基于超星学习通平台的有机化学录播课教学实践

由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,高校延期开学。为了实现"停课不停教、停课不停学",需要积极开展在线教学。本文基于超星学习通平台,开展了有机化学课程录播课教学实践,为高校教师网络教学提供一定的参考。     

Synthesis, structure, and spectroscopy of phenylacetylenylene rods incorporating meso-substituted dipyrrin ligands

The synthesis, structure, and spectroscopic characterization of a series of phenylacetylenylene rodlike molecules containing dipyrromethene (dipyrrin) ligands are described. The combination of the phenylacetylenylene groups with the porphyrinogenic dipyrrin moieties results in a rich absorption spectroscopy for these compounds, although the fluorescence of the phenylacetylenylene moiety is quenched by presence of the dipyrrin chelator. The Cu(2+) and Fe(3+) complexes of these ligands have been prepared and three of these compounds have been structurally characterized by using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Unlike other octahedral metal-dipyrrin complexes described to date, one of the iron complexes demonstrates ideal threefold symmetry in the solid-state. The elongated structure and high symmetry of these complexes suggests the use of these meso-substituted phenylacetylenylene ligands as an interesting class of extended, branched molecules for the construction of supramolecular architectures.     

The redox behaviour of cyclic tetraaminoethenes derived from 2,2′-biimidazole

Syntheses and redox chemistry of the nearly unknown 4,4′,5,5′-tetraamino derivatives of 2,2′-biimidazole are studied. These cyclic versions of electron-rich ethenes are only stable under strictly anaerobic conditions. In the presence of oxygen, a fast oxidation reaction occurs to form stable, deeply coloured tetraazafulvalenes. Leuco-forms, however, can be stabilized towards air by acylation reactions. This accounts for the hexa-Boc derivative 6. Based on these findings, we present the first synthesis of tetraazafulvalenes, which possess four peripheric secondary amine functions.     

A Simple Hydrothermal Route to Large‐Scale Synthesis of Uniform Silver Nanowires

This paper describes the preparation of uniform silver nanowires by reducing freshly prepared silver chloride with glucose at 180 °C for 18 hours in the absence of any surfactants or polymers. Scanning electron microscopy studies indicated that the silver nanowires are about 100 nm in diameter and up to 500 μm in length. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy analyses showed that the silver nanowires grow perpendicularly to the Ag(200) plane. The silver nanowires are believed to grow through a solid–solution–solid process. Some influential factors on the growth of silver nanowires are also discussed.     

Synthesis and structural characterization of carbon-centered tris(pentafluorophenyl)silyl derivatives

A general method for the synthesis of carbon-centered tris(pentafluorophenyl)silyl derivatives (RSi(C₆F₅)₃) by reaction of trichlorosilanes (RSiCl₃) with pentafluorophenylmagnesium bromide was described. The crystal structures of obtained compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (7 structures). The peculiarities of crystal packing were analyzed by means of DFT calculations.     

Phospha-adamantanes as ligands for organopalladium chemistry: aminations of aryl halides

The use of Pd₂dba₃·CHCl₃ and 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-2,4,8-trioxa-6-phenyl-6-phospha-adamantane has been shown to facilitate the effective amination of aryl halides with aromatic or aliphatic amines in high yields.     

N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺高氯酸盐的晶体和电子结构

合成了三齿配体N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺(MN3)的高氯酸盐.对该化合物进行了元素分析、紫外和红外表征;采用X射线衍射方法测定了该化合物的晶体结构,依据晶体结构数据使用G98程序对配体(MN3)进行了量子化学计算.     

Theoretical study on conformational conversion of 1,3-dioxane inside a capsular host

The conformational conversion of 1,3-dioxane guest encapsulated inside a cylindrical capsular host was investigated with PM3 method and single point energies were evaluated by B3LYP method. When entrapped in the capsule, the guest tumbles were slower than that in the free condition. The influences of the inner phase of the capsule on the guest conformational conversion were discussed in detail.     

Laccase-catalyzed carbon-carbon bond formation: oxidative dimerization of salicylic esters by air in aqueous solution

The laccase catalyzed oxidative dimerization of salicylic esters, a rare example of a laccase-catalyzed carbon-carbon bond formation, was studied. This reaction allows the use of air as stoichiometric oxidant and proceeds in aqueous solution. The preparative scope and the mechanism of the method, which provides a new and convenient access to functionalized biaryls under mild conditions, were investigated.     

[Hg3]4+ Cation in Inorganic Crystal Structures

The crystal-chemical structure of the minerals and inorganic compounds kuznetsovite [Hg₃](AsO₄)Cl and terlinguaite [Hg₃][HgO₂]Cl₂, as well as [Hg₃]₃(AsO₄)₄ and [Hg₃]₂[HgO₂](PO₂ and their analogs, is considered from the viewpoint of the packing of large supramolecular atomic groups. The cationic layer of polyhedra around the large [Hg₃]⁴⁺ cations, alternating with the anionic layer of [HgO₂]^2-, (AsO₄)^3-, (PO₄)^3-, Cl^-, plays the major role in structure formation. Segregation of mercury cations of different valences possibly reflects the solid-state transformations occurring in nature and accompanied by mercury liberation.
