热凝固致人肝组织光衰减和光穿透深度的变化   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
采用双积分球和反向倍增法(IAD),研究了热凝固致人肝肿瘤及正常人肝组织对680, 720,780,810, 850, 890 nm波长的钛宝石激光的光穿透深度和光衰减特性的变化。结果表明:6个波长的激光的热凝固前后的肝肿瘤和正常肝对光穿透深度都随着激光波长的增大而明显增大,热凝固后的激光穿透深度都分别显著地较热凝固前的穿透深度小(P<0.05),6个波长的激光对热凝固前后的肝肿瘤的光穿透深度都分别显著地较热凝固前后的正常肝穿透深度大(P<0.05)。热凝固前后的人肝肿瘤和正常肝对6个波长的激光的衰减都是随着激光波长的增大而明显减小,热凝固后的人肝肿瘤和正常肝的光衰减都分别显著地较热凝固前的衰减大(P<0.05),热凝固前后的肝肿瘤对光的衰减也都分别显著地较热凝固前后的正常肝衰减大(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The metallacarboranes (Et2C2B4H4)‐­TaCl2(C5H5) ( 1 ), (Et2C2B4H4)NbCl2(C5H5) ( 2 ), (Et2C2B4H4)TaCl2(C5Me5) ( 3 ), [(Me3Si)2­C2B4H4]TaCl2(C5H5) ( 4 ) and (Me2C2B4H4)‐­TaCl2(C5H5) ( 5 ) are potent cytotoxic agents against suspended tumors, producing cell death in several tissue culture lines; for example, all were effective against murine L1210 lymphoid leukemia, and all except 5 against murine P388 lymphocytic growth. Human leukemic growth is also retarded since 1–4 were effective against Tmolt3 cell leukemia, all except 4 against Tmolt4 leukemia, and 1, 2 , and 5 against HI‐60 leukemia. Cytotoxicity was found towards HuT‐8 lymphoma, THP‐1 acute monocytic leukemia and suspended HeLa‐S3 uterine carcinoma. Some but not all of the complexes were active against Sk‐2 melanoma and Mcf‐7 breast effusion growth. Mode‐of‐action studies in P388 lymphocytic leukemia cells showed that de novo purine synthesis was inhibited; this inhibition reduces DNA and RNA syntheses. Purine synthesis was reduced by compounds 3 and 4 at the regulatory enzymes, i.e. phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate (PRPP) amidotransferase and dihydrofolate reductase. The agents lowered d[ATP] and d[CTP] pools, further reducing DNA synthesis. The complexes afforded DNA fragmentation leading to apoptosis, but this was not by a mechanism of nucleoside alkylation, intercalation between base‐pairs or cross‐linking of the DNA strands. End-stage renal diseases are affecting many patients and as a result, demand to receive dialysis service is growing annually. Morbidity and mortality rates are reported to be higher in comparison with healthy humans. The reason is reported to be the hemoincompatiblity of blood purification membranes, which hinders patients’ lives. Activation of different immune systems in the body, in case of blood-membrane interaction, results in several side effects, of which cardiovascular shocks have been mentioned to be a major one. Efforts to solve this issue have resulted in different generations of dialysis membranes. Zwitterionic immobilized membranes are the latest (third) generation, which owns a higher degree of hemocompatiblity with more stability of immobilized structures. This critical review intends to cover recent efforts conducted over the zwitterionization of polymeric membrane surfaces with the goal of improving hemocompatibility. Different aspects of third-generation membranes are discussed for a better understanding of the current gap and gathering the knowledge to further develop the field. Accordingly, this critical survey provides an in-depth understanding of blood purification membranes zwitterionization for paving the way for the optimum enhancement of hemodialysis membrane hemocompatibility.  相似文献

观察了白细胞介素-2和白细胞介素-6治疗恶性肿瘤36例疗效及微量元素锌(Zu)和铜(Cu)的变化,经治疗后,其中部分缓解8例,好转16例,稳定7例,发展5例。治疗后36例恶性肿瘤患者血清Zn含量和Zn/Cu比值明显升高,而Cu含量明显降低,结果提示,Zn/Cu比值对恶性肿瘤的疗效和预后有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

