玉米种子的形态特征是玉米品种识别的重要因素之一.采用高光谱成像系统获取9个品种共432粒玉米种子的高光谱反射图像,对图像进行校正和预处理,提取每个样本在563.6~911.4 nm共55个波段范围内的形状特征.分别利用单波段、多波段和全波段下的玉米种子形状特征结合偏最小二乘判别法进行模型分类.结果显示,全波段范围内训练集和测试集的平均正确识别率达到98.31%和93.98%,均优于多波段和单波段的正确识别率.研究表明,该方法能充分利用高光谱图像中可见光和近红外区域的有效特征信息,较准确地鉴别玉米品种,为玉米品种的自动识别领域提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

The unison of vegetable oil‐based hyperbranched polymers with nanotechnology can unhook myriad of avant‐garde applications of such materials. Thus Mesua ferrea L. seed oil‐based hyperbranched polyurethane (HBPU)/clay nanocomposites and their performance, with special reference to adhesive strength, are reported for the first time. The nanocomposites of the hyperbranched polyurethane with organically modified nanoclay were obtained by ex situ solution technique and cured by bisphenol‐A‐based epoxy with poly(amido amine) hardener system. The partially exfoliated and well‐distributed structure of nanoclay was confirmed by XRD, SEM, and TEM studies. FTIR spectra indicate the presence of H‐bonding between nanoclay and the polymer matrix. Two times improvement in the adhesive strength and scratch hardness, 10 MPa increments in the tensile strength and 112°C more thermo‐stability have been observed without much affecting the impact resistance, bending, and elongation at break of the nanocomposites compared to the pristine epoxy modified HBPU system. The application of electrospun nanofibers in electronic devices is limited due to their poor adhesion to conductive substrates. To improve this, a seed layer (SD) is introduced on the FTO substrate before the deposition of the electrospun composite nanofibers. This facilitates the release of interfacial tensile stress during calcination and enhances the interfacial adhesion of the AZO nanofiber films with the FTO substrate. Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) based on these AZO nanofiber photoelectrodes have been fabricated and investigated. An energy conversion efficiency (η) of 0.54-0.55% has been obtained under irradiation of AM 1.5 simulated sunlight (100 mW/cm2), indicating a massive improvement of η in the AZO nanofiber film DSSCs after SD-treatment of the FTO substrate as compared to those with no treatment. The SD-treatment has been demonstrated to be a simple and facile method to solve the problem of poor adhesion between electrospun nanofibers and the conductive substrate.  相似文献

乌拉尔甘草单粒种子硬实特性的近红外光谱分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以乌拉尔甘草种子为材料,采用近红外光谱结合定性偏最小二乘法对244粒种子(硬实种子和非硬实种子比例为1∶1)的硬实性进行了鉴别研究,并特制一样品杯用于单粒种子的光谱采集,以降低人为误差。研究结果表明,4次重复平均光谱所建模型鉴别率显著高于单次光谱所建模型,光谱范围采用4 000~8 000 cm-1时模型效果较好,校正集、检验集、预测集样本的鉴别率分别为95.53%,95.94%和94.53%,采用不同建模样品所建模型其预测准确率均在90%以上,硬实种子和非硬实种子的预测准确率分别为92.50%和96.56%。种子大小和颜色均会影响模型的鉴别率,种子颜色的影响相对更大。  相似文献

Carbon Paste Electrodes (CPE) modified with Grapefruit-Peels (GP) functionalized with Urea (GPU) and, Melamine (GPM) were designed for the detection of Ag+ in water. Taguchi L9 methodology was used to determine the optimal graphite-Active material ratio. The best electrochemical response was for CPE-GPU with an 80 : 20 ratio. The results obtained showed a linear detection range between 0.5 to 28 μg L−1, with a detection limit of 0.73 μg L−1 and a limit of quantification of 1.04 μg L−1. Attributable to CPE-GPU characteristics: electroactive surface area 0.175 cm2, roughness factor 3.87, resistance 0.09 Ω and, mostly −NH2 groups on its surface. The composite material offers a viable option to be used for the determination of silver traces in situ in industrial processes.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of the pH on the extraction of sinapic acid and its derivatives from mustard seed meal. Solutions of acidic pH (pH 2), basic pH (pH 12) and distilled water (uncontrolled pH ~ 4.5) were tested at different percentages of ethanol. The maximum extraction yield for sinapic acid (13.22 µmol/g of dry matter (DM)) was obtained with a buffered aqueous solution at pH 12. For ethyl sinapate, the maximum extraction yield reached 9.81 µmol/g DM with 70% ethanol/buffered aqueous solution at pH 12. The maximum extraction yield of sinapine (15.73 µmol/g DM) was achieved with 70% ethanol/buffered aqueous solution at pH 2. The antioxidant activity of each extract was assessed by DPPH assay; the results indicated that the extracts obtained at pH 12 and at low ethanol percentages (<50%) exhibit a higher antioxidant activity than extracts obtained at acidic conditions. Maximum antioxidant activity was reached at pH 12 with buffer solution (11.37 mg of Trolox Equivalent/g DM), which confirms that sinapic acid-rich fractions exhibit a higher antioxidant activity. Thus, to obtain rich antioxidant extracts, it is suggested to promote the presence of sinapic acid in the extracts.  相似文献

