文献

Symmetry-adapted perturbation theory is extended to the (quasi) degenerate, open-shell case. The new formalism is tested in calculations of the interaction energies for a helium atom in the ground state interacting with an excited hydrogen atom. It is shown that the method gives satisfactory results if the coupling with higher Rydberg states of the dimer is small, as is the case for the A2Σ+,B2Π,E2Π,32Π, and 12Δ states of HeH. For the C2Σ+ state convergence of the method is very slow, but it can be improved by including the n=3 states in the model space. Experiments with helium in thin films and small pores show that the bulk properties are greatly modified. With 4He, the onset of superfluidity is depressed and the specific heat anomaly is rounded and also depressed to lower temperatures. With 3He new features are found such as surface magnetism and free path effects. Bulk superfluid 4He is shown to have a sharp transition to turbulence, and bulk 3He the characteristics of a Fermi fluid.  相似文献

根据这几年HCCB-DEMO包层技术的发展,对原氦冷固态氚增殖包层进行相应设计改进。利用三维有限元软件CFX对该改进设计进行了热工水力学计算及分析。分析模型包括:第一壁,增殖单元,筋板以及三者集成模型。结果表明:各子部件在单独分析的情况下,材料最高温度低于设计要求限值;冷却剂进出口温度为300/500°C,满足设计需求。同时对比分析了集成计算及单独计算的结果,得出第一壁与铍球床之间的相互热作用较大,铍球床材料最大温度会高于设计限值。针对经集成计算后发现的问题,未来将对氦冷固态包层的设计进行进一步的优化。  相似文献

The predissociation of the v=9 level in the b3Πg state by the c3g+ state of helium eximer(He2) was studied based on the newly observed (9, 3) band in the b3Πg-a3u+ system inthe region of 12065~12445 cm-1 employing optical heterodyne-concentration modulationabsorption spectroscopy. With the help of the previous potential energy curves and molecular constants of He2, the corresponding predissociation mechanism for the b3Πg (v=9) state was analyzed. An RKR potential energy curve of b3Πg and an ab initio potential curve of c3g+ were used to calculate the predissociation linewidths that show basic agreement withobservations, which can quantitatively explain the experiments.  相似文献

通过建立检漏结果不确定度的评定模型,应用蒙特卡罗方法对检漏数据进行随机模拟,获得了各输入量的随机样本,计算了检漏结果的不确定度,并与传统评定方法得到的不确定度进行了比较和分析。研究表明,两种方法计算得到的不确定度一致,说明蒙特卡罗方法可以作为评定氦质谱检漏结果不确定度的有效方法,且蒙特卡罗评定方法计算效率更高,应用范围更广。  相似文献

通过数值求解含时薛定谔方程,研究了氦原子具有对称空间波函数的1s2s 1S态和具有反对称空间波函数的1s2s 3S态分别作为初态的双光子双电离过程. 结果表明,对于初态为单重态1s2s 1S的双光子双电离过程,两个电离电子的能量分布随激光脉冲持续时间的增加呈现由单峰到双峰的变化,这里的单峰和双峰分别意味着两个电离电子主要携带相等和不等的能量;然而对于初态为三重态1s2s 3S的双光子双电离过程,两个电离电子的能量分布随激光脉冲持续时间的增加总是保持双峰结构. 这些结果表明当原子的初态处于反对称空间波函数时,两电子的空间密度分布具有较少的重叠,从而导致电子在超短激光脉冲中电离时电子关联能无法平均分配.  相似文献