Brain tumors are neoplasms with one of the highest mortality rates. Therefore, the availability of methods that allow for the quick and effective diagnosis of brain tumors and selection of appropriate treatments is of critical importance for patient outcomes. In this study, coated blade spray-mass spectrometry (CBS-MS), which combines the features of microextraction and fast ionization methods, was applied for the analysis of brain tumors. In this approach, a sword-shaped probe is coated with a sorptive material to enable the extraction of analytes from biological samples. The analytes are then desorbed using only a few microliters of solvent, followed by the insertion of the CBS device into the interface on the mass spectrometer source. The results of this proof-of-concept experiment confirmed that CBS coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) enables the rapid differentiation of two histologically different lesions: meningiomas and gliomas. Moreover, quantitative CBS-HRMS/MS analysis of carnitine, the endogenous compound, previously identified as a discriminating metabolite, showed good reproducibility with the variation below 10% when using a standard addition calibration strategy and deuterated internal standards for correction. The resultant data show that the proposed CBS-MS technique can be useful for on-site qualitative and quantitative assessments of brain tumor metabolite profiles.  相似文献

通过75例女性良,恶性乳腺肿瘤及正常乳腺组织的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对比研究发现,它们之间存在着明显而规律的光谱差异,这反 映了组织中蛋白质,核酸和脂类等生物分子在不同性质的乳腺肿瘤中的构型与构像及以及相对含量上的差别,研究表明,FTIR可从分子水平上揭示肿瘤组织的特性,能对良,恶性乳腺肿瘤的鉴别提供丰富而可靠的结构信息,极有可能发展成为一种肿瘤鉴别方法.  相似文献

Metabolomics is a powerful systems biology approach that monitors changes in biomolecule concentrations to diagnose and monitor health and disease. However, leading metabolomics technologies, such as NMR and mass spectrometry (MS), access only a small portion of the metabolome. Now an approach is presented that uses the high sensitivity and chemical specificity of surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) for online detection of metabolites from tumor lysates following liquid chromatography (LC). The results demonstrate that this LC‐SERS approach has metabolite detection capabilities comparable to the state‐of‐art LC‐MS but suggest a selectivity for the detection of a different subset of metabolites. Analysis of replicate LC‐SERS experiments exhibit reproducible metabolite patterns that can be converted into barcodes, which can differentiate different tumor models. Our work demonstrates the potential of LC‐SERS technology for metabolomics‐based diagnosis and treatment of cancer.  相似文献

Colloidal crystalline microspheres with photonic band-gap properties responsive to media pH have been developed for in vivo imaging purposes. These colloidal crystalline microspheres were constructed from monodispersed core–shell nano-size particles with poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) (PS-co-PAA) cores and poly(acrylic acid-co-N-isopropylacrylamide) (PAA-co-PNIPAM) hydrogel shells cross-linked by N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide. A significant shift in the photonic band-gap properties of these colloidal crystalline microspheres was observed in the pH range of 4–5. This was caused by the discontinuous volume phase transition of the hydrogel coating, due to the protonation/deprotonation of its acrylic acid moieties, on the core–shell nano-sized particles within the microspheres. The in vivo imaging capability of these pH-responsive photonic microspheres was demonstrated on a test organism – Japanese medaka, Oryzia latipes – in which the morphology and change in pH along their gastrointestinal (GI) tracts were revealed under an ordinary optical microscope. This work illustrates the potential of stimuli-responsive photonic band-gap materials in tissue-/organ-level in vivo bio-imaging.  相似文献

Tissue engineering has the potential to supply constructs capable of restoring the normal function of native tissue following injury. Poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) scaffolds are amongst the most commonly used biodegradable polymers in tissue engineering and previous studies performed on ovine fibroblasts have showed that addition of gelatin creates a favorable hydrophilic microenvironment for the growth of these cells. The attractiveness of using mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) in tissue regeneration is that they are able to differentiate into several lines including osteoblasts. In this study, we investigated the ability of gelatin/PLLA sponges to support the adhesion, proliferation, and osteogenic differentiation of human MSCs isolated from the bone marrow of four donors.
