采用一种新的种子层材料:(Ni081Fe019)1-xCrx,通过改变种子层中Cr原子的含量,使得在其上生长的NiFeFeMn双层膜的织构和晶粒尺寸产生极大的差异,系统研究了NiFeFeMn双层膜中FeMn晶粒尺寸和织构对交换偏置的影响.实验结果表明,在FeMn的γ相(111)织构较好的前提下,交换偏置场的大小与织构的差异没有关系;FeMn的晶粒尺寸对交换偏置场有很大影响,较小的反铁磁层晶粒对交换偏置场有利,过大的反铁磁层晶粒不利于交换偏置场.将(Ni081Fe019)05Cr05与传统的种子层材料Ta进 关键词: 交换偏置 晶粒尺寸 织构 种子层  相似文献

花生种子品质的可见-近红外光谱分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用600~1 100 nm波段研究花生品种的可见-近红外反射光谱,对选取的三种具有代表性的花生种子进行实验。使用近红外光纤光谱仪采集光谱数据,对原始光谱进行小波分析以提取光谱特征,再用主成分分析方法进行聚类分析,最后把每一个样品的前4个主成分得分作为识别模型的输入,品种类别作为模型的输出,以马氏距离作为判别函数,建立了线性判别分析模型。对于每个品种的50个样品,随机挑选30个样本作为训练集,剩余的20个样本作为预测集。该识别模型对3个花生品种的平均正确识别率为95%。表明该方法能有效的识别花生种子,得到较好的分类效果,为花生种子品质的区分和鉴别提供了一种新方法。  相似文献

Using the flicker-noise method (FNM), we investigated the oscillations of clusters in aqueous solutions of NaCl in the range of concentrations from 0.1 to 26.0 mass %. It has been established that in the solutions oscillators whose masses are similar to the masses of the models of aggregates of solvate clusters of ion pairs (SCIP) of salt with a different water content are present. In diluted solutions (<10%), the elementary SCIP has the form NaCl· 40H2O. For the entire range of concentrations the SCIPs are given by structures based on the cubic system of the sodium chloride system. The base structure for them is a cube formed from 12 SCIPs of salt. The largest cluster revealed by the FNM method for all investigated concentrations of salt had a mass of ≈1.5 million D. The presence of NaCl in water leads to a collapse of its cluster structure, except for the smallest clusters (H2O)10…11, whose concentration increases with temperature or solution concentration. The distribution of SCIPs changes dramatically at a temperature above 300 K. The type compositions of triglycerides (TAG) from seed oils of various plants were presented. The possibility of using a statistical model to estimate the ratio of TAG types formed by oleic, linoleic, and -linolenic acids was discussed. The greatest deviations from the statistical model were observed in oils for which the TAG contained -linolenic, -eleostearic, and ranunculeic acids.  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy has being emphasised as a widespread technique in the quick assess of food components. In this work, procyanidins were extracted with methanol and acetone/water from the seeds of white and red grape varieties. A fractionation by graded methanol/chloroform precipitations allowed to obtain 26 samples that were characterised using thiolysis as pre-treatment followed by HPLC-UV and MS detection. The average degree of polymerisation (DPn) of the procyanidins in the samples ranged from 2 to 11 flavan-3-ol residues. FTIR spectroscopy within the wavenumbers region of 1800-700 cm−1 allowed to build a partial least squares (PLS1) regression model with 8 latent variables (LVs) for the estimation of the DPn, giving a RMSECV of 11.7%, with a R2 of 0.91 and a RMSEP of 2.58. The application of orthogonal projection to latent structures (O-PLS1) clarifies the interpretation of the regression model vectors. Moreover, the O-PLS procedure has removed 88% of non-correlated variations with the DPn, allowing to relate the increase of the absorbance peaks at 1203 and 1099 cm−1 with the increase of the DPn due to the higher proportion of substitutions in the aromatic ring of the polymerised procyanidin molecules.  相似文献

用气相色谱(GC)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对卡玛古籽油中的脂肪酸成份进行了定性与定量分析,共鉴定出七种脂肪酸.其各种脂肪酸的含量分别为:棕榈酸(C16)2.50%、亚油酸(C18:2)16.65%、油酸(Z)(C18:1)12.38%,油酸(E)(C18 : 1)10.03%、16-甲基-十七烷酸(C18:0)8.08%、二十碳烯-11-酸(C201)0.84%、花生酸(C20:0)48.43%.  相似文献

In this study, microcapsules were prepared by spray drying and embedding hemp seed oil (HSO) with soy protein isolate (SPI) and maltodextrin (MD) as wall materials. The effect of ultrasonic power on the microstructure and characteristics of the composite emulsion and microcapsules was studied. Studies have shown that ultrasonic power has a significant impact on the stability of composite emulsions. The particle size of the composite emulsion after 450 W ultrasonic treatment was significantly lower than the particle size of the emulsion without the ultrasonic treatment. Through fluorescence microscopy observation, HSO was found to be successfully embedded in the wall materials to form an oil/water (O/W) composite emulsion. The spray-dried microcapsules showed a smooth spherical structure through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the particle size was 10.7 μm at 450 W. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy analysis found that ultrasonic treatment would increase the degree of covalent bonding of the SPI-MD complex to a certain extent, thereby improving the stability and embedding effect of the microcapsules. Finally, oxidation kinetics models of HSO and HSO microcapsules were constructed and verified. The zero-order model of HSO microcapsules was found to have a higher degree of fit; after verification, the model can better reflect the quality changes of HSO microcapsules during storage.  相似文献

Pumpkin seed oil (PSO), which is a valuable compound with high nutritional value used for the prevention of various chronic diseases, is prone to oxidation. In this work, small and uniform (su) ovalbumin (OVA) and pectin (PEC) were used to stabilize PSO in the form of an emulsion. The results showed that suOVA-PEC-PSO emulsion with a droplet size of 9.82 ± 0.05 μm was successfully self-assembled from PSO, PEC, and suOVA solution (with a droplet size of 230.13 ± 14.10 nm) treated with 300 W ultrasound, owing to the formation of a more stable interfacial film on the surface of droplets. The interfacial, rheological, emulsifying, and antioxidant properties of the suOVA-PES-PSO emulsions were excellent, owing to the synergistic effects between PEC and suOVA solution. Moreover, the physical stability of the suOVA-PEC-PSO emulsions to salt stress, a freeze-thaw cycle, and heat treatment was also increased and the oxidation of linolenic acid was notably delayed. These results have extended the food-related applications of OVA and PSO, and provide a promising foundation for further exploration of the self-assembly of composite emulsions by small and uniform proteins.  相似文献

对莲子蛋白质进行了Osborne蛋白质分类。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白进行二级结构分析。应用去卷积和曲线拟合方法对四种蛋白组分的酰胺Ⅰ和Ⅲ带进行分析,清蛋白和球蛋白之间以及醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白之间各相应子峰峰位和二级结构峰面积百分比差异较小,但前两者各相应子峰峰位与后两者略有差异;而前两者各相应二级结构峰面积百分比与后两者有较大差异,特别是前两者的各相应有序结构(α-螺旋+β-折叠)峰面积的百分比明显大于后两者。用0.1 mol.L-1NaCl溶液提取的球蛋白和清蛋白有序结构含量均在55%左右,而醇或碱提的醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白的有序结构含量仅为40%左右,盐提的蛋白质二级结构有序性和稳定性更高。  相似文献
