This article describes a straightforward method for the quantification of thiol groups on the surface of chromatographic particles such as 3-mercaptopropyl silica gel. The method is based on a thiol-disulfide exchange reaction with 2,2′-dipyridyl disulfide (DPDS) reagent and spectrophotometric or HPLC-UV determination of the liberated 2-pyridyl thione. Linearity was obtained over the sulfhydryl concentration range of 0.02-0.5 μmol ml−1 for the spectrophotometric determination and 0.2-5 μmol ml−1 for the HPLC-UV measurement, with r2 values of 0.9975 and 0.9981, respectively. The results were validated using elemental analysis as independent control method. The agreement between the results of both methods indicates that the sulfur of the thiol-modified silica particles is available as reactive sulfhydryls. The repeatability study indicated a higher precision for the DPDS method compared to the elemental analysis.  相似文献

The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of three functionalized polypropylenes (PPs; polypropylenes-g-acrylic acid [PP-g-AA], polypropylenes-g-glycidyl methacrylate [PP-g-GMA], polypropylenes-g-maleic anhydride [PP-g-MAH]) at different cooling rates were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, using the Jeziorny method, Ozawa method, and Mo method. The result showed that Mo method can adequately describe the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of pure PP and functionalized PPs, and at a given relative crystallinity, the crystallization rate obtained using Mo method followed an order of PP-g-AA > PP-g-GMA > PP > PP-g-MAH. The crystallization activation energy for these samples was calculated using Kissinger's method, which indicated that the introduction of monomers had a confinement effect on the motion of PP chains.  相似文献

SBA‐15 materials of different pore lengths and functionalized with various organic groups were synthesized by one‐pot co‐condensation and applied as adsorbents for the acid orange 12 (AO12) and acid red 73 (AR73) dyes. The materials were characterized by techniques such as X‐ray powder diffraction, nitrogen sorption isotherms, scanning electron microscopy, and infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The adsorption behaviors of the SBA‐15 materials toward AO12 and AR73 dyes were investigated by varying several factors including morphologies of adsorbents, pH of solution, functional groups on SBA‐15, and temperature. The equilibrium adsorption data agreed with Langmuir isotherms. The kinetic parameters were also calculated and the first‐order kinetic model fitted well for amino‐functionalized SBA‐15 material. The short channeling pores of the amino‐functionalized SBA‐15 platelets facilitated the diffusion of dye molecules inside the pores and prevented the aggregation of dye molecules from the blocking of the pores. To conclude, however, the adsorption capacity is dependent on the amount of amino‐loading and surface area of the SBA‐15 materials.  相似文献

建立了功能化离子液体/离子液体分散液-液微萃取(FIL/IL-DLLME)测定水中4种苯氧羧酸类除草剂的农药残留分析方法.离子液体[C4MIMBF4]有助于难溶于水的[C6HyMIMTf2N]在水相中形成液滴.离子对[LiWf2N]的引入有利于提高功能离子液体对分析物的提取效率,对影响萃取效率的重要因素进行选择和优化,最佳条件为:100 μL[C6HyMIMTf2N])作为提取剂,100 μL[C4MIMBF4]作为分散剂,在30℃下超声5 min,[LiTf2N]浓度为5%和样品溶液的pH=2.在最佳优化条件下,5~500 μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9953 ~0.9996;对自来水、河水、田间水进行浓度为10和20 μg/L添加回收实验,回收率为70.2%~107.5%,相对标准偏差RSD<10%,检出限为0.05 ~0.2 μg/L,得到满意的结果,说明本方法对于实际样本的检测具有可行性.  相似文献

