采用气相色谱-电子轰击离子源质谱(GC-MS)与比较标准品色谱保留值技术,确定了甘油催化加氢制备1,2-丙二醇液相产物的组成。优化了气相色谱-氢火焰离子法(GC-FID)的色谱条件,使主产物与副产物同时达到最佳分离。以正戊醇为内标物,建立了同时检测甘油催化加氢产物中7种醇类化合物的气相色谱分析方法。在分析方法的线性范围内,各化合物加标回收率均在94.4%~112.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.5%~7.2%之间。反应产物中乙醇、异丙醇、丙醇和丙酮醇的方法最小检出限(LOD)小于0.05μg/g,乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和甘油的LOD分别为0.21μg/g,0.23μg/g和0.25μg/g,线性相关系数均大于等于0.9957。 相似文献

探讨了甘油的加入对丝素蛋白溶解过程的结晶结构及结晶度的影响. 以甘油为添加剂用流延法于室温制备一系列丝素共混膜, 测试了其含水率、溶失率及结构和机械性能. 结果表明, 随着甘油加入量的增加, 丝素蛋白的溶失率逐渐降低; 当甘油/丝素质量分数超过10%时, 共混膜呈现水不溶性. 当甘油加入量较少时, 丝素蛋白呈现少量的Silk Ⅱ结晶, 而Silk Ⅰ结构不明显. 随着甘油含量的不断增加, Silk Ⅰ结晶逐渐增加而Silk Ⅱ结晶逐渐减少. 当甘油加入量达到不溶点(10%)时, 丝素蛋白主要转变为Silk Ⅰ结晶, 而几乎没有Silk Ⅱ结晶. 甘油的加入可使共混膜的柔韧性显著提高, 并促使丝素蛋白结晶度提高以及促使丝素蛋白向Silk Ⅰ结晶转变, 从而降低丝素蛋白膜的水溶性. 相似文献

The microbial production of 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD) by Klebsiella pneumoniae XJPD-Li under different aeration strategies were investigated. In batch fermentation, the results showed that the final concentration
of 1,3-PD and yield on glycerol were 13.44 g/l and 0.73 mol/mol under the anaerobic condition (N2, 0.4 vvm), 11.55 g/l and 0.62 mol/mol without aeration, and 8.73 g/l and 0.47 mol/mol under the aerobic condition (air, 0.4 vvm),
respectively. Under the aerobic condition, the yield of 1,3-PD on glycerol was the lowest, while the biomass (optical density
at 650 nm) was the highest among these three conditions. In the fed-batch culture, the final concentration and the yield of
1,3-PD was 60.82 g/l and 0.61 mol/mol under the anaerobic condition (N2, 0.4 vvm), 56.43 g/l and 0.53 mol/mol without aeration, and 65.26 g/l and 0.56 mol/mol under the aerobic condition. All these

This work reports the highly‐sensitive amperometric determination of free glycerol in biodiesel at a gold electrode adapted in a flow‐injection analysis (FIA) cell. The amperometric method involved the continuous application of three sequential pulses to the working electrode (+250 mV, +700 mV, and ?200 mV, for 100 ms each). This sequence of potential pulses eliminated electrode passivation and dramatically increased the analytical signal. The proposed FIA‐amperometric method presented low relative standard deviation between injections (1.5 %, n=15), high analytical frequency (85 h?1), satisfactory recovery values (93–118 %) for spiked samples, wide linear range (from 1 to 300 µmol L?1), and low detection limit (0.5 µmol L?1). 相似文献

Ethanolamine plasticised thermoplastic starch (ETPS) was prepared using a novel plasticiser ethanolamine. SEM images show that the native starch granules were destroyed, and the ethanolamine made them come into a uniform continuous phase. FTIR spectroscopy showed that the hydrogen bonds between the ethanolamine and starch molecules weakened the strong effect of starch intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The ETPS successfully restrains the re-crystallization of traditional thermoplastic starch plasticised by glycerol (GTPS), which was proved by XRD. The mechanical properties of ETPS, such as Young's modulus and breaking energy and the water absorption were improved. Triglycerides such as plant and vegetable oils are desirable feedstock for the fermentative production of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) because the weight yield of PHA from triglycerides is higher than that obtained from sugars. However, glycerol, a multi-hydroxy component of triglyceride, is known to function as a chain transfer (CT) agent in PHA polymerization, resulting in the formation of low-molecular-weight PHA. In this study, we evaluated how glycerol alters the molecular weight of PHA using recombinant Ralstonia eutropha as a practical host for PHA production. We demonstrated that glycerol has the ability to reduce molecular weight of PHA, even as a component of triglyceride. Furthermore, various alcohols that are structurally related to glycerol were examined for their reducing abilities to perform a quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) study. It was found that alcohols with higher hydrophobicity (log P) exhibited higher reducing ability for PHA molecular weight. Glycerol, a less hydrophobic alcohol, was able to reduce PHA molecular weight; however, the efficacy was relatively weak among the examined alcohols. 相似文献

The direct high-yield synthesis without solvent and catalyst, under mild conditions, of eleven novel mono substituted ferrocenylmethyl ethers and amine derivatives from ferrocenemethanol and vicinal oxygenated alcohols and amines is here reported. The peculiar ability of these classes of non acidic compounds to favor the dehydrative nucleophilic substitution is attributed to the presence of vicinal oxygen atoms to the reactive group able to build a hydrogen bonding network with the reactant. The role of carbon dioxide and hexafluoroisopropanol was investigated to support the hypothesis that a template catalysis effect is occurring. The in vitro anti-fungal activity of some of these derivatives was tested on two plant fungi, Botrytis cinerea and Penicillium species, with moderate activity. 相似文献
