Detection of processed genetically modified food using CIM monolithic columns for DNA isolation

The availability of sufficient quantities of DNA of adequate quality is crucial in polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based methods for genetically modified food detection. In this work, the suitability of anion-exchange CIM (Convective Interaction Media; BIA Separations, Ljubljana, Slovenia) monolithic columns for isolation of DNA from food was studied. Maize and its derivates corn meal and thermally pretreated corn meal were chosen as model food. Two commercially available CIM disk columns were tested: DEAE (diethylaminoethyl) and QA (quaternary amine). Preliminary separations were performed with standard solution of salmon DNA at different pH values and different NaCl concentrations in mobile phase. DEAE groups and pH 8 were chosen for further isolations of DNA from a complex matrix-food extract. The quality and quantity of isolated DNA were tested on agarose gel electrophoresis, with UV-scanning spectrophotometry, and by amplification with real-time PCR. DNA isolated in this way was of suitable quality for further PCR analyses. The described method is also applicable for DNA isolation from processed foods with decreased DNA content. Furthermore, it is more effective and less time-consuming in comparison with the existing proposed methods for isolation of DNA from plant-derived foods.     

Highly regio- and stereocontrolled SN2′ reactions of gem-difluorinated vinyloxiranes with monoalkylcopper reagents

Reaction of gem-difluorinated vinyloxiranes with RCu(X)Li allowed us to introduce the R group regioselectively at the fluorine-attached terminal carbon atom in an S_N2′ manner to afford (E)-allylic alcohols exclusively, while homoallylic alcohols with anti stereochemical relationship were found to be obtained selectively from higher-ordered cuprates derived from CuCl and RMgBr in a ratio of 1:3.     

氧氟沙星荷移络合物的荧光特性和应用

研究了电子受体氯冉酸(CL)和2,3 二氰5,6 二氯1,4 对苯醌(DDQ)与电子给体氧氟沙星之间的荷移反应。实验发现,氧氟沙星与以上两种电子受体在氯仿中可生成稳定的n π络合物,其荧光强度较之氧氟沙星分别增强了22和54倍。据此建立了两种基于荷移反应简便可靠地测定氧氟沙星的荧光光谱新方法。CL法和DDQ法测定氧氟沙星的质量浓度分别为0 06～2.4μg/mL和0 16～2.0μg/mL时,荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系。该方法已用于药物制剂中氧氟沙星的测定,其回收率分别为98.4%～100.9%和98.5%～100.4%。     

微波辐射促进ZnCl_2与Y分子筛固相反应的研究

采用XRD、IR和原子吸收光谱等手段对微波固相法制备的ZnCl2／Y催化剂进行了表征·微波辐射促进了ZnCl2在分子筛表面分散和固态离子交换，分散的ZnCl2可与分子筛表面氧原子发生较强的配住键合作用．当ZnCl2的负载量达到37．5％时，ZnCl2仍可完全分散于NaY分子筛表面，此时的固态离子交换度为84％．随着分子筛表面酸菌和区强度的增加，ZnCl2与分子筛的固态离子交换量减少．     

1-(2-苯并噻唑)-3-(4-偶氮苯基)-三氮烯与汞的显色反应研究及应用

研究了新试剂１－（２－苯并噻唑）－３－（４－偶氮苯基）－三氮烯（ＢＴＰＡＰＴ）与汞的显色反应．在Ｔｗｅｎ－８０存在下，ｐＨ为１１．２０时，Ｈｇ（Ⅱ）与试剂生成红色的１∶１型配合物，最大吸收峰位于５１０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．１０×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，线性范围０－１４μｇ／２５ｍＬ．建立了可用于饮用水、生活用水和工业废水汞含量测定的方法．     

芳基汞化合物的性质研究——Ⅶ.邻位取代苯基氯化汞的质子分解反应

本文研究了邻位取代苯基氯化汞o-XC_6H_4HgCl(X=CH_3、H、Cl、Br、COOC_2H_5、NO_2)与HCl(NaI)在85％对氧陆圜水溶液中的质子分解反应,证明反应按S_El历程进行。视取代基不同,反应速度次序如下:CH_3>H>Cl>COOC_2H_5～Br>NO_2。从化学反应与紫外光谱的研究以及理论计算结果表明,p或π电子的邻位取代基对水原子有分子内配位,它对反应速度有重要影响。测定了15种p-、m-、o-取代苯基氯化汞在80％对氧陆圜水溶液中在40.0℃的质子分解反应的速度常数k_1,表明给电性取代基加速反应,吸电性取代基使反应减慢,这可以看作是反应中心在芳环上的芳基汞化合物的S_E1反应所具有的一个特点。

Synthesis and Structure of Ag_3PSe_4

The title compound Ag3PSe4 was synthesized by the reaction of Ag powder,P2Se5 and Se in a molar ratio of 1:1:1 at 500℃ and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pmn21 with cell parameters:a=7.689(4),b=6.660(3),c=6.379(4)A,V=326.7(3)A^3,Z=2,Dc=6.816g/cm^3,Mr=670.42,F(000)=584,μ=31.302mm^-1,R=0.0606,wR=0.1289 and S=1.012,The 3-D structure can be regarded as constructed from the stacking of puckered Ag-P-Se honeycomb-like sheets along the c direction,in which the Ag,P and Se atoms are bonded to each other to form a chair-like six-membered ring,and the rings then build the sheets by sharing edges.     

硫代钼酸盐和硫代钨酸盐的合成性质和取代反应的研究

本文提出了在水或水/醇溶液中[NH_4]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](M=Mo、W,n=0-2)进行取代反应的方法。用该方法合成出[X]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](X=(n-Bu)_4N、Ph_4P、py—C_(16)H_(33)共18个化合物,其中11个为新化合物,并采用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱和X-粉末衍射等方法对这些化合物进行了表征。
