A selective cleavage of acetals of 1,2- and 1,3-diols has been achieved under mild conditions using ZnBr2 in dichloromethane at room temperature. Acetal types cleavable by this procedure include benzylidene, isopropylidene and cyclohexylidene acetals. This method is compatible with several other types of hydroxyl protecting groups such as Bn, Bz, TBDPS, TIPS and TBDMS.  相似文献

The diastereoselective [2+2] photocycloaddition of a cyclohexenonecarboxylate containing (−)-8-(4-nitrophenyl)menthyl as a chiral auxiliary to ethylene gave the photocycloadduct, a bicyclo[4.2.0]octanone derivative, with a high degree of diastereoselectivity. A photoreaction, conducted in CH2Cl2 at −78 °C gave the corresponding photocycloadduct in 88% de. In the presence of Ti(OR)4 or Me3SnCl, the diastereoselectivity was increased up to 92% de.  相似文献

综述了含硅路易斯酸R3SiX [X=I, OTf, NTf2, C(C6F5)Tf2等]和(R3SiX+MLn)的发展、合成以及它们在有机合成中的应用. 它们主要被用来催化Aldol, 烯丙基化, Diels-Alder, Ene和Friedel-Crafts等反应. 催化剂的用量一般为0.5~20 mol%, 并随着催化剂的活性不同, 反应产率从一般到良好不等. 催化剂活性顺序为R3SiNTf2>R3SiOTf, (R3SiX+MLn)>R3SiX. 也对近年出现的手性含硅路易斯酸的发展和应用进行了概述, 当手性双-(多氟甲磺酰)-亚胺基硅烷用于催化环戊二烯和丙烯酸甲酯的Diels-Alder反应时, ee值高达54%.  相似文献

A polystyrene-bonded stannic chloride catalyst was synthesized by the method of lithium polystyryl combined with stannic chloride. This catalyst is a polymeric organometallic compound containing 0.25 mmol Sn (Ⅳ)/g catalyst. The catalyst showed sufficient stability and catalytic activity in organic reaction such as esterification, acetalation and ketal formation, and it could be reused many times without losing its catalytic activity.  相似文献

The effects of the nature of halogens in the initiatingtert-butyl halide-aluminum-containing Lewis acid system on the number average molecular weightM n and the structure of end groups of polyisobutylene macromolecules obtained in the cationic polymerization of isobutylene in hexane at -78 °C were studied. An increase inM n is observed in the transition from chlorine to bromine and iodine, accompanied by a decrease in the fraction of end C=C groups and an increase in the relative content of C-Hal groups (Hal = Cl, Br, and I). When atoms of different halogens are present in the counterion, more bulky atoms preferentially participate in the formation of the end groups. The preparation of an array of benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles from polymer-bound esters is described. Polymer-bound esters were treated with 2-aminothiophenols or 1,2-phenylenediamines in the presence of a Lewis acid to afford the corresponding benzothiazole or benzimidazole cleavage products. The reaction of 2-aminophenols with the polymer-bound esters failed to give the desired benzoxazole products using this procedure.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure syn-anti and syn-syn configured triol units are efficiently synthesized by the SnCl4 mediated allylation of chiral α-benzyloxyaldehydes with the uniquely functionalised allylstannane 9. The β-substituted captodative olefins methyl 2-aryloxy-3-dimethylaminopropenoates 4a-h were synthesized, via aminomethylenation of the corresponding 2-phenoxyacetic esters 9a-h. Lewis acid promoted intramolecular cyclization of alkenes 4 led to benzofurans 7a-h, in an efficient synthetic approach to the benzofuran frame.  相似文献

The selectins are Ca2+‐dependent cell adhesion molecules that facilitate the initial attachment of leukocytes to the vascular endothelium by binding to a carbohydrate moiety as exemplified by the tetrasaccharide, sialyl Lewis X (sLeX). An important property of the selectin‐sLeX interaction is its ability to withstand the hydrodynamic force of the blood flow. Herein, we used single‐molecule dynamic force spectroscopy (DFS) to identify the molecular determinants within sLeX that give rise to the dynamic properties of the selectin/sLeX interaction. Our atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements revealed that the unbinding of the selectin/sLeX complexes involves overcoming at least two activation barriers. The inner barrier, which determines the dynamic response of the complex at high forces, is governed by the interaction between the Fuc residue of sLeX and a Ca2+ ion chelated to the lectin domain of the selectin molecule, whereas the outer activation barrier can be attributed to interactions involving the sialic acid residue of sLeX. Due to their steep inner activation barriers, the selectin‐sLeX complexes are less sensitive to high pulling forces. Hence, besides its contribution to the bond energy, the Ca2+ ion also grants the selectin–sLeX complexes a tensile strength that is crucial for the selectin‐mediated rolling of leukocytes.  相似文献

The chelation controlled radical reactions of ethyl γ-benzyloxy-α-methylenecarboxylates bearing a bulky γ-substituent, such as CHMe2, CHPh2, c-C6H11 and CH(Ph)OTBDMS, with alkyl iodides gave the syn-adducts with high diastereoselectivities. However, the diastereoselectivity for the substrates bearing a γ-substituent CH(i-Pr)OTBDMS depended critically on the configuration of the substituent; the substrate bearing the OTBDMS group anti to the γ-benzyloxy group showed poor diastereoselectivity, but its diastereomer gave syn-adduct exclusively. The high syn-selectivitiy is referred to the H-atom transfer to the outside face of radical center in the sharply folded seven-membered chelate intermediate bearing the ethoxy group with Z-geometry. The corner flapping of the radical center atom of the global minimum energy conformer generates a local minimum conformer and the H-atom transfer to the outside face of the radical center of the newly formed structure gives the anti-adduct. The poor diastereoselectivity is due to the very small energy difference between the two conformers and consequently both the syn- and anti-adducts are yielded in nearly equal amounts.  相似文献
