An improved and eco‐friendly procedure has been developed to generate mesoporous silica‐supported palladium nanoparticles (SiO2@PdNP) that could be used as a sustainable heterogeneous Pd catalyst for phosphine‐free Suzuki–Miyaura and Heck coupling reactions with excellent turnover number and turnover frequency. The presence of Pd on the silica surface was detected by X‐ray diffraction and the structural morphology of SiO2@PdNP was obtained by transmission electron microscopy. The heterogeneous catalytic system is recyclable and leaching of the metal after the reaction is not apparently observed. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We describe herein a highly regio‐ and enantioselective Pd‐catalyzed Heck arylation of unactivated trisubstituted acyclic olefins to provide all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers. Chiral N,N ligands of the pyrimidine‐ and pyrazino‐oxazoline class were developed for that purpose, providing the desired products in good to high yields with enantiomeric ratios up to >99:1. Both linear and branched substituents on the olefins were well‐tolerated. The potential of this new method is demonstrated by the straightforward synthesis of several O‐methyl lactols and lactones containing quaternary stereocenters, together with a concise enantioselective total synthesis of the calcium channel blocker verapamil.  相似文献

A polyaniline‐anchored palladium catalyst was prepared and screened for coupling reactions of aryl halides. The robust and recyclable catalyst was effective in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of aryl bromides and aryl iodides. The catalyst system was further employed for one‐pot Wittig–Heck and Wittig–Suzuki combinations to build conjugated compounds in good conversions. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The two terminal pyridyl nitrogen atoms of 2,7‐bis(4‐pyridyl)fluorene ( 1 ) were coordinated to Pd(II) ions to give self‐assembled, multilayer films using the layer‐by‐layer (LbL) method. The films were prepared by alternately dipping the substrate, pre‐coated with a polyethyleneimine layer, in aqueous solutions of PdCl2 and ethanol solutions of 1 . The resulting films were characterized using UV–visible absorption spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy (AFM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP‐AES). UV–visible spectra and SEM images show almost uniform growth of the film in a near ideal LbL manner. AFM images show that nanostructured aggregates of Pd(II) complexes form on the surface. With an increase in the number of Pd(II)/ 1 bilayers, more particulate aggregates are distributed on the surface. When released from the substrate, the Pd(II) complex nanostructure shows high catalytic activity for Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions. The catalyst loading is as low as 9.1 × 10?3 mol% Pd, as measured using ICP‐AES, and high turnover numbers of up to 1.08 × 104 are obtained. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

3-吡咯啉化合物不仅是重要的有机合成中间体, 而且其骨架结构广泛存在于具有生物活性的化合物中. 利用五元环三级烯酰胺的串联Heck反应, 实现了反式2,5-双取代-3-吡咯啉化合物简便、快捷的合成. 该方法首次将环状烯酰胺的α-芳基化反应和双键异构化进行了有效的结合, 为2,5-双取代-3-吡咯啉化合物的合成提供了一种全新的合成方法. 得到的3-吡咯啉产物可分别经氧化反应和还原反应方便地转化成吡咯或吡咯烷化合物.  相似文献

Mizoroki‐Heck coupling polymerization of 1,4‐bis[(2‐ethylhexyl)oxy]‐2‐iodo‐5‐vinylbenzene ( 1 ) and its bromo counterpart 2 with a Pd initiator for the synthesis of poly(phenylenevinylene) (PPV) was investigated to see whether the polymerization proceeds in a chain‐growth polymerization manner. The polymerization of 1 with tBu3PPd(Tolyl)Br ( 10 ) proceeded even at room temperature when 5.5 equiv of Cy2NMe (Cy = cyclohexyl) was used as a base, but the molecular weight distribution of PPV was broad. The polymerization of 2 hardly proceeded at room temperature under the same conditions. In the polymerization of 1 , PPV with H at one end and I at the other was formed until the middle stage, and the polymer end groups were converted into tolyl and H in the final stage. The number‐average molecular weight (Mn) did not increase until about 90% monomer conversion and then sharply increased after that, indicating conventional step‐growth polymerization. The occurrence of step‐growth polymerization, not catalyst‐transfer chain‐growth polymerization, may be interpreted in terms of low coordination ability of H‐Pd(II)‐X(tBu3P) (X = Br or I), formed in the catalytic cycle of the Mizoroki‐Heck coupling reaction, to π‐electrons of the PPV backbone; reductive elimination of H‐X from this Pd species with base would take place after diffusion into the reaction mixture. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Luminescent stilbenoid chromophores with diethoxysilane end groups are prepared via Heck reactions. Diethoxysilane-substituted styrenes are used as vinylic components, thus allowing the combined connection of the chromophore to the silane moiety with an extension of the π-system. Monodisperse oligo(phenylenevinylene)s of different conjugation lengths and bromine or iodine as reactive sites are used as coupling partners. Electrical and optical properties are tuned via the length of the conjugated system, electron withdrawing cyanide and electron donating alkoxy side chains, the latter guarantee high solubility of the final compounds.Dedicated to Prof. Dr. H. Oxidation of N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(diphenylphosphino)ethylendiamine (1) with elemental sulfur and selenium gives the corresponding sulfide and selenide, respectively, [(Ph2P(E))2NCH2CH2N(P(E)Ph2)2] (E: S 1a, Se 1b). Complexes of 1 [(M2Cl4){(Ph2P)2NCH2CH2N(PPh2)2}] (M: Ni(II) 1c, Pd(II) 1d, Pt(II) 1e) were prepared by the reaction of 1 with NiCl2 or [MCl2(COD)] (M = Pd, Pt). The new compounds were characterized by NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The catalytic activity of Pd(II) complex 1d was tested in the Suzuki coupling reaction and Heck reaction. The palladium complex 1d catalyses the Heck reaction between styrene and aryl bromides as well as Suzuki coupling reaction between phenylboronic acid and arylbromides affording stilbenes and biphenyls in high yield, respectively.  相似文献

We have demonstrated that 4,4′‐dimethyl 2,2′‐bipyridine as ligand for Pd(II) catalysts was very efficient for oxidative Heck‐type coupling reaction of arylboronic acids with olefins in DMA or CH3CN under atm air at 80 °C. The presence of chelated bipyridine ligand isindispensable to achieve high reaction yields and to suppress the formation of biphenyl as homocoupled byproduct.  相似文献