(Dicyclopentadiene) platinum(II) dichloride was found to be an efficient hydrosilylation catalyst (homogeneous) upon a wide variety of functionalized alkenes and alkenes terminated with chemical moieties (diphenyl amino-, N-carbazol- and N-isoindoline-1,3-dione-). It is noteworthy that the hydrosilylation of aminated alkenes with triethoxysilane exhibited the yield of over 70% and the selectivity (γ-isomer/β-isomer) of more than 3/1. Due to steric hindrance lowering Markovnikov probability, the alkenes with big terminal moieties (diphenyl amino-, N-carbazol- and N-isoindoline-1,3-dione-) presented the high ratio of anti-Markovnikov isomers. The strategy of the hydrosilylation of the protected diamino chelating alkene was developed.  相似文献

1,5‐bis(R)‐3,7‐bis[2‐(pyridine‐2′‐yl)ethyl)‐1,5‐diaza‐3,7‐diphosphacyclooctanes 1 and 2 and their copper(I) complexes 3 and 4 were developed. The butterfly‐shaped copper‐iodide core and unusual P,N‐chelate and P,P‐bridged coordination mode of the heterocyclic ligand in the dinuclear complexes 3 and 4 were revealed. Complexes 3 and 4 display emission in green range of spectra, with lifetimes in a microsecond domain and quantum yields of luminescence in solid‐state up to 38 %. Thermochromic effects found for the phosphorescence of 4 in solutions are ascribed to rigidochromism.  相似文献

Iron nanoparticles were prepared by a green method following functionalization using 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide. 1‐Butyl‐3‐methylimidazole iron nanoparticles were characterized using FTIR spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray fluorescence, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The nanoparticles were used in solid‐phase membrane micro‐tip extraction to separate vitamin B complex from plasma before high‐performance liquid chromatography. The optimum conditions obtained were sorbent (15 mg), agitation time (30 min), pH (9.0), desorbing solvent [water (5 mL) + methanol (5 mL) + sodium hydroxide (0.1 N) + acetic acid (d = 1.05 kg/L, pH 5.5), desorbing volume (10 mL) and desorption time (30 min). The percentage recoveries of all the eight vitamin B complex were from 60 to 83%. A high‐performance liquid chromatography method was developed using a PhE column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) and water/acetonitrile (95:5, v/v; pH 4.0 with 0.1% formic acid) mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with detection at 270 and 210 nm. The values of the capacity, separation and resolution factor were 0.57–39.47, 1.12–6.00 and 1.84–26.26, respectively. The developed sample preparation and chromatographic methods were fast, selective, inexpensive, economic and reproducible. The developed method can be applied for analyzing these drugs in biological and environmental matrices.  相似文献

Palladium nanoparticles (Pd-NPs) were supported on functional and nonfunctional Co-coordination polymers (Pd/CoBDCNH2 and Pd/CoBDC). Advanced analytical techniques revealed that Pd-NPs are supported on the external surface of the polymer framework and the functionalized framework possesses effective influence to prevent Pd-NP aggregation. Supported Pd-NPs were effectively applied as heterogeneous recyclable catalysts in the Mizoroki–Heck C–C cross coupling reactions of iodobenzene and either aromatic or aliphatic terminal alkenes. Catalytic results exhibited that highly dispersed Pd-NPs with low loading (1%) on the functional polymer (Pd/CoBDCNH2) are more effective than aggregated Pd-NPs with high loading (9%) on the nonfunctional polymer (Pd/CoBDC). Both catalysts can simultaneously provide high activity and selectivity to E-coupled products, high efficiency in low amounts, easy separation of heterogeneous catalyst and appropriate performance in the recycling reaction without addition of a reducing agent.  相似文献

β-Allyl-β-hydroxydithioesters have been generated by the regioselective Grignard addition to the β-oxodithioesters. They have been successfully employed in selective C(sp3)–C(sp3) bond cleavage to construct α,β-unsaturated ketone residues by the treatment of an emerging catalyst yttrium(III)triflate for the first time. On the other hand, hetaryl substituted β-allyl-β-hydroxydithioesters led to the useful diene precursors through selective dehydration under the similar conditions.  相似文献