We consider using seed projection methods for solving unsymmetric shifted systems with multiple right-hand sides (A - σjI)x^(j) = b^(j) for 1 ≤ j ≤ p. The methods use a single Krylov subspace corresponding to a seed system as a generator of approximations to the nonseed systems. The residual evaluates of the methods are given. Zinc oxide nanorods were grown on an aluminum-doped zinc oxide seeds layer using the chemical bath deposition method. The effects of growth reaction time on the structural, optical, and photocatalytic properties of zinc oxide nanorods were investigated. It was clearly observed that the growth direction of zinc oxide nanorods were dependent on the crystallinity of the as-deposited aluminum-doped zinc oxide seed layer. The crystallinity of the obtained zinc oxide nanorods was improved with the increase in reaction times during the chemical bath deposition process. The mechanism of zinc oxide nanorod growth revealed that the growth rate of nanorods was influenced by the reaction times. With increasing reaction times, there were much more formed zinc oxide crystalline stacked growth along the c-axis orientation resulting in an increase in the length of nanorods. The longest nanorods and the high crystallinity were obtained from the zinc oxide nanorods grown within 5 h. The optical transmittance of all zinc oxide nanorods was greater than 70% in the visible region. Zinc oxide nanorods grown for 5 h showed the highest degradation efficiency of methyl red under ultraviolet light and had a high first-order degradation rate of 0.0051 min−1. The photocatalytic mechanism was revealed as well.  相似文献

(1) Background: In recent years, the consumption of sprouts, thanks to their high nutritional value, and the presence of bioactive compounds with antioxidant, antiviral and antibacterial properties, is becoming an increasingly widespread habit. Moringa oleifera Lam. (Moringa) seems to be an inexhaustible resource considering that many parts may be used as food or in traditional medicine; on the other hand, Moringa sprouts still lack a proper characterization needing further insights to envisage novel uses and applications. (2) Methods: In this study, a rapid and easy protocol to induce the in vivo and in vitro germination of Moringa seeds has been set up to obtain sprouts and cotyledons to be evaluated for their chemical composition. Moreover, the effects of sprouts developmental stage, type of sowing substrate, and gibberellic acid use on the chemical characteristics of extracts have been evaluated. (3) Results: Moringa seeds have a high germinability, both in in vivo and in vitro conditions. In addition, the extracts obtained have different total phenolic content and antioxidant activity. (4) Conclusions: This research provides a first-line evidence to evaluate Moringa sprouts as future novel functional food or as a valuable source of bioactive compounds.  相似文献

Root rot is one of the most significant soil and seed-borne fungal diseases, limiting the cultivation of fenugreek plants. Endophytic bacteria and their natural bioproducts have emerged as growth promoters and disease suppressors in the current era. Despite limited research, seeds are a good funder of endophytic microbiomes, which are transmitted from them to other seedling parts, thereby providing a shield against biotic and abiotic anxiety and promoting the growth at early germination and later stages. The current study evaluated the hypothesis that seed endophytic bacteria and their lytic enzymes, growth promotors, and antifungal molecules can induce growth, and inhibit root rot disease development at the same time. The isolation trial from fenugreek seeds revealed a lytic Achromobacter sp., which produces indole acetic acid, has antifungal compounds (e.g., 2-Butanol, 3,3’-oxybis-), and reduces the growth of Rhizoctonia solani by 43.75%. Under the greenhouse and natural field conditions, bacterial cells and/or supernatant improved the growth, physiology, and yield performance of fenugreek plants, and effectively suppressed the progress of root rot disease; this is the first extensive study that uses a new seed-borne endophytic bacterium as a plant-growth-promoting, and biocontrol tool against the sclerotia-forming; R. solani; the causative of fenugreek root rot.  相似文献
