Goniodilactone and gomoheptenolactone,two novel cytotoxic styryllactones from the leaves of Goniothalamus cheliensis

Two novel styryllactones,goniodilactone（1） and gonioheptenolactone（2）,were isolated from the leaves of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data as well as X-ray crystallography analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited significant cytotoxicities in a panel of human cancer cells,including DU-145,PC-3,MCF-7,A-549, KB and KBvin,with GI₅₀S in the range of 1.29-4.56μg/mL.

A Styrylpyrone Dimer from the Bark of Goniothalamus leiocarpus

A dimer of styrylpyrone derivative, leiocarpin E(1), was isolated from the bark of Goniothalamus leiocarpus. Its structures was elucidated by means of spectral and chemical methods. The cytotoxicity of leiocarpin E against HL-60 cells was tested.     

First total synthesis of (+)-crassalactone A

A simple and highly efficient first total synthesis of cytotoxic (+)-crassalactone A starting from (R)-mandelic acid is described. The strategy involves the osmium tetroxide-catalyzed cis-hydroxylation and the stereoselective addition of ethyl lithiopropiolate to a chiral aldehyde intermediate as key steps.     

景洪哥纳香和大叶紫玉盘化学成分研究

从景洪哥纳香和大叶紫玉盘根醇提物中，采用色谱分离方法，分别得到43个和 33个化合物，通过波谱技术和化学方法鉴定了这些化合物的结构。其中，从景洪哥 纳香根中得到1个新化合物，命名为8－乙酰基－9－去氧哥纳香吡喃吡喃酮（1）； 从大叶紫玉盘根中得到1个新化合物，命名为大叶素A（2）。另外，从景洪哥纳香 根中，还分离得到一个神经鞘胺醇苷成分混合物asteriacerebrosides (3)，并通 过GC－MS技术，鉴定了该混合物的脂肪酸部分（FAM）和长链胺部分（LCB）的种类 数目及碳链长度。结果表明，3中脂肪酸部分，含7个脂肪酸，碳链长度分别是16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22和23个碳；其长链胺部分包含5个脂肪胺，对应链长度为21， 22，23，24和25个碳。     

Alkaloids from the root barks of Goniothalamus cheliensis

（3S）-2-Oxo-5,12-dimethoxy-3-hydroxy-3-methylbenz[f]indoline （1）, a new benzoxindole alkaloid, along with two known alkaloids, was isolated from the root barks of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopic evidences, and the absolute configuration was determined by CD spectrum.     

Tandem α-aminoxylation-allylation reaction based approach for the synthesis of goniothalesdiol A, leiocarpin A and (+)-goniodiol

A short and efficient syntheses of goniothalesdiol A, leiocarpin A, and (+)-goniodiol are reported by a convergent strategy using tandem aminoxylation-allylation reaction as a key step starting from benzaldehyde.

Highly Diastereoselective Total Syntheses of (+)‐7‐Epigoniodiol, (−)‐8‐Epigoniodiol,and (+)‐9‐Deoxygoniopypyrone

An expedient concise total synthesis of (+)‐7‐epigoniodiol, (?)‐8‐epigoniodiol, and (+)‐9‐deoxygoniopypyrone is accomplished. The key transformations include a catalytic hydroxylation and base‐mediated N‐(acetyl)oxazolidinone addition reactions, which could set the consecutive OH motif that is either syn,syn or syn,anti with high diastereoselectivity. Moreover, this approach envisioned to facilitate the synthesis of other representatives of the family with structural and stereochemical variation.
