The conversion of 23-nor-5,20(22)E-choladienic acid-3β-ol and other intermediates of the putative norcholanic acid pathway of cardenolide biosynthesis by recombinant 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase from Digitalis lanata in dehydrogenation and reduction reactions was investigated. 23-nor-4,20(22)E-choladienic acid-3-one was found to be a substrate of recombinant progesterone 5β-reductases from D. lanata and Arabidopsis thaliana. The role of various substrates in cardenolide biosynthesis is discussed.  相似文献

Silica-bonded S-sulfonic acid (SBSSA) is employed as a recyclable catalyst for the condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone. This condensation reaction was performed in ethanol under refluxing conditions giving 4,4′-alkylmethylene-bis(3-methyl-5-pyrazolones) in 75-90% yields.  相似文献

Eight new photochromic dihydro 5-azaindolizines (DHAIs) linked with 2,5-diaryl-1,3,4-oxadiazole (OXD) derivatives containing terminal ethynes and butadiyne substituents on the fluorene part of the DHAI skeleton are synthesized via palladium-mediated coupling reaction pathways. Irradiation of the DHAI-OXD derivatives with polychromatic light affords red- and green-colored betaines.  相似文献

A calix[5]arene-based solvent extraction reagent displaying very high selectivity for lead has been prepared, one molecule of which extracts two lead ions in a stepwise manner. The first Pb2+ ion is bound to five phenoxy oxygen atoms inside the calixarene cavity due to which the ligand undergoes conformational freezing in stable cone conformer. This causes positive allosteric effect for co-extraction of the second lead ion due to the aggregation of functional groups.  相似文献

Host lattice Ba3Si5O13−δNδ oxonitridosilicates have been synthesized by the traditional solid state reaction method. The lattice structure is based on layers of vertex-linked SiO4 tetrahedrons and Ba2+ ions, where each Ba2+ ion is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms forming distorted square antiprisms. Under an excitation wavelength of 365 nm, Ba3Si5O13−δNδ:Eu2+ and Ba3Si5O13−δNδ:Eu2+,Ce3+ show broad emission bands from about 400-620 nm, with maxima at about 480 nm and half-peak width of around 130 nm. The emission intensity is strongly enhanced by co-doping Ce3+ ions into the Ba3Si5O13−δNδ:Eu2+ phosphor, which could be explained by energy transfer. The excitation band from the near UV to the blue light region confirms the possibility that Ba3Si5O13−δNδ:Eu2+, Ce3+ could be used as a phosphor for white LEDs.  相似文献

A new compound, CuZrTiO5, was synthesized as strongly pleochroic green crystals from the oxides between 995 and 1010 °C, 1 atm. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal XRD, resulting in R (F2>2σ(F2))=0.032 and wR (all data)=0.079). CuZrTiO5 is orthorhombic, space group P212121, a=3.5871(3) Å, b=6.6968(4) Å, c=14.6679(9) Å, V=352.35(4) Å3, Z=4. The structure is topologically similar to In2TiO5 but differs in space group and cation coordination. CuZrTiO5 has relatively regular TiO6 polyhedra, but coordination is 7+1 for Zr, and 4+2 for Cu due to the Jahn-Teller effect. Ordering of the long Cu-O bonds causes reduction in symmetry relative to In2TiO5. Layers of Cu alternate with Ti+Zr on (001), giving rise to a distinct cleavage. Bond valence sums on Ti and Zr are far from ideal, which appears due to the limited ability of this structural topology to avoid close next-nearest neighbour distances.  相似文献

Serum is a typical sample for non-invasive studies in clinical research. Its proteome characterization is challenging, since requires extensive protein depletion. Methods used nowadays for removal of high-abundance proteins are expensive or show quite often a low loading capacity, which has strong repercussions on the number of samples and replicates per analysis.In order to deplete immunoglobulins (Igs) and albumin (HSA) from 1 mL serum samples, we have developed a protocol based on a combination of thiophilic chromatography, not previously used in clinical proteomics, and a HSA-specific resin. Ig/HSA-depleted samples, immunoglobulinome and albuminone were analyzed by 2-DE. Thiophilic chromatography, coupled with HSA-depletion, allows a good 2-DE resolution as well as the visualization of new spots. Moreover, it yields enough protein to evaluate technical variability and facilitate subsequent protein identification. To validate the protocol, we carried out a preliminary comparative study between triplicate Igs/HSA-depleted serum samples from healthy control individuals and recently diagnosed/untreated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. RA patients showed several acute phase proteins, as well as additional serum proteins, differentially and significantly regulated.Therefore, thiophilic chromatography can be used as an efficient and economical method in 2-DE to deplete immunoglobulins from large human serum samples before a more extensive fractioning.  相似文献

Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Undeclared vardenafil and related analogues adulterated in herbal products are a threat to public health. To screen vardenafil and its analogues in herbal matrix rapidly, an immunoassay based on a group specific monoclonal antibody (McAb) was developed.Glutaraldehyde was used to link vardenafil to immunogen and coating-antigen, respectively. Through the assessment of the structural specificity of eight anti-vardenafil McAbs, the McAb of 4B9 was characterized as being specific to the common structure of vardenafil and its analogues. An indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) was established based on this McAb, the limit of detection of vardenafil was 5.0 ng mL−1, the calibration curve was linear from 5.0 to 40 ng mL−1 (R2 = 0.952) with an IC50 value of 18.2 ng mL−1. In the extracts of 20 Chinese traditional drugs, the detection capability (CCβ) of vardenafil was 0.08 mg g−1, the recoveries were 76-116% and the coefficients of variation (CV%) were 9.7%-16.2%. The ic-ELISA was in good agreement with LC-UV when detected herbal products containing vardenafil and its analogue.The method is a suitable tool for screening vardenafil and its analogues as illegal additives in herbal products.  相似文献

AgIn5S8 powders were successfully synthesized by a microwave hydrothermal method for the first time. This method is a mild and highly efficient route involves no templates, catalysts, or surfactants. Therefore, it is very promising for the low-cost and large-scale industrial production. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The photocatalytic activity of AgIn5S8 nanoparticles was investigated through the degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation. Compared with TiO2−xNx, AgIn5S8 has exhibited a superior activity under the same condition. A liquid chromatogram-mass spectrometer was used to separate and identify the dye and degradation products generated during the reaction. According to the experiment results, a possible mechanism for the degradation of organic pollutant over AgIn5S8 was proposed.  相似文献

The new nonlinear optical crystal Rb3V5O14 has been synthesized by solid state reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal Rb3V5O14 crystallizes in the trigonal system with space P31m (No. 157), a=b=8.7134(12) Å, c=5.2807(11) Å and α=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, Z=1, ρ=3.516 g/cm3. It is a layered structure that is very flat and strongly parallel to c. The V5O14 layer structure consists of corner-linked square and triangular pyramids. The layers are separated by Rb+ ions, which fit equally well on the V5O14 layer. The Kurtz powder SHG measurement, using 1064 nm radiation, showed that the second-harmonic generation efficiency of Rb3V5O14 is about two times that of KDP.  相似文献
