Needle–cylinder electrodes designed to generate ionic wind have been explored experimentally. The increase of the gap distance between needle and cylinder from 4 mm to 16 mm cause an increase of the ionic wind velocity from 1.1 m/s to 2.46 m/s. The opposite behavior was observed when this distance lengthened from 18 to 28 mm. At the same time, a step voltage was used to increase the ionic wind velocity up to 3.6 m/s. These results indicate that electrode arrangement is very important to maximize the ionic wind velocity.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to obtain time-resolved images of the electrical breakdown of a planar microelectrode gap along the surface of a glass substrate in atmospheric air. The obtained images revealed details of the events leading to the breakdown. First, a point light emission appeared at the cathode, indicating breakdown initiated by the field emission of electrons from the cathode under extremely high electric fields. Then, a flare-like broad light emission was generated at the anode. Finally, breakdown occurred over the entire gap by the expansion and merger of the two emissions.  相似文献

基于CST 微波工程软件对四杆型RFQ 的模拟运算,分析了在不同情况下不同的RFQ 结构参数σ/R与电极最大表面电场Emax 之间的关系,发现对应于不同RFQ 孔径下的最小的Emax,其结构参数σ/R 的值是不同的。同时发现改变σ/R,RFQ极间电场线性度始终保持在99.5% 以上,但σ/R 变大会微幅提升极间电场线性度。Based on the simulation on 4-rods RFQ by the CST MWS software, we analyzed the relationship between the RFQ’s structure parameter σ/R and the maximum electrode field Emax, and found that as the aperture R varies,the value of σ/R corresponding to the minimum Emax does not necessarily keep constant. We also found that the RFQ interelectrode field linearity maintains over 99.5% as σ/R veries, although it slightly increases as σ/R increases.  相似文献

All amorphous silicon-nitride planar optical microcavities operating in the visible range have been grown by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The luminescence intensity of the N-rich silicon-nitride layer from a microcavity with 6 period distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs) is two order of magnitude higher than that of the luminescent layer without the cavity. Moreover, a strong directionality of the microcavities emission can be observed. Such results can be ascribed to the anisotropic optical density of states induced in the Fabry–Perot structure. The quality factors of the resonators are strictly correlated to the number of periods of the DBRs.  相似文献

压电喷墨打印是制备印刷电子器件的主要手段之一,其墨滴喷射状态直接受压电波形的影响,因而压电波形对于器件打印具有重要意义。本文主要研究了压电波形对薄膜晶体管(TFT)电极打印效果的影响,实验通过改变压电波形的加压速率和脉冲持续时间,打印得到了一系列的电极样品,并对其图形效果及表面粗糙度进行了测量。实验表明,随着加压速率和脉冲持续时间的增大,墨滴喷出动能增大,最终打印的图形效果先改善后恶化,表面粗糙度则随之增大。在加压速率取值为0.08~1.65 V/μs、脉冲持续时间取值为1.216~2.688μs的区间内得到了失真程度较小的电极图形,在加压速率及脉冲持续时间分别为0.25 V/μs、2.688μs及0.65 V/μs、1.600μs时,电极图形化效果较好,表面粗糙度分别为59.04 nm和59.27 nm。通过对压电波形参数的合理设置,能够实现对打印图形效果的优化。  相似文献

Due to the discovery of Au as a catalyst for low temperature CO oxidation, the adsorption of CO on Au surfaces has attracted a lot of attention recently. On stepped and rough single crystal surfaces as well as on deposited particles two characteristic desorption states above 100 K have been observed via TPD. We have studied Au deposits on graphite in order to elucidate the nature of these desorption peaks in more detail. For this purpose, Au was deposited at 100 K and 300 K on HOPG as a weakly interacting support. In analogy to other supports, we obtain two desorption states (∼140 K and ∼170 K) whose relative intensities depend strongly on the deposition temperature with the high temperature peak being much more pronounced for the 100 K deposits. After annealing to 600 K, both states drastically lose intensity. XP spectra, on the other hand, show virtually no decrease of the Au 4f intensity as would be expected for desorption or significant changes of the particle morphologies. We conclude that both desorption peaks are defect-related and connected with under-coordinated Au atoms that are lost for the most part upon annealing. These sites could be located at the perimeter of dendritic islands or on small, defect-rich particles in addition to larger particles not adsorbing CO at 100 K. Preliminary STM results are in favour of the second interpretation.  相似文献

Photoelectron spectroscopy, low-energy electron diffraction, and scanning probe microscopy were used to investigate the electronic and structural properties of graphite layers grown by solid state graphitization of SiC(0 0 0 1) surfaces. The process leads to well-ordered graphite layers which are rotated against the substrate lattice by 30°. On on-axis 6H-SiC(0 0 0 1) substrates we observe graphitic layers with up to several 100 nm wide terraces. ARUPS spectra of the graphite layers grown on on-axis 6H-SiC(0 0 0 1) surfaces are indicative of a well-developed band structure. For the graphite/n-type 6H-SiC(0 0 0 1) layer system we observe a Schottky barrier height of ?B,n = 0.3 ± 0.1 eV. ARUPS spectra of graphite layers grown on 8° off-axis oriented 4H-SiC(0 0 0 1) show unique replicas which are explained by a carpet-like growth mode combined with a step bunching of the substrate.  相似文献

A modified potentiostatic method, termed the ‘pulse pontentiostatic method’ (PPSM) was used to get nano fibrillar poly(diphenylamine) (PDPA) film on Indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass electrode and also for making modified electrode with platinum particles dispersed in PDPA. Platinum clusters were electrodispersed under constant potential on PDPA films to obtain catalytic electrodes for methanol oxidation. Energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDAX) results showed that the Pt microparticles are deposited into PDPA film. Scanning electron micrograph, SEM images show that the deposition results spherical catalytic particles. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results inform that the net electronic charge on carbon atom and also the imine/amine ratio was not affected by Pt loadings. The modification of electrode surface by nano fibular PDPA improves the electrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation.  相似文献
